I watched all the 7 videos in this series and I have to say I'm really impressed, I don't think I would be able to do something so extreme like this but definitely living in nature gives you a lot of insight.

I was looking for videos about living off the grid and the ones I found of people off the grid here in the States are kind of funny compared to this because they still go to the supermarket to buy groceries, they have toilets, shower, coffee maker, stove, etc., they live off the grid but still need a power supply, this lady is showing us how to do it living just like Anastasia.

I'll post the first two videos as the first one has a different title, after that it's part 2 to 7.

Enjoy!

She is serious about this and it doesnt seem like some hippy phase either. Anybody wanna bet she was a monk of some kind in a previous life? I swear I can almost see her at the Shoalin Temple meditating.

Absolutely beautiful. Living in the proper climate for our species is so important. When you are not dependent on technology to stay alive for a complete year you can begin to know real life on this wonderful planet. I resonated, strongly, with everything she said. I am a complete vegetarian and do/feel best on a raw diet. It is the cold weather that throws off my palate for cooked and heavy foods because Winter is not a natural climate for our naked bodies. Unnatural living contributes to unnatural diet.

Diet is a very personal matter and every person has to find their truth. One important truth is how what is on your plate got there.

Great videos. Food for the heart and spirit.

The Anastasia over in Siberia isn't real?? Aw, that's depressing. LOL I missed the debunking, is there a thread on her somewhere here?

My take on this is that even though this looks idyllic, it seems to me that this way of life being doesn't promote development of technology that make life on the planet easier.

If all of us were living like this there wouldn't be any crops, nobody would be making clothes or shoes, etc. and what about improving housing, transportation and all the rest.
Regarding crops, for a life style like hers every single person would need a lot of space so they could gather enough fruit, humanity already lived that and it was the nomadic time, same as happens with wild animals and carnivores, they need a lot of terrain in order to get enough food.
I do like the insight she gets from observing nature and looking at everything with real common sense but a balance is needed, what has happened to us is that we went the technology and science route and forgot the spiritual one but the two of them are necessary.

I wish I could live like this, too. I feel the truth of what she's saying....
One thing I recently learned was that the reason why we eat is to get the energies that food contains. It's all about energy.....
And I think that's the reason why people tend to overeat is because the food has no energies whatsoever. If you eat as healthy as they do, you won't be hungry because you're getting all the energies your body needs. And then there's the Sun's energies to add to that....
I think that's why indigenous people are being wiped out because they know all of this and live like this....
I could feel their peace and love of nature. Bless them....
