Meditation Group.
This group is open to anyone interested in meditation.
The practice of meditation, is to still the thinking mind, so that clarity and contentment naturally arise. Meditation is realising one's true essence, whether sitting and moving around. Meditation is finding the unity of the outer and inner worlds.
This would be different from the main forum, as it would be non confrontational: just an open harmonious space in which to... well, be!
Being philosophical and projecting one's own agenda leads to subtle tensions. The aim of this group is to be non-critical and supportive.
We live in a relative world, so this is where we work. If we lived in an absolute world we would not need to meditate.

Go to Groups, find the meditation group, I think you just press the button, to join. Mind you that doesn't mean instant enlightenment....you may need to bring sandwiches!
