It's really sad that a Marine needs to cover his face like Hannibal Lector in "Silence of the Lambs" to speak a few truths. Why can't he show his face and say this? It would have much more impact but this is just my opinion. How about a retired Marine who can't get canned. Seems like Anonymous Marine has been silenced like the lambs, too. And dare not show his face. I like it except for that part. Makes me wonder how truth can prevail when it's hiding behind a mask. It must be time for my nap...

I don't know his situation but he might be worried about losing his benefits or maybe his life. I am sure he keeps up with activities like the gov't silencing people that speak the truth.

Covering the face like that reminds me of the agent provocateur's who pass themselves off as anarchists.
Why do folk think they become anonymous by covering the lower part of the face? The eyes, forehead, ears, hair & shape of the head is all that is need to be identified.
