Well lately i have watched all the series from the start till now. I am sure there have been treads about them but ii want to hear your thoughts in the matter.

- the signs and the way the hole series is designed has alot of conspiracy material.
- there are many times where the disclosure topic is explained with no details ofc.
- its amazing how well they mixed ancient religions with gods/ETs (that are names serpents even tho they are obviously more wormlike)
- the internal goverment fighting dint even change a single line even tho earth almost died a few times. So our leaders are INCAPABLE of solving our stupid little problems and try to unite as a planet.
- military or corrupt companies are the only ones that handle the stargate. there is no word about making the planet a better place for mankind. ofc they have free energy but only for military use.
- earth is still governt by the petty fights and billions are living their lives like nothing changed and they havent provided with any serious reasons as to why it need to be secret.

i can go on and on and on... i know its just a tv show but can you imagine how many kids have watched this and accepted this as the way life is on this planet? i am sure many accepted that we are not rdy and if they tell us we will kill our selfs fighting over it.

its sad that we cant have proper evolution and proper growth of our culture even in tv series. They just wont show the ppl what IF ...

Last i want to ask what you think about the part that even after all those years of wars and near doom for earth the countries are still fighting for ... i dont know what. I always thought that a common enemy unites ppl. The main problem if you think about it isnt the truth that the stargate exist. The MAIN ISSUE is that the USA military had it and used it for many years in secret.

Isnt this the same situation? The problem isnt that ETs visit earth its that some governments have kept this hidden for so many years its impossible to release it without devestationg effects on our society. They took a problem that was easy to solve and made it unsolvable.

your thoughts plz...

funny, i just finished watching the whole series too.
i started back in january. lol.

interesting ideas you got there.....

the whole series actually gave me hope for what a future world could be like, much like "star treks" cosmological timeline.

if this technology IS currently being employed in some more realistic fashion then it gives me hope for a brighter future even though we may judge that it is currently being mismanaged now.

interesting that in "Star Trek" the period of now till first contact sees everybody living in farming camps and fighting various factions of political power....

makes me think what the USA would be like if revolution broke out and the states split up into five factions like the NWO agenda is purported to be.

sometimes ideas and concepts portrayed in a ficticious framework are an ldeal way of conveying complex concepts that have thier foundation in truth

so you guys think its the proper way to do this? keeping it secret like that and fighting among them selves for who has the the upper hand?

Well imagine how many more support/supplies/materials/ppl the star gate program could had if ppl knew what was happening.

The problem is that the ppl with power still try to keep the status quo for them selves alone and nothing more. If they truely wanted to keep it secret till the ppl would "handle it" then we would had seen steps towards there. All we see even in the series is steps to hide it at all cost and companies like IOA and countries like USA keeping the good stuff for them.

Remember that just free energy tech can chance the face of this planet. Free energy will mean the destruction of the status quo and the destruction of the current monetary system.

Amazed no one has done this yet.

If you need something running in your other window, then you can watch all 10 seasons of SG-1 here (http://www.hulu.com/stargate-sg-1).

Note: The Urgo episode. (http://www.hulu.com/watch/73479/stargate-sg-1-urgo#x-0,vepisode,1,0)

Wilcock claimed that one of his sources told him that the first two seasons where packed with truth hidden in plain site. Is that actually true? Whatever, real or not it is fun to watch.

There is a thread on SG1 somewhere - maybe on AV1?

Anyway, the Urgo episode is one my favourite and so is 'Window of opportunity' - so funny! :becky:

id like to be clear.

im NOT thrilled that all this is kept secret and operated by shmucks.

I would have preferred Kennedy didnt get offed, and that all things were set straight and open.

i would have preferred eisenhower had some balls.

this world would be class 1 civilization right now.

we would be trading with different species, and we probably would have no poverty, sickness, or mismanagement of resources.

BUT thats now what we have.

instead we have to be grateful for what we do have so that what we want can indeed manifest.

I also have watched the entire Series, including Stargate Atlantis and now Stargate Universe. I love it :)
And I agree with you on pretty much everything you say.
As you say there is much more to find in that series that seems to be taken right out of the undisclosed history books of earth and altered to fit the scy-fi.
Whats been the greatest parallel to me since reading the books of David Icke are the GoaŽuld.
Dispite that the fact that the symbiont is as you describe "a worm", think of the concept. Humans beeing inhibited by another species that present themself as gods.

A bit of SG1 versus STG, here and off topic, I know.

I think they should actually make Star Trek Generations mandatory viewing for school children, yeh I know it sounds funny, but if you look at the values the crew members & that universe in general, such as:
The prime directive providing non inteference in the natural development of civilisations, for the most part as it should be I believe;
The crew members always striving to do their best, no matter how difficult the situation they are faced with;
Constantly seeking to explore, learn and so improving their understanding of their universe;
Crew members try to support other crew members in times of need by providing support, understanding, bravery & empathy or sympathy.

This is just to name a few aspects of STG that I really like.

I have watched all episodes and can't say I have seen any strong negativity put forward by any of the main characters, well except Worf and mostly he's just irritated, and it provides character which could be good role models for young minds.

Long time fan of SG1, SG Antlantis, and now SG Universe. Although it is a science fiction series we all know there's a lot of truth to be found within these SG episodes.
