Here from the Thrive Movement...thrivemovement.com....is a brief history of the Federal Reserve with the tease of coming together as a people and changing things on 11-11-11.
Very interesting information on the Fed....interesting and unbelievably maddening!

http://www.thrivemovement.com/infographics/historyofthefed/

From 1913 when the Federal Reserve Act is passed through the Roaring 20's, the Great Depression, WW2, the Kennedy years-1963 when Kennedy's Executive Order to issue Silver Certificates threated the Fed's monopoly to 2007 when thousands lost homes and retirement monies to 2010 when JP Morgan posted a 17+ billion $ profit.....it's all here...

I personally can hardly wait for November 11, 2011....may this really be hope not hype!

Even if the Fed's charter is not renewed, it still holds a lot of paper (debt) of this nation. Of course, the government can nationalize it, wiping out their profits. Alternatively, the government can reinstate the Glass-Steagall Act and outlaw all derivatives and credit default swaps. That wipes them out anyway.
