All I can say is that all day long on Friday, the Italian news channel RAINews kept announcing that the falling sat's path would cross over Italy and that it was possible that it could have fallen onto Italian soil.

Only after 3:40 am Italian time, did the DPC call off all alarms of possible reentry of debri.

I say, after looking at the 2nd possible reentry pdf, Borgomaro, Imperia, could have seen something enter the atmosphere and burn up... like a shooting star as seen in the video.
