Its a Full Moon - AGAIN!

Well its a new Full Moon week and here we go again...

Wednesday is the full moon (here in Australia) so I guess its "no sleep for me" and more of those extreme and "strange" dreams (note to myself, need to take a pad and paper to bed and write them down!)

Is anyone else having the same problem sleeping through the full moons?

I have spoken to a few people (aware and not so...) and the majority are giving me the same answer... yes!

Please excuse the rambling on.. just want a good nights sleep :confused:

Try some valerian tea. A teaspoonful of valerian leaves in a cup/mug, boiling water and then left to steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink.

yes Wockey.distorted sleep,changing moods,low energy,constant tierdness.The tides are well felt in my body as well.

full moon 10-10-11 on the very last days of the mayan calander..........Ben fulford, salusa, david Ike all saying to keep an eye on it.

I don't get tired - I get massively energized. it's not that I CAN'T sleep during a full moon, rather that I don't need it, or much of it. I've been known on occasion to howl at the moon of course, but more often than not I simply go outside and soak it all up.

For some reason I always feel more closely bound to earth during the full-moon than on any other night, able to feel her even more clearly than usual, all of her, and everything that is happening on her surface. *shrugs*
