The first one would be tagged for me as suspicious. The shaking movements remind me a lot on wiggle expression with which you generate random movements on the screen. In general when there are various reports and shots of the same phenomena, then there is a great chance that it is real. I follow the UFO sightings all my life and there is nothing than your own experience to be sure about the sighting. The first real UFO I saw was in Sahara desert and it was the most shocking experience which leaves no doubt.
