Interesting that Reuters believes this is what the Occupy movement wants.

The Vatican is guilty of what it pupports to be seeking. It has demonstrated its own hoarding, taking from the poor, doing everything against its own dogmas. It places emotional blackmail on the head of humanity - and I could go on and on.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What lifts my attention are the last paragraphs of the update article: Vatican wants NWO all the way and it "will"......

EFFECTIVE STRUCTURES

In a section explaining why the Vatican felt the reform of the global economy was necessary, the document said:

"In economic and financial matters, the most significant difficulties come from the lack of an effective set of structures that can guarantee, in addition to a system of governance, a system of government for the economy and international finance."

It said the International Monetary Fund (IMF) no longer had the power or ability to stabilise world finance by regulating overall money supply and it was no longer able to watch "over the amount of credit risk taken on by the system".

The world needed a "minimum shared body of rules to manage the global financial market" and "some form of global monetary management".

"In fact, one can see an emerging requirement for a body that will carry out the functions of a kind of 'central world bank' that regulates the flow and system of monetary exchanges similar to the national central banks," it said.

The document acknowledged that such change would take years to put into place and was bound to encounter resistance.

"Of course, this transformation will be made at the cost of a gradual, balanced transfer of a part of each nation's powers to a world authority and to regional authorities, but this is necessary at a time when the dynamism of human society and the economy and the progress of technology are transcending borders, which are in fact already very eroded in a globalised world."

If this doesn't open the eyes of the faithful as to whose side the Vatican is on, nothing will. Clearly they are on the side of the PTB and are endorsing their New World Order agenda.

well won't you join me ?

Thanks, but no.
I don't want any part of this system to survive the fall they are planning.
We need a new way of living, with nothing left of this system at all.

The Vatican is Hades, and the Pope is the Antichrist.... Boy-cut the Vatican with trade sanctions including money.....
God/Source/Church is in your heart not in a Hall full of egoistic bastards who believe they can go to church once a week, drop some money in the box and continue their crooked ways of everyday cheating business life... Sincerely thinking of going to live in and of the nature with my family, although that is also illegal i guess since we are not allowed in this part of the world to take our children out of school, without risking the authorities taking our children away from us for being bad parents !!! so if we do so we will be sort of on the run or outlaws.... ridiculous it is.

Lets start by getting together Avalonians in groups and prepare. I would love to hear from People in Cyprus, please.

Love
Peter

There are two threads on this topic, but both have active discussions running concurrently, so merging them would be confusing. The other thread is at Vatican Calls for 'Central World Bank' to Be Set Up (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?33222-Vatican-Calls-for-Central-World-Bank-to-Be-Set-Up).

So is the first entrance of the emperor palpatine speaking to the galactic senate , the need to bring in new measures to fight corruption; palpatine - palatine................ one 'pee' seperates them both.........

A palatine or palatinus (in Latin; plural palatini; cf. derivative spellings below) is a high-level official attached to imperial or royal courts in Europe since Roman times. Palatine Hill in Rome........

Don't listen to me I know 'nothing'

The plot thickens, now where did I put the salt; too much and it'll spoil the 'soup', whoops dropped the salt seller in, oh dear

Good article. Thanks risveglio.

The article reminded me of when a major telecom company (which I worked for) got into big trouble and was about to go belly-up, so executive management decided to take a tip from the Japanese (at the time) and flatten our 15 layers of management to 3 (I believe). What I found so amazing was that we hardly noticed a hitch in the day-to-day operations and the move was credited with saving the company and restoring it to profitability. So what was upper management's brilliant response to this moment of enlightenment once we were back on track, yep, you guessed it, they grew the bureaucracy out to many levels deep again--which resulted in subsequent multi-year rounds of layoffs. Of course, they'd never consider chopping management back down to size again. It was always those pesky worker-bees, you know, the ones who actually design, develop and maintain the products, who needed to go.

We learn absolutely nothing from history. What does it take to wake people up?
