"In the early morning hours of November 2nd police raided Tulsa's Occupy Wall Street protest. 10 people were arrested, several protesters were pepper sprayed while sitting down on the ground, they were clearly not posing any sort of threat.
These arrests are a direct violation of the 1st amendment. Call up the national guard and arrest these cops. If they want to argue that enforcing public park hours trumps the Constitution, then they can tell it to the judge at their trial!

Nothing more than armed thugs! One layoff from being the very people they are violating.

If there is a civil rights violation like this, litigate that city, the police force, the police chief and the individual cops into bankruptcy.
Not only will they pay, it might deter others from doing the same.

You are 100% correct... It seems that one of the driving forces behind the police complicity is money, ie: a paycheck. They may think twice if they started getting liens placed on them by suing them in their own courts. Everyone can do this and it is just a matter of filing a few papers. They will have to address this even if the corrupt judicial system will not enforce it. Sometimes you have to fight them at their own game....
Right on the mark Sidious.....
