This has apparently been under debate for several years and it may be getting closer to a reality. Here is some more info on the subject.

Love my Berkey, but we absorb more from the shower than from drinking. No wonder we are all zombies:wacko::yuck:

Nothing funny tasting about the water where I live. I never drink bottled water and nor should you - most of it is just filtered tap water anyway with a few grains of salt added and with pretty mountain pictures on the bottle to con you that it's something good. Not to mention, the amount of energy and water wasted in making the bottles and transporting them half way around the world. It is all about money and nothing about being good for you. Save your money and buy a good quality water filter.

I do not feel like a zombie. Hang in there, think positively and you might feel energised like I do.

I sent the links here out to my mailing list.... Hopefully this information will go viral. You know, we need more people who are awake so this kind of thing cannot get a toe hold. May that day come and quickly.

We use a 3 stage filter before the water comes into our home. For drinking we put this filtered water in a distiller and, before we turn it on, we ozonate it for 30 minutes. After it is distilled we pour it through a class 8 ceramic magnet which adds a wonderful structure to the water. We are on city water here. And this system works well.

When I travel I carry a Lifesaver 600 portable water filter and make my own drinking water. The biggest problem I've had in the past is at the airport where you cannot bring your own water. I have been avoiding trips to the airport but think the Lifesaver would allow me to make pretty good water from the bathroom taps there if I needed to go somewhere by plane. The bottled waters for sale in the airports are almost all made by Coke or Pepsi here in the US, and something in them makes my body very sick within a few minutes of taking the first sip.

We had our water shut off for about ten hours two weeks ago.
Since, the water tastes funny.
I have wondered exactly what were they doing.
My girlfriend has been quite sick since. Even I felt queasy for a few days and I do not get sick -ever.
