One of the first books I read on "my journey" was a book called "Getting there" by Michael Roads.
A great read!

About Michalel Roads:-
In the words of a previous interviewer, from his website (http://www.michaelroads.com/about-michael.html) :-

Michael Roads is a 74-year old Australian, an ex-farmer who looks like a vital man in his fifties. He talks mainly about Love. Not the be-nice-to-each-other-love, but the overwhelming, breath taking, all encompassing and total Love that blows the mind. After an early life of bumps, bruises and tough lessons, he began his spiritual path. He developed himself and taught himself to travel in his 'Light body' without his physical body, wrote a series of best-selling books, and taught whole tribes of people how to `talk' with Nature. Then, all of a sudden there came the discovery of Love with a capital 'L' . . . Unconditional Love. He describes this Love with inspiring enthusiasm. An evening with Michael Roads is an empowering event. At the end of the evening you also want what he has, you also want to participate in his outgoing joy of life, to take the radical step into the beautiful inner world that he describes.

I donīt say I agree with everything he says, but found the interview interesting, humorous at times and valuable.
MY favourite quote:-

We actually believe you can fight for peace! I mean, how stupid is that? What sort of brain came up with that? Intelligence looks at that and says...pardon me?

A true communicator and his hand symbolism communicates the multidimensional aspect of the subject at hand. Thank you!

The freedom of fluidity is found by knowing that whatever
you desire you already have.
For you - your body is saying, "Release suffering, allow me
to be healed," while you are saying, "No, I need the pain lest I
forget I am not free. "
Release it. You are free. Know it.
