And the UFO could easy be some satellite in a same geostationary orbit as the ISS, orbiting with a same speed, so that it looks as it is not moving. And the "huge" is relative, we don't have any reference point to compare the size.

Thanks for the video-I'm usually up between 4-5am and most people would'nt believe the things I see in the sky while sitting outside drinking coffee and smoking ciggs. Past 2 mornings there were a lot of shooting stars visible along with the usual things(ufo's) going in all directions across my view point. That's here in N.C. USA

According to Spaceweather.com the Halley meteor shower is due about now. Although I'm seldom up that early. And to me, the zoomed object in the video looks a lot like the older type of communications satellite. As Vibrations said, it's very difficult to gauge the size of an object in space.
