Orange Clouds??

Went out side around midnight and i always look for stars and such.
Come to see that the clouds where orange, now mind you i have never seen orange clouds a day in my life unless I drove thru New jersey.
Tried to take some vid and stills but apparently my equipment doesn't have those features and to take those kind of shots.
My daughter and our friend went for a walk and they said they had noticed the same things and stated that they felt a weird vibe on there walk.

i see them here all the time well all depending on what you mean , do you mean orange clouds as when the sun set and it glares through the clouds ?

here we have a very heavy industrial section also , HUGE massive OIL refineries in Montreal , only a half hour dive away

this was at around midnight and we have no maqor industrial complexes in the area.

I think I know what you mean...Like at night when its dark, when you look up the sky is red-ish orange right??
I don't have a scientific theory or anything but when the sky is that color, its going to rain the next day.

EDIT: is the red/orange sky the thing you're sort of referring to??
