Green Hue

I have noticed for the past couple of weeks a light fluorescent green energy hue (in the air -atmosphere -electromagnetic field) obviously surrounding permeating everything. It is consistent through out -absolutely no change or fluctuation.

I live in a very rural area of Southern California at about 4,000 ft. But, it is everywhere else too: in the cities....etc.

Any idea(s) what this phenomena is or does anyone know what it is?:noidea:
