Fastest Electric Car in the World comes from Croatia !!

I'd like to introduce to you Mate Rimac. He is 23 years old guy from Croatia and he built in his garage by himself few years ago the fastest electric car in the world.
His first car was BMW M3 and he beat any electric car up to date, even the crappy Tesla roadster.
Last month he introduced his newest car Concept One in Frankfurt Motor Show.

Just wanted to share this so you can see what can one person do in his garage, and how other big companies are blocking progress in this field.
One more note, the Concept One has a range of 600km per charge and it costs 4,5$ per charge, 1088HP, 0-100km - 2.8sec, max speed 305 km/h.
When he started working on his first BMW, he didn't know much about electric cars. He said he followed Teslas work.

He stated that he can make 15 of those cars a year with people that he had so far building this prototype. Bear in mind that price tag for one is from 500.000 - 1mil € and he already sold 2 of those to some Arab.
No bank will sponsor this only a few open minded people with a lot of cash could chip in.
Here is just an example what one person can do, and when you do something like this, and you love what you do people will help you to achieve it, because everyone will benefit from it.
