DOES this man look like Osama bin Laden? The FBI thought so, but didn't think to ask his permission.

Spanish MP Gaspar Llamazares is prepared to sue the FBI over what he claims is illegal use of his profile shot to mock up an aged depiction of the former al-Qaeda chief, the Daily Mail reported.

The FBI left no stone unturned in its bid to track down the man held responsible for the 9/11 attacks, prior to his death.

Perhaps more bizarrely for the FBI, one of the world’s most advanced and well-funded organisations, it relied not on hi-tech gimmicks but simply Google Images to source Mr Llamazeres as the basis for its mock-up.

Or mock-ups, we should say, as the FBI then used exactly the same profile shot to cobble together a picture of terrorist Atiyah Abd al-Rahman.

"I'm going to file suit against the Federal Bureau of Investigation because they have not rectified that image at all except for a small, insincere apology," the MP said.

"The two people they used parts of my face to generate an image for have been killed."

And apart from all, Gaspar is one of the Spanish politicians who is the closest let's say to be Human being. Very honest, very direct and because he is from left wing, they just used his picture, "we are FBI, we don't give a s..t."
And BTW, he was in the time of Bush-fake-war fighting with former Spanish president Aznar and accused him of a treason, and because Aznar was Bush's c...s....r as Blair etc, he certainly approved this.
And about well organized as you say...... I would doubt it. Every huge organization is in danger to collapse by it's own weight. This is, among others, also one of the reasons that practically all multinational firms (and FBI looks like one) are very near to "implode" as a consequence of such huge hierarchy. Some economical studies from the end of 80's, as I remember, were pointing out that the economical collapse will probably occur around 2012 (nobody got any idea about 2012 Mayan calender, only a minority of enthusiasts) and one of the reasons they pointed out was so big structures of business which started to fail, because the involved individuals feel themselves lost in a structure and begin to fail as a link with others. If this is true, imagine a big company where people fell as a number with no meaning, and then multiply this by a thousands of employees, and what to you get, a roller coaster going just one direction - down, down, down.
