Hey friends,

Just saw that on youtube!

Well, all I can say is that I havenīt seen anything similar during my whole life!

What is that? Do you have any idea?

-mRniwNphuM

It doesnīt look like a rare cloud of something like that...It looks more like one of those disks frozen in liquid nitrogen...

Cheers,

Raf.

Man,that is awesome! If it's real, and it does like real to me, it's something I never seen before. Great find RMorgan.......

Not a cloud in the sky? The smoke at the bottom of the video was dark brown, as if the ring was shot from a tube. It's very strange looking, but I wonder if it was a magnified closeup?

Wow good find RMorgan, to me it looks like a UFO saucer type shape just shot outta that cloud, leaving this cloud ring as it shot off, the direction of the formation prolly indicates the direction of the UFO...

Of course, this is based on the fact that UFOs exist in the first place.

that's the good question...

I think the brown/orange colors are due to sun reflections...It looks like it was filmed just before the sunset.

It looks really huge and dense, because thereīs a lot of vapor/smoke coming from it and it still looks very thick...It also looks very static in the sky.

As a former smoker, I know that smoke rings usually keep going until they completely dissolve...They donīt stay at the same point, with the same density.

Anyway, I have no clue about what is it.

Cheers,

Raf.

well that is definitely a toroidal vortex... now how is it that this occurred I wonder, natural or not?

Stan Deyo talked about the torus being the most efficient way to conserve energy in his videos about anti gravity.

This could be related.

That's absolutely beautiful, I can't imagine how breathtaking it would be to see that above you.

There are several similar videos on youtube, however, from different volcanoes. The explanation given under one of the vids is this:

Volcano blows spectacular smoke ring. A rare phenomenon, where a visible vortex ring of steam and gas is expelled from a volcanic vent. Under special conditions, gas and steam expelled from a vent can form gas rings. It probably requires a particular geolometric configuration of a circular vent exit, as well as expulsion of gas in individual puffs with just the right velocity.

This phenomenon is quite rare, but has been witnessed at several volcanoes, including Stromboli and Etna. At Etna, a spectacular period lasting several months was observed in 2000, when one of its vents created hundreds of smoke rings each day, in rapid succession.

Don't know if all that's legit or not, but the ring is certainly a breathtaking sight. It looks like the symbol of a serpent with its tail in its mouth, creating a circle. Like a beautiful plumed serpent in the sky.

Very beautiful and mesmerizing. What caught my eye was the photography. It seemed very professional and smooth. Either a very steady hand or on a tripod. The latter would indicate that this event was planned.

It's possible the photographer had his camera ready in hopes of some volcanic activity. I enjoyed a comment under one of the videos: Dolphins do it, volcanoes do it, potheads do it.

And as Modwiz suggested, Longbottom Leaf makes for some spectacular rings.

I wonder if this was took at Niagara Falls, Ontario. This summer we were staying at a hotel, which overlooked the new Mini Putt Golf, complete with a scaled down version of a volcano. This volcano would "blow" it's top every 10 - 12 minutes, spewing a huge cloud in the sky, and when not windy, would actually produce the same type of smoke ring shown here. It was quite the show, and we could even feel the heat blast from across the road. :cool2:

Here is a pic I took of one that lasted for 5 minutes in the sky,

Modwiz ~ I think you are Gandalf  The Galactics have told us (Salusa 11/28/11 on Avalon) that we will be seeing more of them in the skies. They are always modifiying around trouble spots like this Volcano. The whole volcanic system is interconnected like everything else. Their technology is over 100,000 years advanced over ours, so it is no wonder we don't recognize what we are seeing here. It's all good. They are here to assist Earth and our own Ascension which is upon us now. Three cheers! Very nice presentation. Thanks for sharing! xoxox

P.S. Pass that peace pipe, White Feather ; )

Mt. Ruapehu is a volcano in New Zealand. I guess it could only be a volcanic phenom. If its not something more bizarre

amazing how the rings the dolphins make must have some sort of gyroscopic force which stops them from rising to the surface...

A plasma field comes to mind. It's fun to let imagination carry away all rational thinking. Could the ring be carrying sovereign intelligence? The ring itself is unlikely, so what if the unlikely is as likely as the appearance of the ring itself?

You guys got some really interesting ideas on this. I wonder, why no one came up with the most obvious explanation, though. :noidea:

I was going to start a thread and successfully searched and found a related thread to post in, yay! I just got this in my fb feed http://www.volcanodiscovery.com/etna/photos/2013/nov/smoke-rings.html That is the first time I remember seeing this phenomenon, very cool

I have only just seen this thread.

Unfortunately the OP link no longer works, removed by youtube due to copyright infringement...yeah yeah.....usual story.

Yet from reading everyone's posts I know exactly what you are discussing as I too have had a couple of these over my skies around 2 years ago in the same month and it does look like a gigantic Gandalf smoke ring and is a most curious thing to observe but chilling and eerie at the same time and lingered for perhaps over an hour before dispersing.

Now I live in the UK, so there are no volcanoes to have created this phenomena.

I remember seeing such gigantic smoke rings on a chemtrail/haarp documentary talking about toroidal vortices that 'naturally' should be 'high up in the atmosphere' beyond the naked eye and not at lower cloud level. The documentary mentioned this was examples of man made technology at work. Sorry I cannot remember which chemtrail documentary I saw this in, yet most likely either 'why in the world are they spraying' or 'what in the world are they spraying' documentaries that came out within the last year or so on You Tube.

So for those who suspect these rings are created naturally by volcanoes - I would like to know/understand how this theory explains how I have seen two of these over central UK that have no local volcanoes erupting to have created this 'naturally'. I observed these at midday in bright blue skies, the ring was perfectly white, as if some type of energy burst had blown outwards collecting what clouds had been in the sky and grouped them into a gigantic cloud ring, with one tiniest of cloud dot staying in the centre of the circle.
