Chilling video address of Rep. John Haller (Pennsylvania 12th District) reading to Congress to vote for approval of funding for HR8791: The Homeland Terrorism Preparedness Bill. (I lost track of how many times he said the word "classified"). The last section appears shocking even to him. How anyone could realistically vote on this obscure Bill is beyond me! I'll leave you to decide what the "classified" is.

"Congress shall now vote for approval of HR8791: The Homeland Terrorism Preparedness Bill. Ahhh said Bill requests emergency response funding up to and including,.. ahhh I'm sorry,... this section is classified... ahhh dollars, to prepare for a national level terrorist attack and/or attack from... classified. Funding for first responder personnel and vehicles would be doubled if said attack leads to more than 80% of national population being affected by... classified.

"This funding shall commence in conjunction with the first attack on umm... classified, or the first large scale outbreak of... classified, dependant upon which comes first.

Civilian and military units shall be trained in containment and combat of... classified, including irradiated... classified, with possibility of classified, airborne... classified, flesh-eating... classified and/or all of the above, in such event as classified spewing classified escape or released or otherwise become uncontrollable. Airforce units may also be directed to combat said... classified, due to their enormous size and otherworldly strengths.

I saw this on c-Span passed in the middle of the night and it's true. The year I believe was 2004 or 03 before the current President decided to run as a Senator.
This was part of the "rubber stamping lock step that occurred during Bush and the Iraq lie discovered. They were protecting themselves in case WE the people found out the lie, which is why it is stressed that all protest be peaceful so the martial law is not passed.

Trains and incineration areas in a warehouse-like environment, with armed guards and towers. When I studied law, one important premiss was that ignoring the law does not exclude you from the responsibility. What is this hole in Anglo-Saxon law system, just rough points, if you can please.

When I studied law, one important premiss was that ignoring the law does not exclude you from the responsibility. What is this hole in Anglo-Saxon law system, just rough points, if you can please.

Being ignorant of a law and ignoring it isn't the same thing.
One example of ignorance being an excuse is when you are outside your normal place of ''residence'' whether another state or another nation.

Wait a minute LS ,I thought that we've been under contract law and not the law of the land ever since marshall law was declared in early 1900's when they stole everyones gold here in the USA. They've never officially declared martial law was over and ended either. America is in a state of emergency and has been since 1933.

Why does the Government (the people WE hire) feel more privileged then everyone else? If they felt the masses were not ready… there wouldn’t be so much alien media?
