Is time an illusion and a construct? Man is a time binding animal. We are able to plan our life in the future based on prior knowledge or historical based information. We are able to schedule our appointments and plan for events in the future. Some people can easily slip into the "moment". Athletes are known for focusing and visualizing what they want to happen and being in the "zone".

How we would handle time if there were no linear or "arrow time"? Could we as a species manage?

It also brings me to another question; Some of us adhere and operate very well within time constraints, while others find time a nuisance. We don't like having to get up at a certain time, we don't like having to go to bed at a certain time and we don't care for schedules and appointments.

Could these be people who have come from other planets (if you dare believe you can incarnate from other galaxies and universes without linear time); therefore, having no prior knowledge of linear time or appreciation for this constraint?

Linear time is an embodiment of the imperfect nature of physical existence. Time is a measure of decay within the system. We can, and should, move away from the rigid, second by second, framework of linear time, and live and trust in the moment. The only time that should concern us are the moments that are best for sowing, and the moments that are best for reaping, and these reflect cycles, not lines.
