Meditate. When you meditate, you stop thinking, including limiting and negative thoughts. This allows your vibration to rise. While your vibration will not be permanently reset to the new higher vibration achieved in the meditative state, it will also not return completely to where it was when you started. Just twenty minutes a day will gradually change your vibrational set point to a higher and higher frequency.

Do something that makes you really happy. Happiness and joy vibrate at a much higher frequency than almost any other emotion. When you're in a state of happiness, you cannot also be in a state of depression, anger or frustration. Find something that makes you happy, even for just a few minutes a day, and do that. Play with a child, take a bath, dance to your favorite song, kiss your significant other like you did when you first started dating, play a video game, etc.

Breathe. Breathing deeply and slowly will raise your vibration. You can do this anywhere and anytime you need a bit of relief. 11364

Take a nap. When you sleep, you naturally return to a high vibrational state. Your body and mind get some relief from all the heavy vibrations you're carrying around. Taking even a short nap, will help you to reset your vibration. You'll generally wake up feeling better than you did when you lay down.

Try to incorporate several of these methods into your day. Start slowly and take it easy with this. If you miss a day of meditation, for example, don't beat up on yourself (this would lower your vibration). Do the best you can, and choose whichever methods make you feel best. How do you know if you're doing it right? You'll feel better. You'll be more relaxed. Things won't bother you as much. And the world will just seem to become a little prettier every day.

Thank you for posting the above on meditation. Something similar to meditation (but not quite meditation) which raises my vibration is the following: when i feel upset, angry, hurt, etc., I take this lower feeling and breathe it into my heart where I cocoon it with love and then breathe it out. I do this until the feeling passes and then I find something that makes me feel good and breathe that into my heart. This usually takes no more than a few minutes. I immediately feel uplifted. Meditation is wonderful but one doesn't always have the time for it. The exercise I described above works very fast.
