Thank you for sending me this link, Arrow! This is just what I need right now.
Just found out (after waiting 8 weeks!!) that the job I interviewed for and really wanted got offered to someone else. Feeling pretty disillusioned by medicine right now (not new but more intense). Lately I have wishing that I had gotten a degree in Nutrition instead of becoming a PA. I could work independently and be able to help people via food as medicine instead of being told I need to write scripts for poisons and not work independently.
As you know, there aren't many areas in Allopathic medicine that one with our knowledge and wanting to be Karmically integral can work. This job I applied for seemed like it fit, but alas, not to be.
*sigh*
Looking forward to the interview.

Wow! I am watching it now. She is brilliant. I love the way she thinks. I am learning so much watching this. It's a lot of biochemistry, but I think even lay people could glean so much good stuff here!
More egg yolks! Yummy.

nearing... sorry for your difficulty with finding work... I will tell you this, where you live it will be difficult as so many folks want to live there.
If you set out to the outer reaches of nature you will find work. In my neck of the woods we have two PAs serving the community and only one doctor, other doctors drive along ways to help here.
as well as two nurse practitioners, one of which drives over 100 miles to get here one day a week.
there are many places that need PAs... especially in remote areas.
