I seen this a while back, my own opinion on this is that it is probably staged, I don't have any evidence to back this up, but the whole power point presentation looks quiet basic and not very scientific to be an actually "black project" briefing or what ever we can call it. But certainly interesting none the less. Thanks for posting this daledo.

Instead of a funvax where they have the possibility of getting hundreds of billions of dollars and is mainly profit driven with side effects of more brain washing leading to keeping people asleep from the truth... everyone needs to pass around the peace pipe lol. It is alot cheaper and fewer side effects and way more fun than getting a vaccine
