'Many killed' as Turkey hit by 7.2 magnitude quake

A 7.2-magnitude earthquake has hit eastern Turkey, killing at least 45 people in one town alone as buildings collapsed, Turkish media say.
The quake struck near the city of Van, where Anatolia news agency said at least 50 people were injured.
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's office said there had been damage and deaths in Van but gave no firm figure.
Turkey is particularly vulnerable to earthquakes because it sits on major geological fault lines.
Two earthquakes in 1999 with a magnitude of more than 7 killed almost 20,000 people in densely populated parts of the north-west of the country.

The earthquake struck at 10:41 GMT (13:41 local time) with its epicentre 16km (10 miles) north-east of Van, the US Geological Survey said.
It was followed by a series of powerful aftershocks, also centred north of Van, including two of magnitude 5.6.
The main quake was at a depth of 20km, the USGS said.

Well, this region is very susceptible to quakes, so itīs probably just natural.

I saw on the "news" a short while back that Turkey was provocing the US over... wait for it...
drilling for oil at Cyprus.
Some US corporations have struck up a deal with the Greek side of the Island and Turkey's reaction was to drill for oil themselves, accompanied by warships.
Its a motive for the use of H.A.A.R.P., but there are often natural quakes in Turkey.

Peace, strength, compassion for all those affected by the quake.

In all there have been 27 earthquakes in the same location(ish) today starting with the 7.2.
4 of them have been magnitude 5+ and 20 were 4+.

Not Haarp. This is an unfortunate natural disaster. This region is high-risk terriority on earthquakes. In fact nearly all Turkey is. The major earthquake back in '99 claimed 20.000 lives in and around Istanbul. Latest reports say this earthquake is nearly that powerful, there are +300 dead, 1000 injured, many buildings collapsed. Help is organised and sent all through Turkey and internationally to the region.
Thanks to all Avalonians who sent their warm & positive feelings. Do not forget to add Van region in your prayers nowadays. Those people need it..

The question is if the activity is tied, at all, to the CME and Flare activity of the sun. I'd suspect and say 'yes', that the two are tied together.

And you can add the Sun, Earth, Jupiter alignment.

I can form the visual representation for the inter-dimensional solar system scalar functions and relationships...in my head... but I can't translate that to the written word. I'd love to provide animations but I know nothing about the animation world, with regard to programming.

Mother earth is allowed and does have labour pangs all on her own. If we blame others for what is natural, we give them power. they have no power. Mother earth will give birth in her own good time. Hold her hand and be with her.
