Read recently that some Avalonians have mixed feelings about Lisa. Understandable. Her material isn't for everyone, and the community has developed its own vocabulary that can be challenging at first.

I've been listening to her August meditation in my car off and on for weeks and keep getting something new and helpful (mentally and energetically) out of it.
