Beware of wolf in sheeps clothing, fighting with your fist has never been the solution, Ghanhi taught it best, a quiet reslove and determination along with true intention can move moutains

What I'd like to see is less angry fists and more battles in the court systems. Can you imagine 100's of people in court for every lawsuit? Not only will causes be won there, but it'll also reveal which judges and cops are corrupt. When that happens, we go after them legally, too. We get control back to us, as it was always intended to be.... We don't take NO for an answer either.
I hope it doesn't offend anyone when I say that protests are equated to children with temper tantrums, trying to force the system to change with screaming and whining. Whereas going through court systems is a mature, adult thing to do, presenting evidence and getting change that way. It should be a collective endeavor, not just one person facing the system by themself; but many people.... I'd love to see more of: "The People versus Whatever Corporations or corrupted officials".... I'd love to see the corrupted ones crashing and burning, through the system that was supposed to serve US. Through all of this, I believe that even the system will change to our benefit....
Now, don't you think that that would scare the corrupted ones more than getting ourselves arrested?

The trouble is that the courts are part of the system which we are up against, apart from the fact that there would be such a queue for hearings that the system would get clogged. Might be better to merely withdraw from the system, not participate in it. Also, there appears to be a problem about serving writs on them, as well as other judicial papers.

this is a good thought but i dont know about you but i dont have the money to go to court. Who would you take to court?
the thing is when the "small" people take big coorperations to court they just post pone and bleed the small person till their broke and cant fight anymore. they have endless supply to money and basically just laugh when someone tries to take them down. Even if you get many people going after the same company or coorperations they'll still have more money. It might make a pretty statement and awake other people to the problem but in the end nothing will get fixed. if the group of people do win it will probably just end up being a nice pretty check and they'll go on doing their nasty.
Look at the coal companies who are raping the lands and killing the people. mainly the workers but the fraking and other methods they use are harmful to the local communities too. You never hear about their lawsuits do you? hardley any one knows about the dark secretes that are hidden in the mountains because they have a ton of money and the people who do know about it are too broke to do anything about it. Not to mention its such a depressed area because the natural resources are taken elsewhere and they see non of the benifits or money from it.
the system is coorupt. so we need to stop playing with the system. dont vote cause anyone you vote in still has to use the system. courts are the system, banks are the system.
to bow out completly we need to find land and become completly self sufficient. This takes people grouping together. The problem with that is, for the majority of the population organic gardening, farming and animal husbandry is a lost art. Its hard work and more people are comfortable in their house iwth food available down the street. Or they're tied to city living because of elderly or family memebers.
so what do we do? I know what i could do for my family but that wont solve the world and id be turning my back on my fellow humans and basically be saying oh well your problem not mine. It that selfish thinking that got us here in the first place. System needs to go down without using it. but the solution is lost to me.
