Why is it that no one is talking about the fact that many hospitals charge three or four times their cost, and make a big profit off of you? And, if you're not insured, they charge you more, sometimes as much as ten times more than an insurance company whose patient has the exact same treatment!
Go to and look up your hospital's charges compared to Johns Hopkins, which is considered to be the finest in America. They also provide solutions for not getting ripped off.
Did you know that our health care system is THE leading cause of death? Most would say heart disease is #1. Iatrogenesis (death by doctors) includes hospital errors, hospital-acquired infections, adverse drug reactions, nursing homes, and are just some that contribute to the real leading cause of death. So now, our gov. is going to fix our boo-boo? Right! They are Now, our biggest boo-boo!
In the last 100 years, we've lost about 80% of the nutritional value in our soil, and about 50% of the oxygen content in the air we breath, necessitating nutritional supplementation. Now, McCain has filed a new bill that will seriously affect our access to supplements.
This information should be spread far and wide, especially to our legislators who helped create this mess since 1913.
