Hi, I'm Walter. I've been following a group of people that have been attempting to rebuild a flying saucer that was built and successfully tested in Hesperia, California before the US Government confiscated it back in 1959 - 1960. Ralph Ring is the last of the three surviving test pilots of the OTC-X1. Otis T. Carr purportedly learned from Nikola Tesla and built functional craft.

Now, whether this story is true, remains to be seen. Otis Carr did go to jail for securities fraud (or something like that). Now, if you want to learn more, you can Google Otis T.
