With everything I've learned and understand to be true she's pretty much spot on, and delivers it all in a very cohesive, articulate fashion. A wonderful soul, truly.

One thing I'd add to her theory and make clear is not everyone incarnate on earth derives of those early days of the planet, or are from the stars. There are many purely terrestrial souls who have never incarnated elsewhere, and indeed many souls new to physical incarnations that are here merely to sample the earth-school and fast-track their spiritual progression.

A lot of info on there for spiritual living, and she makes an eye-opening case for the harmful effects of fluoride. I've heard of its possibly toxic effects before, but to this extent? Is this true? With everything she says regarding foods and other various additives detrimental to our physical (and spiritual) health it's rather overwhelming tbh, and hard to contemplate how radical a change in lifestyle would be required to counter them.

Indeed, and as I understood it she was drawing a lot of information there straight from her higher self. That alone indicates how spiritually developed she actually is.
