Was curious to know what the general consensus was of Sean David Morton. I hadn't heard of him until just recently. Generally, I'm not a big believer in so called modern day prophets but then I don't really know much about him. Is Sean David Morton someone I should look futher into??

Hello Spellbound,I say - do as your heart tells you ,if what he says resonates with you - go search for more (It needent have anything to do with others opinions) that it true for any public figure, or for anyone who delivers information of any sort.

Sean David morton has recently participated in the 'Awake and Aware' 2011 conference ,I wrote a few lines about my own impressions in post 62 (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?29253-Kerry-s-2011-Camelot-AWAKE-AND-AWARE-Conference-LA-23-September/page4),but I am sure you have your own feelings about what he says.

As always,it is wiser to speak about the information delivered than about the person. He did give prediction that possible dates for the economic collapse are between 12/11-15/11. Thats very soon,so if there are any who are looking with interest to such predictions ,here is something for you to wait for.

Upon looking him up on Wikipedia...I found the following:

---

From 1996 to 2010 Morton owned the 'Delphi Investment Group' which promised buyers that Morton's psychic powers could predict fluctuations in the stock market. In reality his predictions were not accurate. In 2001, Morton predicted that the Dow Jones industrial average would be ~12,000 in December. The index actually ended at 8,341.

On April 1, 2003, Morton lost a civil suit in which he claimed he had been libeled by the well known UFO website ufowatchdog.com. Morton alleged his reputation had been damaged in the sum of $1,000,000.00 after ufowatchdog.com published an investigation entitled The Shameless Psychic and His Prophecy of Lies. Morton was ordered to pay $16,000.00 in legal fees to ufowatchdog.com. The editor of ufowatchdog.com stated, "Mr. Morton was only required by California law to prove a single false statement was made by ufowatchdog.com. Needless to say, Mr. Morton failed to meet that simple requirement. "

On March 7, 2010 Morton, along with his wife Melissa, was indicted by the Securities and Exchange Commission on charges of fraud. He allegedly scammed almost 100 customers out of $6 million between 2006 and 2007. According to the commission, only a fraction of the money received by Morton went into trading accounts; the rest going into shell companies run by Morton and his wife.

In 2009 Morton attempted to file a suit against the SEC, claiming that he was being unfairly harassed by employees. The suit was dismissed.

No offense, but this is not a glowing recommendation. Why would Kerry invite such a person to her Awake & Aware conference??

Peace

Check for yourself, this is entertaining at least (skip the first 7 minutes, just technical issues there):

Apparently many of his predictions came true, he also was on the Camelot Whistleblower Radio (http://projectcamelotproductions.com/whistelblower-radio-hp.html) on July 13th. And he has his own radio show on American Freedom Radio (http://www.americanfreedomradio.com/Strange_Universe_11.html).

I have not made notes when I listened to him on his track record, but anyways, excuse this unsubstantiated subjective remark, I find he is a decent genuine guy, he may surely be wrong about this or that, every information is to be discerned and not to be swallowed just like that.
