IMO this man posing as a bidder so that he could buy govt land for pennies on the dollar just like the oil industries can do took guts. He gets fined and 2 years in prison....while the criminals continue to purchase land at a "steal"....

So, why is it the oil companies can buy these confiscated lands next to nothing; and we, the People don't even have the right to participate in this bidding? I think Bidder 70 had every right to do what he did. If anything, he exposed the scheme by doing this. I wish the word would go viral, so more people can stop this unfair practice.
I don't see how he did anything illegal either. And he should not have been fined or sent to prison. But in order for this nasty secret to continue, Bidder 70 needed to be intimidated and out of the way.
IMO He should not have had to pose as anything other than an American citizen with the RIGHT to buy any land, same as these oil sharks....
