Undercover New York Cop Dressed as a Protestor at Occupy Wall Street Exposed on video
Saturday, 26 November 2011
David Icke: "I witnessed this incident myself as this disgusting man, a police infiltrator and potentially an agent provocateur, was exposed by journalist Luke Rudkowski at Occupy Wall Street and captured on film as he took flight and went back through the police lines."
Absolutely disgraceful, but that is the police state that we are now dealing with..!

Condoms are supposed to be for protection, as are the police. Police may not be condoms, but they are scumbags.

Just as reminder...not all police are the enemy. Like us, they too are humans with potential. When we set ourselves up as better than, we then create more separation. And yes, I am very weary of authority, especially those with a badge.

Appreciate your POV jp, but watching the video, and this guy standing in front what looks to be a fair number of police and having absNONE of them even acnowledge him, or ask what he was talking about. they couldn't even face the guy! That is sad.

Yes, PVM, I agree, that is very sad. As I watched the video I was so glad that the journalist had the courage to keep confronting the undercover cop. I was amazed that the same cop had the audacity to come back later and in the same space as the journalist who had confronted him earlier.
How sad that the police are so programmed to believe that the OWS people are to be treated so poorly. Sort of a herd mentality I think. Even if one may have some empathy, he certainly couldn't express that...for fear of...you fill in the blank. But to have one in the group, I would expect the police think this is really a dandy/clever way to infiltrate the mix and even stir up trouble if it serves their purpose.
And yet I'm reminded of the retired Captain (sorry may have the rank wrong) from Philadelphia who said one of his greatest honors was to be arrested because he was willing to take a stand against the oppression of the police and others who were trying to break the whole thing up.
It's a tricky thing walking the line with peaceful resistance and still standing strong. And I commend the journalist who made this video public. It becomes a question, how many really have the eyes to see what's right in front of them? And if they see it, are they willing to take a stand too?

In any type of demonstration, I would expect the Police to be there, undercover and in the crowd, but for me what set this apart is that the Officer appeared to use some form of aggression against the cameraman and that is where the line was broken.
The fact he was able to freely walk around in a controlled area is also indicative of the fact he was some form of law enforcement officer.
I wonder if the cameraman will now press formal charges or let it go, now that there is a visual record of the event?

Why the hell won't they just grab these nuggets and arrest them, themselves?

This is disgusting! Stoking the flames and then having the gall to act all innocent when it goes wrong — it reminds me how the police kettled the students during the student protests to provoke a riot. (I'm not sure if this is 'technical' jargon, but kettling is forcing a crowd into more and more confined space until the pressure builds and the crowd explodes.)
Sorry Modwiz, my reply had nothing to do with yours, I just loved the joke lol :D

The assault was very minor but that's not the point. These people are call pigs because they think they are above the law or because they think the ARE the law. The fact that every single one of those other police officers refused to acknowledge the requests for help and all took no action proves that none of them have respect for the laws they are sworn to uphold. And who ordered them to behave that way?
We need more videos like this to go viral before anything will change. We need overwhelming numbers of concerned citizens to demand change and keep demanding it until real changes occur and that type of blatant piggish behaviour is criminalised, without exception.

Not one police officer did his job when they were asked for help. Where's the "protect and serve" in action? The only thing missing with all these cops standing around were the donuts. Their inaction proves to me that the guy was one of them.
Disgusting that they'd infiltrate and provoke a peaceful crowd the way they do (from other videos).
I still can't get it out of my head that there were people on their knees, tied up and then a thug cop sprayed a cloud of pepper spray in their faces. There was no violence whatsoever; except on the cops' behalf....What a frigging thug....
Guess they've got to earn that blood-money Rockefeller donated to them. These guys definitely earned the name Pigs. Hope they all get sued....

Not only is that entrapment, Maia, it is also unconscionable, in that you provoke a reaction and then penalise them for that reaction.

That cop sure was running fast to get away from him, wasn't he? I have to laugh at him. Busted!
Hey, I figure if I could "almost" have been charged with assault for pointing my finger at someone, then this undercover cop should definitely be charged for shoving the camera in the reporter's face. It sure looked hostile to me.... Is this UNBECOMING of someone who supposedly "protects and serves"?

This was a fantastic find, Thank you for posting it Jackovesk.
My Lord Sid, I am out of date with civilian arrest. Would you be willing to update me on the legalities of it please..
Am I right in thinking that once an arrest has been made, you we or whoever makes the arrest is responsible for the safety of the arrested untill they arrived in custody!!

That is exactly it.
No different to the police, once they are in your custody, they are your responsibility.
There is an added complication and that is if the police, sheriff or jail won't accept your prisoner.
I would not have much trouble, I am used to dealing with bull headed nuggets, but others might.
I have never made an arrest, but I have threatened police with it.
Talk about freak out!
And when I told them I have the knowledge, the ability and I can physically subdue them both, that put them in their place.
Especially when I said I might not be able to guarantee they wouldn't be hurt in the process of being arrested, if they resisted.

Thank you for that, christ, wouldnt wanna be arrested by you then lol.
So, I was not aware that they could refuse to accept your prisoner..That would indeed complicate things.
Sorry for hijacking the thread by the way guys and gals.

WA cops hate it when I quote their own criminal code at them. This is sort of personal Lord Sid, but just how big are you? Not many of us could take that on because we don't have the size, training or where with all to attempt such a maneuver...but it sounds great in theory. The metal picture of standing up to the authority with their own laws thrown back in their face, now that's really funny. :pound:
And WA, what is that referring to?

WA is Western Australia.
And I am 173cm tall, going on 10 feet. :p
It isn't about my size, it is about how I behave.
