I signed a petition like this 2 weeks before the blossom goodchild incident and I'm almost sure by that time it had been around for at least a year or so I read somewhere. So my questions would be: How many people would have said yes in at least 4 years? How come we still don't have an answer? I'm loosing my faith...

To me personally, this message is dramatically different than what most all of the "channeled" messages have to say.

There is no "free lunch".

No one will swoop in to "beam us up" or "save us".

This is a message of responsibility and making a free will choice.

It makes clear the challanges that have and continue to present themselves to humanity.

Caveat is what some perceive as a "splitting of worlds or realities". A number of people have had that message come through in various fashion. If that is the case (if) then perhaps what the masses chose for themselves will not limit you personally on what your soul decides upon.

Again ... James Horak has earned my own trust personally so I give this message more credence than I would to a randomly spammed youtube video. For him to put it on his site says something ... at least to me.

This message appears to be channeled although as it is stated before the message, where it stems from is not important....until and unless we set aside the fear. However, we as Earthly humans have not had the necessary contact with and understanding of off-planet beings. We aren't used to those types of neighbors. Their technologies are far greater than our own. Simply the Fact that they are here and have been here for years and we cannot See them, is enough to frighten the masses.

What they are really requesting with this message is our consent for them to decloak and show themselves. They want to come in amongst us and introduce themselves. I say, YES! I think that our global populace would be ready for the humanoid beings.

We have a responsibility to carry out and carry through to completion, our own personal preparation, here on Earth. THEY, will not do this for us. Nor will they awaken us or remove the fear-factor from us. We have to do that work ourselves and prepare ourselves for universal contact and acceptance into the universal neighborhood.

I don't know exactly how the separation will occur between those who really desire upliftment and those who have no intention whatever to change their ways. All I know is that we cannot live in the same neighborhood or even on the same planet. I have recently read through the universal grapevine that approximately 35% of our global humanity are now awake and aware to varying degrees. If may be closer to 50%.

The reason that these beings have waited so long, is because of the negative reaction of those who continue to fear them. This would have a drastic and long-lasting effect on the overall cosmic condition of the people of Earth. Those off-planet beings who understand what is happening to us and at us, are waiting for the perfect moment and will make a positive and helpful move when the timing is correct. Until that time, IMO, they wait.

What I cannot figure out is this; If we are to accept/believe that certain races of ET's have been messing with us for thousands of years interfering with our free will, why is it that these other benevolent ones are standing around waiting for us to give them the go ahead? Whatever reason the first ET's came here and sided with our rulers to keep us dumbed down, they did. So why can't the cavalry ones not come and give us a hand to make an even playing field? This doesn't seem to add up in my mind. The prime directive seems to be disregarded by some and honoured by others. So they can do what they want without our permission to keep us stupid BUT they have to ask our permission to save us from that oppression. None of this makes any sense.

This is my interpretation of statements and channelings made by many over the years.

There is some sort of clause in the Prime Directive that states that off-planet cultures cannot and must not interfere with the populace without it's direct agreement. The benevolent ETs have been here, cloaked so that we cannot see them, for a long time. They are waiting for several things to happen. Recently, this Prime Directive was essentially nullified or lifted by ET councils so that they can, will and have come in to help us help ourselves. They are not our saviors nor are they perfect beings. They are peaceful for the most part, but not perfect.

There exist however, several factors to helping us help ourselves. First, they cannot interfere with our governments. They have been working from the inside, to gently and patiently influence global governments to essentially change their ways. How's that been working out? Second, the majority of the benevolent beings live in a 5th dimensional environment and above. These cultures have very strict interventionist boundaries due to the Earth's 3rd dimensional karmic environment. In other words, they do not want to contaminate their cultures with our karma. I don't blame them. They all have come from and through what we are now exiting and they don't want to be forced back into it. Third, they are waiting for the new and beneficial energies to infuse this environment which will greatly help us to help us.

We have heard very recently about a space war that just ended, that was fought on our behalf and that of neighboring planets. This war, if indeed it took place which I am beginning to believe it did, was fought by the 4th dimensional good ETs to oust the Draco reptilians and greys. I have heard/read that the good ETs have won very recently...like in the last few months. They are now cleaning out the remaining reptilians and greys from under the Earth's surface. We think that the Colorado and Virginia earthquakes were not earthquakes but this cleaning out process. We have also heard that the ETs that humans used to worship in ancient days, the Annunaki, have been barred from entering our solar system indefinitely by the good ETs. This is definitely a step in the right direction. These are the race of beings who have helped greatly to keep us dumbed down and out of sight of the other global neighbors by way of a global grid that they put around the Earth thousands of years ago to keep us (Earth) from being seen. This grid has been lifted and changed and re-figured.

What triggered the good global neighbors to come around to the Earth or this Blue Jewel, were the horrific attacks by the U.S. on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. They came running because of what these atomic bombs not only did to Japan, but to our solar system. They realized that we were here and were up to no good for the galactic neighborhood. This is when their attempts at peaceful coexistence began. It has taken them a while to try different methods of intervention, but now that we are so close to the endings of massive universal and galactic cycles, they are ready to move to contact us and introduce themselves to begin to bring us into the neighborhood.

A number of years ago, there was one of these requests that went out to the Earth public. It was answered in the affirmative by many who thought that they were contacting the good ETs. This was before the space war and the Earth-cleaning of reptilians and greys. With this newer request, we are being asked for our permission to come into our space and meet and greet some of the helpful ETs. I like the fact that they have requested permission. To me, this is a very good sign of things to come.
