Great, that is over 10% of the whole population.
How much more does this have to be before people have had enough?

At present the real unemployment rate is at 22.8 % and 46 million americans recieving food stamps, Back in the great depression the unemployment rate was 38% but that was when churchs and families worked together and helped one another. We could very well be at that rate right now. A good portion of americans are productive and paying there bills only we have this huge block of society that is turning in perpetual motion and our government and it's policies are putting up new road blocks daily for this to turn around. Unfortunately the same people that brought you the housing market that has not hit bottom yet, the bank so called to big to fail program and many others are all being shored up on wood posts just waiting for the tsunami to wash in to knock everything down at once. For those of us that are employers and the good honest and hard working americans , I would just say strap in passengers, this is getting ready to be a bumpy ride.
