I am genuinely sorry to hear that you lost your home to fraudsters Maia. I hope that there is some way, even a glimmer of a chance, for you to recoup some of your loss through this effort.

Remember this, there is usually no statute of limitations on fraud.
So, if you have been defrauded, you can begin an action when you become aware of the fraud.
Defeating the banks over the fraud isn't as hard as you would think.
You just need the right info, the right tactics and remember, prior preparation and planning prevents piss poor performance.
