He was walking on this small gravel road and on one side there was this barbwire fence, it was a warm summer day and the boy was getting to hot.
The boy decided to secure the dogs leash in one of the poles the barb wire are connected to.
As he get undressed and tied his shirt around the waist, as he now reaches for the leash to continuing his walk.

The dog takes of before the boy had the time Release The Leash, its a big strong dog and the leash are on the opposite side.
And this make the boy fall as the leash sweep him off his feets, when the boy comes to it the next sec.
He realizes his left arm are stuck in the barb wire, just there the bicep are.
After he tried to get the barb wire off his harm and failed, he understand he have to pull real hard to get lose frome it.

The boy gets ready to tear this of his flesh, with one move he through himself away from the fence to get free from this nightmare.
In a split second he sees the skin stretch out as a drum skin, the next second he bounce right back to the fence.
it's not possible he screams in his mind, now the boy take a closer look how the wire are stuck in his flesh.

The boy realize he has not only falled at the barb wire, he has done a 180 in the air, making the barb wire twisted one lap around the skin.
Making it impossible to tear this thing of his arm without losing a part of his arm to, he now understands he must try to turn around in the
air without get more stuck. He make the effort and finaly gets unscrewed, "literally" and the barb wire just fall off like nothing to it.

Possibly True..and more likely you were the Boy.

1. Because you tell it as if you see it through your own eyes.
and
2. Because I feel like puking...nobody is sick enough to make up something THAT graphic..

or are they ? :)

I think it might be true as well.

What I want to know is, what happened to the dog?

I think this is a true story, Buddy! Anything can happen in this world. I commend the ingenuity of the lad who got himself out of that mess!

A young woman was strolling in the park when she saw a very young boy in the pond, struggling to swim. She dashed over and pulled him from the deep water just as he was going under for good. She saved his life.

Many years later the same woman was eating in a restaurant and got a big piece of food stuck in her throat. She could not breath and was slowing suffocating. Seemingly at the last moment a young man came up behind her and performed the Heimlich Manuever, saving her life. The woman thanked him profusely. The boy looked stunned and slowly asked...."Aren't ...you...the....woman....from the park"?

Indeed the boy had repayed his debt. True?

Hi Conk...

This story sounds like a classic story, do something good and you will get repaid with good. With that in mind, it's a 90% chance it's true.

But if this is a personall experience i have to say, the odds are not in your favour.

I say FALSE..even though i like to say true...:)

There were three men painting the insides of gutters on a big posh house. Recently the owners had got paving done around the house. The height of the guttering about twenty mtrs. The boss told the men repeatedly to be careful and not get any drips onto the new paving. The man went up the ladder and the other man was holding the ladder at the bottom for safety. At the top of the ladder the man accidentally dropped the completely full tin of bitumastic paint. It hit the path and every drop of paint wooshed out of the pot leaving the pot completely empty. Whereupon the paint whooshed up to about 2 mtrs high and then dropped into the pot without the faintest trace of paint on the slabs. Magic maybe? True or false?

To Conk, I say true...because it's such a wonderful story.

To Aranuk, I say false...because I can't get my head around the physics of that.

To <8>, I'm glad your story was true...you are incredibly resourceful. :)

Ok i got one more...

I was 13 year old and it was 1 year ago i got stuck in that nasty barb wire.

It was summer and i was on my bicycle heading home, i am one the same old gravel road and i was going as fast as i could.
When i pass the same spot i got stuck the last summer, i hit a bump and lose control.
This make me end up in the barb wire once more, but this time it cut my pants all the way on my right leg and left me with nasty scars.

weeell, I think this could be true, <8>. If so, an unfortunate encounter. I would stay away from that bit of road for sure!

I was driving down the congested street, two lanes intersecting. A new Corvette ran the redlight and was hit by a car in front of me. The car must have been travelling 50 mph when it hit the Corvette. The Corvette spun around in the intesection about 2 and a half times. The intersection was now blocked. A few of us got out to see if anyone was injured. The Corvette driver was out inspecting his UNDAMAGED car. No scratches, nothing. This older Corvette body was made of fiberglass and should have cracked and splintered into hundreds of pieces. Did it really get hit that hard and have sustained no damage?

Yes, this is true. Most unusual. I would never believe it had I not seen it. Oh, also, the car doing the hitting had no damage either!

Facts are stranger than fiction it is troooo!

Stan

PS My theory about the paint trick is that it must have dropped square onto a level slab for the paint to go back inside the pot. I don't think a great magician could pull that trick of if he even practiced it for a lifetime.
