Full Spectrum Dominance

This insane Pentagon doctrine (http://www.fs.fed.us/fire/doctrine/genesis_and_evolution/source_materials/joint_vision_2020.pdf) seeks to dominate land, air, sea, outer space, inner space and cyber space. It seeks "informational superiority" which is defined as "the capability to collect, process and disseminate an uninterrupted flow of information while exploiting or denying adversary's ability to do the same."

AN INNOVATIVE SOLUTION TO GUARANTEE BIOMETRIC DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

Thales has developed TAMMIS (Thales Automated Multi-Modal Identification System), a comprehensive biometric identification system managing biometric data with confidentiality.

This innovative system, which is capable of managing tens of millions of individual data (fingerprints, iris and portrait), is equipped with an ingenious mechanism for isolating civil status data (surnames, forenames, dates of birth, etc.) from biometric data. The risk of theft of the database therefore ceases to carry serious consequence, as any stolen biometric data will be anonymous.

This innovation is based both on a complex information system and on cryptographic keys shielded within tamper-proof hardware security modules. By way of example, merely moving the module prompts the destruction of the cryptographic keys contained within.
