I have read various threads talking about feeling odd, weird dreams, physical problems, exhaustion, confusion, emotional swings. I think we might want to discuss this, and I am interested in some of you nuggets ideas about what to do based on your alternative medicine background and holistic healing modalities:

From Wayne Hershel:

ELITE SINISTER PLAN TO NUMB HUMANITY INTO PLACID OBEDIENT ZOMBIES
FLUORIDE IN OUR WATER + ALUMINIUM CHEM-TRAILS = MASS DEMENTIA

All the proof here how fluoride is added to water supplies even after it has been proved harmful and no benefit to teeth. PROOF HERE... Aluminium is falling from the sky because its added to aviation fuel causing SUPER vapour trails (chemtrails).
.....................
THE ATROCITY:
.....................
When these two elements at these current levels measured come together in our body it causes ... MASSIVE SEDATION EXHAUSTION AND... PROVEN DEMENTIA.
.............
REASON?
.............
The elite powers that be know the world public has had enough of their PROFITEERING and human atrocities and manipulations and know like in the Middle East people will globally protest to end their evil greed. The elite know that their time is almost up. In desperation they are trying to make the last big money grab while desperately trying to change reality to lengthen their reign of profit... to poison humanity into passive, mindless and obedient slaves.

Heard before and I am strongly convinced it is true. Observing all this atrocities I would suggest to keep them well hydrated.

Symptoms of Dementia per Web Md

Dementia - Symptoms

Symptoms of dementia vary depending on the cause and the area of the brain camera that is affected. Memory loss is usually the earliest and most noticeable symptom. Other key symptoms of dementia include:

Having difficulty recalling recent events.
Not recognizing familiar people and places.
Having trouble finding the right words to express thoughts or name objects.
Having difficulty performing calculations.
Having problems planning and carrying out tasks, such as balancing a checkbook, following a recipe, or writing a letter.
Having trouble exercising judgment, such as knowing what to do in an emergency.
Having difficulty controlling moods or behaviors. Depression is common, and agitation or aggression may occur.
Not keeping up personal care such as grooming or bathing.

Some types of dementia cause key symptoms:

People who have dementia with Lewy bodies often have highly detailed visual hallucinations. They may fall frequently.
The first symptoms of frontotemporal dementia may be personality changes or unusual behavior. People with this condition may not express any caring for others, or they may say rude things, expose themselves, or make sexually explicit comments.

Symptoms of dementia that come on suddenly suggest vascular dementia or possibly delirium-short-term confusion caused by a new or worsening illness.

What happens should there be some blue beam project or HAARP escalation that effects one's thoughts or behavior should the ptb want to amp up the population into some sort of response or lack thereof.

E medicine has these symptoms listed:

Most people affected by dementia have some (but not all) of these symptoms. The symptoms may be very obvious, or they may be very subtle and go unrecognized for some time. The first sign of dementia is usually loss of short-term memory. The person repeats what he just said or forgets where she put an object just a few minutes ago. Other symptoms and signs are as follows:

Early dementia

Word-finding difficulty - May be able to compensate by using synonyms or defining the word

Forgetting names, appointments, or whether or not the person has done something; losing things

Difficulty performing familiar tasks - Driving, cooking a meal, household chores, managing personal finances

Personality changes (for example, sociable person becomes withdrawn or a quiet person is coarse and silly)

Uncharacteristic behavior

Mood swings, often with brief periods of anger or rage

Poor judgment

Behavior disorders - Paranoia and suspiciousness

Decline in level of functioning but able to follow established routines at home

Confusion, disorientation in unfamiliar surroundings - May wander, trying to return to familiar surroundings

Intermediate dementia

Worsening of symptoms seen in early dementia, with less ability to compensate

Unable to carry out activities of daily living (eg, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, using the toilet) without help

Disrupted sleep (often napping in the daytime, up at night)

Unable to learn new information

Increasing disorientation and confusion even in familiar surroundings

Greater risk of falls and accidents due to poor judgment and confusion

Behavior disorders - Paranoid delusions, aggressiveness, agitation, inappropriate sexual behavior

Hallucinations

Confabulation (believing the person has done or experienced things that never happened)

Inattention, poor concentration, loss of interest in the outside world

Abnormal moods (anxiety, depression)

Severe dementia

Worsening of symptoms seen in early and intermediate dementia

Complete dependence on others for activities of daily living

May be unable to walk or move from place to place unassisted

Impairment of other movements such as swallowing - Increases risk of malnutrition, choking, and aspiration (inhaling foods and beverages, saliva, or mucus into lungs)

Complete loss of short- and long-term memory - May be unable to recognize even close relatives and friends

Complications - Dehydration, malnutrition, problems with bladder control, infections, aspiration, seizures, pressure sores, injuries from accidents or falls

The person may not be aware of these problems, especially the behavior problems. This is especially true in the later stages of dementia.

Depression in elderly people can cause dementialike symptoms. As many as 40% of people with dementia are also depressed. Common symptoms of depression include depressed mood, loss of interest in activities once enjoyed, withdrawal from others, sleep disturbances, weight gain or loss, suicidal thoughts, feelings of worthlessness, and loss of ability to think clearly or concentrate.

People with irreversible or untreated dementia present a slow, gradual decline in mental functions and movements over several years. Total dependence and death, often from infection, are the last stages.

My comments:

Now, could this play into accusing people of things to remove them from X job or place them in "treatment" for mental instability? Could this play a part in dumbing down our children so they make good little lemmings who do what they are told and don't actually think for themselves or fight the "system"?

What's about the simple monetary benefit by having people needing medical care and the cdc or some such group come up with some vaccine to help the troubled, lots of money there as well as simply causing health problems and reducing the population. Gee, there are so many opportunities to screw the population with this... which crisis action solution scenario do we go with on this issue?

I have been using more 'super-foods' of late to build up my strength and immunity. For the past week I've been using fresh-water algae which is super-high in PEA. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phenethylamine
It has an immediately noticeable effect on mood, focus and general sense of well-being. It nourishes the body on a cellular level which may help protect us from the onslaught of pollutants.
There are quite a few distributors but I believe this to be one of the best products especially the Blue Magik and BrainOn. (Do research for yourself if interested)>

Here are some things we can do... Although for the sleeping masses, who are not awake enough to find info it will not help.

1) Take Iodine that is absorbable (like Iodoral or Lugal's) which the body will use to replace fluoride
2) Get a whole house filter for your bath (I found one on line for $200.00)
3) For your drinking water use a home distiller (about $150-$200) or a reverse osmosis system to remove fluoride
4) Take Potassium, which keeps minerals in the body in solution so they can be utilized or excreted. Alternately you can drink lots of green juice or LOTS of greens which contain potassium.
5) Take vitamin C daily (this has been shown to stop build up of cholesterol in blood vessels, which allows the brain to receive oxygen.
6) If you or someone you know is suffering from mercury in their Central Nervous System educate yourself about PXP, which crosses the blood brain barrier, repairs DNA telemeres, corrects Alzheimer's, and turns on the mitochondria throughout body allowing the cells to clean themselves

For us the poisoning is not a problem. It just requires conscious awareness and a few simple steps to take care of yourself.

PS: There are also travel water filters that are small, and remove fluoride from water, available

I feel bad for people stuck in municipalities drinking those poisons. I live two different places for six months each and get my water from wells. No treatment at all, just pure Mother's milk.

I get tired of being the only smart guy in the room though. :p

I can tell you, as a person that grew up in Colorado for the first 5 years of my life, when my teeth grew in (after pulling it out), i got nothing but brown stains in them. I hate my teeth. My mom asked the dentist in CA why my teeth were like this and they asked her if there was fluoride in the water we drank. She told him that the drinking water did have it...he told her that's the reason why her teeth is stained like this. Many years later I have a child of my own; totally forgot about the fluoride thing, they forced me (doctors mind you not dentists) to give my daughter fluoride chewables so that her teeth won't be stained when she gets older. Unconsciously, I didn't give it to her...and I had the feeling not to (yet living under my parents my mom insists I didn't forget it)...she's super smart back then, but I think the food she's eating and water she drinks (I think more at school than anything) and the TV she watches (only weekends) is just dumbing her down...seriously I do not know what's going on. But the things I read here help me understand it a little better (and also after my friends told me about certain things)...so I thank you for sharing... :D

Are you referring to either PXP Forte or PXP Royale? Do you have a site with reasonable prices? I am looking around and studying this. Thanks

Serenity says.....Are you referring to either PXP Forte or PXP Royale? Do you have a site with reasonable prices? I am looking around and studying this. Thanks

I don't think the forum was designed for lengthy discussions of a particular product. But I'll give it a stab

PXP Forte is the original form and works best for me. My lifestyle is clean and I usually eat mostly raw food.

PXP Royale has an additional rice added which is a super antioxidant. For people who are very toxic this is a good product

For others on the Forum I'd like to say a bit about this stuff. It is simply a few super strains of rice which are grown on volcanic soil in Thailand. It is being processed into tiny nano-sized particles which can penetrate the cell walls without digestion, and even penetrate the blood-brain barrier. Research shows that eating this can reverse birth defects, allow the body to heal from stage 4 cancer, reverse MS, reverse obesity... and so on.

You can research it on the web... the company who makes it and has the patent is Enzacta. You can purchase PXP wholesale by paying $25 to become a 'preferred customer'. Happy web research.

great information!

im not sure of the purpose of my comment but theres something wrong about the jet fuel theory.

Ive watched chemtrails been laid. Its one or two, sometimes three, planes going back and forth across the sky in a pattern.

i went to visit my dad in arizona a month ago and his house was in the path of planes coming from the north to the airport so planes would fly over constantly but no chemtrails.

im not discounting your information i just feel like theres something missing because i dont see it coming from jet fuel. I think its a different "spray" all together. So there might be something more than just alluminum thats mixing with the fluride. but i do agree they're poisoning us to make us brainless zombies.

felt like i needed to say that :)

I am in full agreement with your statement here. Maybe they are adding it to the fuel (doubt it tho), but they have specific spray nozzles installed and the entire jet inside is filled with huge containers that contain the "contaminants" being sprayed. There are pictures of this available online, I just don't really have time to look for it at the moment, but I will see if I can find some when I can.

- and I thought it was just menopause!! (.LOL.. humor) -

Seriously though, just to make an observation regarding the dementia; strange how all of these symptoms (alone or together) are treated with anti-depressants of one sort or another, and then when filling out insurance forms that prescribed treatment has to be disclosed and is considered ' mental disorder ' material!

I mean, they really have you over a barrel any time they want -
and all they really need to do is legalize pot ;) (*pseudo-humor*)

These symptoms of dementia you speak of Unified Serenity, are also some of the symptoms associated with PTSD, Bi-Polar, BPD and other so-called 'personality disorders'. Many of these 'disorders' are known to be the result of trauma (mostly childhood). Perhaps as people awaken, delve into their inner worlds and heal old wounds the 'side-effect' is increasing confusion, emotional tumult, difficulty managing life, etc? Certain types of Bodywork/Psychotherapy can be beneficial in transforming our world. (Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi Psychotherapy, EMDR)
Also for me the more I disengage from the 'collective', the more challenging it's become to function in the 'box'. That's my theory for some of the discomfort/confusion I've noticed in myself and others ...
