View Full Version : Any Breaking Good News?

At the risk of sounding Pollyanna, I feel good news coming? The long winter is coming to an end.
I've been glamoured by the best and the worst:
scholarly works of Immanuel Velikovsky (Worlds in Colision)
the journalistic excellence of Jim Marrs (Rule by Secrecy, Alien Agenda, etc..)
the ranting but passionate appeals of Alex Jones
countless bold fringe, open minded, mostly genuine whistle blower interviews brought to us by our host(s)
Y2K and 2012 Apocalyptic fear mill productions (aka Marshall Masters)
even the amateur but sometimes convincing YouTube Doomers
They've entertained, alarmed, informed, driven some to madness and others into the hills to hide under rocks clinging to precious metals, beans, bullets and blankets. I can't afford to build a bunker or an ark. The Zeta's safe places are not all that practical for me and my loved ones.. So, my money is on the alternate timeline, you know the one where the Hopi have us living happily ever after (not the wilting corn, pestilence timeline). I'm ready for some good news headlines... (tongue in cheek)
Dracos retreat, take bovine molesting Dulce Greys with them...
False Flag attack thwarted by Galactic Federation Forces...
Residential Cold Fusion generators now available in stores...
War is over, people refuse to fight...
Man yells "free beer" in crowded theatre...
Seriously, I'd love to hear more from the lighter side, those individuals and news items that radiate good will. I know they're out there. I know it's happening right now...
Inelia Benz reminding us who we are, with practical ways to get us where we need to be.. All of us.
Emergent technologies and their champions that can change our lives, free us from economic slavery (Dr. O'Leary rest in peace...)
Examples of peaceful disobedience
Random acts of kindness, good samaritans, generosity...
News of honest political figures, true statesman, men/women of integrity.. (illusive catch)
Ordinary people doing extraordinary things..
News of good acts by public servants, police officers, etc...
Lower crime statistics
Ending of hostilities, however insignificant
replacement of tyrants by non-puppet governments
Exopolitics disclosure, proof of benevolent ET agendas
Revisionist history revised
Real change requires real news... good news. How can we expect anything good to happen , if we only see and are reminded of the worst... Just a little good news from the front... That's all
Pollyanna

Here's a little Good news from Alfred Lambremont Webre, Seattle Exopolitics Examiner
ET Council: War with grey-Draco reptilian ETs is won, no false flag ET invasion - Seattle exopolitics | Examiner.com
http://www.examiner.com/exopolitics-in-seattle/et-council-war-with-grey-draco-reptilian-ets-is-won-no-false-flag-et-invasion#ixzz1YXddYcPF
Followed by some not so good news:
http://exopolitics.blogs.com/2012agoldenage/2011/09/stankov-updates-the-magnetic-pole-shift-is-coming-in-this-fall-as-part-of-earths-ascension-north-pol.html
Is Mr Webre for real... He seems like a genuine guy with decent credentials... Great site and excellent cause.. I'm just not convinced, but still open minded...

Good morning everyone!
I found this, the good news network:
http://www.goodnewsnetwork.org/
I saw a couple of stories that have already been on Avalon -- the cute elderly couple trying to set up their webcam, and the gamers cracking AIDS enzyme puzzle.
Good stuff.
All love,

Nice thread enrique.
Maybe a sub forum should be set up for Good News in with Current events and all the breaking stuff, I did think about asking a mod to sort one out but never got round to it. This forum could do with a bit more balance and a lift for those seeking it. ...we sure as hell dont get much good news on our TV news apart from maybe one story at the end... (now there's balance for you). A nice challenge would be to bring one bit of good news with you if you happened to post something dark/bad in one of the other forums..... :p

Also…..Today is International Day of World Peace, :grouphug:
In other news….
Surgeons Successfully Separate Rare Conjoined Twins, Britain Honors "The Fonz" for Charity Work, Fourth-Grade Girl Saves Mom's Life Twice, Former US President Clinton trumpets green investments to create jobs, Man 91 years of age gives Millions to Foster Home, White house restaurant owner gives away $48,000 Grows to $800,000 then decides to award luncheons to nearly every non-profit organization that applied. etc, etc....
There’s good news everywhere…why we choose to talk about the bad news all the time is a question I would love to have the answer to…

from The Good News Network
The Days Are Long But the Years Are Short
In one of the videos that most touched her fans, Gretchen Rubin, author of the best-selling book, The Happiness Project, tells the story of how she came to realize that the daily grind of a commute with her daughter may actually be the enchanted life she had always wanted.
A good lesson that teaches us to be grateful and mindful of life's little pleasures, which may be hiding in "the daily grind".

Have a laugh today! It's good for you, body and soul.
From Crystalinks.com
Laughter as Therapy
Laughter raises one's frequency to help with the healing process. In the duality of life - it's laughter and positive programming (genetics) vs. tears and personality disorders - usually anxiety and depression.
Laughing is a reaction to certain stimuli, fundamentally stress, which serves as an emotional balancing mechanism. Traditionally, it is considered a visual expression of happiness, or an inward feeling of joy. It may ensue from hearing a joke, being tickled, or other stimuli. It is in most cases a very pleasant sensation.
Laughter is found among various animals, as well as in humans, although it is more rare in most mammals and animals overall. Among the human species, it is a part of human behavior regulated by the brain, helping humans clarify their intentions in social interaction and providing an emotional context to conversations.
Laughter is used as a signal for being part of a group - it signals acceptance and positive interactions with others. It is sometimes seen as contagious, and the laughter of one person can itself provoke laughter from others as a positive feedback. This may account in part for the popularity of laugh tracks in situation comedy television shows.
Laughter is anatomically caused by the epiglottis constricting the larynx. The study of humor and laughter, and its psychological and physiological effects on the human body, is called gelotology.
Research by Dr. Robert Provine suggest that laughter is a form of communication, probably the first one in the human race, which later evolved, with the liberation of voice from walking and breathing, into human language.
Provine has spent decades studying laughter. In his interview for WedMD, he indicated that laughter is a mechanism everyone has - part of universal human vocabulary. There are thousands of languages, hundreds of thousands of dialects, but everyone speaks laughter in pretty much the same way.
Laughter is primitive, an unconscious vocalization. And if it seems you laugh more than other, Provine argues that it probably is genetic, as is everything we are programmed to do while in a physical body.
Babies have the ability to laugh before they ever speak. Children who are born blind and deaf still retain the ability to laugh. Even apes have a form of 'pant-pant-pant' laughter.
In a study of the 'Giggle Twins,' two exceptionally happy twins were separated at birth and not reunited until 40 years later. Provine reports that until they met each other, neither of these exceptionally happy ladies had known anyone who laughed as much as she did. They reported this even though they both had been reared by adoptive parents they indicated were undemonstrative and dour. Provine indicates that the twins inherited some aspects of their laugh sound and pattern, readiness to laugh, and perhaps even taste in humor.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Effects of Laughter
Laughter therapy boosts the interferon levels of the immune system which helps the system's ability to fight illness and escalates healing. Laughter decreases stress hormones that constrict blood vessels and suppress immune activity.
Muscle Relaxation - Belly laugh results in muscle relaxation. While you laugh, the muscles that do not participate in the belly laugh, relaxes. After you finish laughing those muscles involved in the laughter start to relax. So, the action takes place in two stages.
Reduction of Stress Hormones - Laughter reduces at least four of neuroendocrine hormones associated with stress response. These are epinephrine, cortisol, dopac, and growth hormone.
Immune System Enhancement - Clinical studies have shown that humor strengthens the immune system.
Pain Reduction - Humor allows a person to "forget" about pains such as aches, arthritis, etc.
Cardiac Exercise - A belly laugh is equivalent to "an internal jogging." Laughter can provide good cardiac conditioning especially for those who are unable to perform physical exercises.
Blood Pressure - Women seem to benefit more than men in preventing hypertension.
Respiration - Frequent belly laughter empties your lungs of more air than it takes in resulting in a cleansing effect - similar to deep breathing. Especially beneficial for patient's who are suffering from emphysema and other respiratory ailments.

I have recently realized that I am no longer being triggered by things that used to cause an instant emotional reaction. Situations are coming up often for me, but I am calm as can be. Like time slows down...leaving plenty of time to construct what I want to say/do and deliver it (often verbally) flawlessly. This is new to me and it's blowing my mind a bit. Almost as if there is no situation left to fear.
And if it's happening to me, it must be happening to others. And if it's happening to others, then more will follow. And if more follow, then we are going to see humanity correct itself very, very soon. We'll be consciously co-creatin' unthinkable Beauty by then... :grouphug:
Powerful thread, thanks for posting!

Good news from the fringe front: Humanity is about to be freed.
The meeting between the 57 Finance Ministers from around the world that took place on board a ship off the coast of Monaco is beginning to quietly emerge as a powerful and dynamic shift in Global Economics and potentially in Global Politics as former Presidents and Prime Ministers of countries who have sided with the Banking Cabal, are now already jumping ship and supporting the growing movement toward proper financial management of the Global Accounts around the World.

Nibiru Contact is a Myth
My messages have all been about the next days and ascension. My dear ones, your curiosity about future events does nothing to advance these two awarenesses that are most needed today.
Nibiru is neither a galactic death constellation nor a contributor to the axis change. It does not exist in your universe. Have the conspiracy theorists been able to concoct a new planet to frighten you? Apparently they have, at least it appears so.
Can you turn your attention away from current events or controller fear dynamics, including the threat of death to the planet from this or any other contact mechanism? None of these creative dramas are accurate. My comet communication was to tell you there will be many changes, not total destruction. No comet or other method of destroying Earth is needed—man has already provided an activation of destruction that needs no assistance.
Are you ready to drop your fear so you can ascend? Fear cancels the ability to accept the amount of light needed to dematerialize a body. Cancel your dream that includes death and destruction. Believe in one thing only: I AM THAT I AM. Nothing else is accurate.
The Masters and angels are all clamoring for ascension. No other detail that can deter ascension needs attention. Are you able to accept ascension as a reality? Are you afraid of this? Make a commitment to ascend before there are no days left to do this. Practice meditation or another form of being quiet. Allow the God within to make all your choices, and let gratitude be your approach to life, not complaints.
Make no mistake, when the call comes you will be notified as a candidate to ascend IF you have done what my messages have asked. My words about this have been clear. Your choices are the difference between ascension or not.
Being calm, clear, awake and aware are the candidates most important details. Fake gossip about anything and everything calls for your attention. Be clear that only inner direction is to get your attention.
My fellow contributors to these messages and the Masters and Mankind blog do not want to control or disturb anyone, only prepare you to make the most informed choices. Now is the time to be very careful about accepting any man's conclusions about the future. Nothing is carved in concrete to be made an absolute. All can be altered at God's call.
Many of you are able to ascend. Count the days now, as only days are left. Weeks? Maybe. Months? No more to be counted. During October on your calendar there will be an amazing door to ascension. Are you able to go through this door?
Be with the angels as you go. Be one of the angels and lead others. Be as you are, an angel in human clothing. Remember this concept and let others know: "All of humanity is matter that will go back to dust."
All the best.
I AM THAT I AM
