I do not know their legal system and do not know if it was implemented in this case. Regardless of what activity the person took or did not take, he has a right to respect, the kind that any non-uniformed person uses when relating to another.

Any police action should be carried out civilly, without any kind of violence. The activity here demonstrates impotence. Police elsewhere manage on the whole to perform their duties without violence. Do you think they are not trained to enforce the law with restraint?
