Have any of you had the experience of having unexplained sharp pains around the back of your head? I have for about a month and yesterday I discovered what looks like to be about a 2” wide painful scratch/cut. I do not remember hitting my head or having any kind of other accident that would have caused it.
I am not going to read into this to much but it is Very strange

Can't say I wouldn't be getting to the bottom of a 2" gash in my head that mysteriously appeared. I'd want my head examined, in more ways than one.

Not a gash just a scratch, but my wife would agree with the whole head examined part :)

Maybe you hit something while asleep, or fell out of bed in the night? It might need to be xrayed or MRI'd I hope you are ok.

it's possible, but I have not done it before and the way my bed is, I would fall on soft clothes.

Can you describe where exactly are this scratches, it's size and distance between them, if they are symetrical, you know, all possible info to cope with it. Thank you.

Well when all the usual possibilities can be discounted, all that remains is the realm of impossibilities...
Could it be an alien abduction/implant??

Straight line 1-2 long, unbroken, that why I say scratch, that hurt when touched, 1 ½ inch bellow crown, no missing hair.

If so, you think I would remember something, next question is why

If there is no logical explanation as you well said, then let's go to the other side. First, re-pass the timeline between no scratch-yes scratch, if it was during the night, then I would suggest to try to program your dreams to get an answer fro your subconscious. I normally repeat a few times what is what I want to dream about and then a few times that I have to remember the dreams. To reenforce the memory recall fill the glass with a water (just a bit) and drink the first half before you fall asleep and the second half first thing you wake up. This is an old trick to educate your mind to refresh the memories. I am telling you that just because if there was any intrusion in your mind, the dreams are first which will tell you if there was something out of normal.
This in case of a shallow intrusion in your mind. If there is a chemical barrier (let's say someone doesn't want you to know what is going on with you) the more efficient step would be to get some good regression therapist who could dig deep to your right brain and see what is there, and off course you too. I am in England, you in US so sorry not to be able to regress you.
Also if there is not a lot of trouble for you, you can send me a photo, I saw some suspicious scars and maybe it could help to recognise something. We can always PM.
