This is in your face totalitarianism. "Give me all your money and all your rights and accept that the new authoritarian regime is untouchable". Not in my name.

The German Constitutional Court ruled, that the German Parliament has to agree to any money transfer, so the application of this ESM is somewhat squishy. The German Parliament first created a Council of 9, to decide on each transfer, but the Constitutional Court ruled against that. Doesn't make such a big difference apparently, as anyone opposed to any money transfer gets bullied, most people just vote for it, because their party leaders tell them to do so.
