Valuing one another.
This is a very rare place. Outside the forum, it is quite difficult to have any sustained conversation. Here, we may not see eye to eye on a particular subject, but that is to be expected and respected. We might spend weeks discussing something, which can improve our understanding and communication skills.
We shouldn't take this for granted!
The exchange of ideas here is of a very high standard and a genuine meeting of minds can take place. Reading other people's posts is of great value: to have such a wide range of different viewpoints in one place is rare.
We are all conduits of information and knowledge, and our different interests and temperaments can throw new light on matters.
Everyone here has made an effort to be here. We all have differing levels of confidence and ability to express ourselves using the written word. Some of us may need more help and encouragement than others.
You are valued,
Tony
