Label on Kraft mac & cheese imported to the U.K. says 'Made from GMO Wheat'

(Truthstream Media.com) Is there more genetically modified wheat in the U.S. food supply than what we've been told about?

  After it came to light last week that unapproved, illegal genetically modified wheat from Monsanto had been found growing in a farmer's field in Oregon (http://truthstreammedia.com/unapprove...), Japan and South Korea have halted U.S. imports. The Monsanto wheat had been field tested between 1998 and 2005, but Monsanto pulled it when an international outcry arose and many of the biggest wheat importing countries proclaimed they would not buy the biotech giant's GMO strain.

  Now, a disturbing YouTube video has surfaced from FoodBabe.com sent in from the U.K. showing a box of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese imported from the U.S. with a label declaring the product is "made from genetically modified wheat" (http://foodbabe.com/2013/05/30/illega...).

  With the devastating prevalence of digestive issues and food allergies such as gluten intolerance and Celiac Disease among others proliferating all across America, the implication that illegal GMO wheat is not only turning up randomly in farmers' fields years after Monsanto supposedly stopped testing it, but that unapproved GMO wheat is actually known to be *present* in American processed food products and openly announced in other countries is downright disgusting and disturbing.

  Even in a best case scenario that the distributor assumed the mac and cheese had genetically modified wheat in it and just slapped a label on to cover the company's butt, it's still a sad testament to the fact that none of this manufactured food can really be trusted. Unfortunately, the odds that this label is telling the truth are pretty high all facts about biotech considered. Although Monsanto claims this is the first time it's GMO wheat strain has turned up in the near decade following its field tests, the wheat had been planted in 16 states and multiple other countries, so there's little reason to trust this is merely an isolated incident.

Not only is this confirming what others have suggested is and would be happening, it's interesting to hear his theoretical explanation for such is (allegedly) due to the Earth's core heating which is what weakens the magnetic effect of the poles (if I am understanding him correctly).

Wells spoke with scientist, filmmaker and mystic ecologist David Sereda about his latest research on the Earth's pole shift and why the sunrise has been early, the bird die-off, quantum electro-dynamics, and 2012, as well as new children being born with advanced abilities. From what I can figure, the earth's physical rotation, the location of the equator bulge, the locations of the physical north and south poles, and the locations of the earth crust do not shift, at least not more than a trivially small amount. It's the earth's magnetic poles that have been moving from Greenland to Siberia, and that might shift even more dramatically or even reverse, as has happened repeatedly before.

On a much longer time scale, I also figure that the earth is expanding, which continues to slowly shift the relative positions of the continental plates ... quite slowly, and drives such major areas of volcanic and earthquake activity such as around the "Ring of Fire" surrounding the Pacific Ocean.

Drones are everywhere and have been for many years. Basically its just a remote control aircraft with a camera, but the view it gives us is breathtaking. This unusual crop formation was discovered in Italy recently and some makers of this drone thought it would be a great opportunity to get some footage of something highly unusual and rare. I can't say this crop formation makes much sense because its one big mess, but something big hit this field and that poor farmer must be feeling it financially since it covers most the field. Perhaps a UFO hovered nearby, but also possibly a twister although none were seen in the area. SCW

"Maria Wheatley, a second-generation dowser and leading authority on the geodetic system of earth energies, appeared in the second hour. She discussed anomalies related to Stonehenge, which is situated in a powerful spot where some 14 different ley lines (energetic alignments) cross and intersect. According to her electromagnetic tests, the energy at the Stonehenge monument moves up along the stones, and then begins to emit a signal that is around 18 hertz, just below our ability to hear (though in ancient times, people may have been able to hear it, since there was less sound in the environment, she noted).

The large stones were brought from 17 miles away at Avebury, a site with hundreds of natural stones. The transportation of them to Stonehenge might have been facilitated by the energy from the stones, which could have made them lighter in weight, she posited. She talked about Geiger counter readings she did near Stonehenge which showed high levels of gamma radiation-- she believes the ancients were storing energy, and that it's still being released today. Wheatley also spoke of artifacts found at Stonehenge, such as a scissors-like object that could have been a sophisticated surgical tool, as well as her dowsing techniques and practice.

First hour guest, privacy advocate Katherine Albrecht reacted to the recent Supreme Court ruling upholding the DNA swabbing of people under arrest. She noted that in Great Britain, where DNA swabbing of the arrested also takes place, the data is supposed to be thrown out if the person is found innocent. Yet according to Big Brother Watch, that hasn't been happening, and people's DNA information remains in the records. She views the US Court's ruling as further chipping away at American's 4th Amendment rights. Albrecht also reported that Yahoo is switching over to a new email system, in which users have to sign an agreement to allow for automated scanning of their messages. She recommends that people consider Start Mail (now in beta testing) which offers a more private approach to web mail services.

In the latter half of the show, callers were invited to share their paranormal experiences, and scary stories. Patti related the tale of how she had a premonition of a friend's death that unfortunately turned out to be true, and several callers described encounters with odd or menacing entities who awakened them out of sleep."

A witness in New Jersey has suggested that mass abduction by manipulative extraterrestrials have been occurring in the region. The witness talks about possible communication with alien beings on 20 May, 2013 at 12:00 AM. This report has been obtained from a testimony included in the database of Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), published on 22 May, 2013.

The witness tells us that he has always been sceptical about aliens and then he describes what he saw.

“I’ve always been a skeptic of aliens and UFOs, up until two nights ago, and I feel lost and confused, that’s why I am here. I would like to start off by telling you that about 3 weeks ago I saw an unidentified flying object that looked like a fireball in the sky.”

The witness describes how he was abducted by aliens and found himself tied in a metal bed.

“Two nights ago as I was about to go to sleep I saw something in my room through my peripheral vision. I don’t remember going to sleep, but I do remember waking up in a metal room and I was lying on a metal bed and I was restrained.”

The witness describes how he found that many other people, along with his sister, were also lying unconsciousness on metal beds.

‘ I struggled to turn my head and I saw many people lying in these metal beds just like mine and I focused on one in particular which I realized was my sister, it seemed that everyone was in some state of unconsciousness.”

The witness describes his reaction to the situation.

“At that point I realized that something was very wrong and I was conscious of the scary situation I was in. I started to panic and tried to free myself.”

The witness talks about being surrounded by aliens.

“At that point I realized that I was surrounded by short beings, they were grayish in color and seemed oblivious to the fact that I was trying to fight my way out of the restraints.”

He describes how another, taller being, appeared out of nowhere.

“Suddenly out of nowhere came a bright light and another being appeared, this one was taller and had a more oval shaped head with indentations in it and it was almost tan in color.”

The witness further describes how this alien communicated with him and told him about how they were looking into our DNA.

‘It communicated with me telepathically and I asked it what it was doing to us and it said "We are looking at your DNA." I asked it why it was doing this to us and it replied "All humans have alien DNA, but not all humans have the same alien DNA.”

The alien informed the witness that they come from Sirius.

“I asked it where they were from and it said "We come from Sirius" and it also told me that they have been coming to me for a long time.”

The witness finally tells us that the alien disappeared and he found himself in his bed.

”At that point it disappeared and my fear returned and I started screaming from the top of my lungs, the next thing I remember is jumping up from my bed screaming waking up everyone in the house. I haven’t slept for 2 nights now.....”

NASA announced that a rare stellar alignment has opened two opportunities for its Hubble Space Telescope to look for alien planets near red dwarf Proxima Centauri in the next few years.

NASA has always been excited about finding new Earth-sized, alien planets and a recent occurrence presented the space agency with a golden opportunity to discover such planets.

According to a press release from NASA, a rare stellar alignment has opened up two opportunities for its Hubble Space Telescope to look for alien planets near red dwarf Proxima Centauri in the next few years. The two occasions will come October 2014 and February 2016.

Proxima Centauri is the star closest to Earth and during the above mentioned periods, the star will move in front of two other stars. This has been predicted using dates from NASA's Hubble Space Telescope.

"Proxima Centauri's trajectory offers a most interesting opportunity because of its extremely close passage to the two stars," said Kailash Sahu, an astronomer with the Space Science Telescope Institute in Baltimore. Md. Sahu leads a team of scientists whose work he presented Monday at the 222nd meeting of American Astronomical Society in Indianapolis.

According to Northwestern College, though red dwarfs make up for more than 50 percent of stars in the Milky way, not one of them is visible to the naked eye in the northern hemisphere. Previously, scientists have tried looking for planets around the Proxima Centauri but have not been successful. However, scientists are hopeful that this rare stellar alignment will give them the opportunity to spot smaller terrestrial planets, if they exist, by looking for microlensing effects.

According to the Encyclopedia of Astronomy and Astrophysics, "Microlensing refers to the special case of gravitational lensing where the multiple images produced are too close together on the sky to be observed as separate images. However, the lensing can still be detected because these multiple images appear as a single object of increased apparent brightness."

NASA says that this microlensing effect will help them measure precisely the mass of Proxima Centauri, which in turn will help them understand its diameter, temperature, intrinsic brightness and longevity.

NASA also revealed its plans to measure the mass of the star by studying photos of each of the background stars to determine how far the stars are offset from their real positions in the sky.

"Because Proxima Centauri is so close to Earth, the area of sky warped by its gravitation field is larger than for more distant stars. This makes it easier to look for shifts in apparent stellar position caused by this effect. However, the position shifts will be too small to be perceived by any but the most sensitive telescopes in space and on the ground. The European Space Agency's Gaia space telescope and the European Southern Observatory's Very Large Telescope on Mt. Cerro Paranal in Chile may be able to make measurements comparable to Hubble's," read the press release.

In the latter half, author, speaker and hypnotherapist, Tina Sacchi, spoke about ways people can lead a heartfelt, spiritual life, and overcome emotional obstacles, guilt, and shame that sometimes occur when they move away from the organized religion they grew up with. People should feel open to express and nurture their connection to the higher source however they want, she argued. "Spirituality is about connecting with a higher consciousness; it doesn't matter how you get there," she continued. After a strict Catholic upbringing, she came out of her "metaphysical closet" about 17 years ago, and while some friends and family members turned away from her, she formed her own spiritual community with other like-minded people. It's important to live your own life, and not someone else's dream, she added.

Sacchi talked about her work as an energy healer-- she works with clients' energy fields and helps to transform them back to their original source. However, not all people want to be fixed-- they may want to hang on to their "stories" or narrative regarding negative situations. She also stressed the importance of meditation, and suggested one could get started by listening to guided imagery recordings. By taking the conscious mind out of the way, one can go within and discover wisdom, she shared."

OK, since joining about a week ago, I have landed in this thread a few times and have seriously been wondering what the one element is that holds this thread together as a whole and a topic in itself. It all seems a bit like a mixed bunch. There are things that relate to the only thing I would relate to the title, this weird ranch, the name of which I can't remember, but Jesse Ventura (I know, I know) has done a show about it and that's where I first heard about it

However, there is one thing I thought about recently and couldn't find a thread that is entirely dedicated to it, which may be partly due to the fact that it's quite controversial and thought this is as good a place as any, so the topic I'm on about is (cue drum roll):

REVERSE SPEECH

I have recently watched a few videos on that and while some does not convince me, there is a bunch that does make you wonder whether there may be sth to it. If you were to believe in it, then those reversals of US Presidents would make you wonder since so many of them seem to have a faible for, errrrr, 'serving the mark' as it were. Can't remember which one it was, but one person in particular, repeated that phrase every three lines... That really made me wonder at the time.

I would encourage you to go to everyone's favourite video website and search for president reverse speech, go way back into the past and listen to a few former presidents. It's quite odd, I'll say this much. Have (questionable) fun with it ;)

Health freedom advocate and author Ty Bollinger discussed alternative treatments and approaches against cancer. He believes that cancer rates have greatly increased in the last thirty years due to toxic factors and carcinogens in the environment. Among the factors, he pointed to such things as chemtrails, GMO foods, aspartame, fluoride, and EMF which weren't in our environment decades ago. Bollinger believes these factors have compromised many people's immune systems, making them less able to identify cancer cells and destroy them, as would be done by a normally healthy individual. He cited an alarming statistic from the World Health Organization-- 41% of people alive today will eventually come down with some type of cancer.

We're not winning the 'War on Cancer' (declared by Pres. Nixon over 40 years ago), as more people are dying than ever before, and standard treatments like surgery, radiation and chemotherapy have remained largely unchanged over the years. The reason, perhaps, that things have stayed the same is that these standard approaches are extremely lucrative, Bollinger remarked, adding that 'Big Pharma' seeks profits for their medications, while there's an effort to push people away from natural remedies.

Breast cancer and prostate cancer could be associated with a lack of exercise, he reported, as exercise stimulates the lymphatic system-- a primary detoxification system in the body. Bollinger recommends jumping on a mini-trampoline for 20 minutes a day, which he says is a great activator for the lymph system. He also commented on cases where parents are forced to agree to chemo treatments for their children when they have cancer, which he considers a usurping of parental rights. Actually Giovonni, I just listened through that show and found it pretty tame compared to what I listened to recently if I'm honest. I think it was Carter who went on and on about serving the mark, but could be wrong. There were a number of presidents who just luuuuurve the mark, apparently. Get busy on youtube if you're interested. It's an interesting subject, hard to explain or to get your head around, but fascinating if nothing else depending on how open you are to this issue. I'm fascinated with the unconscious ever since reading Jung's books in my early twenties, so naturally I find this topic somewhat interesting, even though I have my doubts as well sometimes. However, that faible for the mark I spoke of earlier is something that seems too much to be coincidence or something that's easily explained away, even if (I'm sure) many so-called scientists would argue it's utter nonsense and not repeatable under double blind-testing and whatnot... It just strikes me as a weird issue that could have some truth in it. When "coincidences" team up, more often than not, you got something rather than nothing. Did I just confuse myself here? :confused:

About coincidences, I mean I have already stated that I'm a big fan of Jung, so that says it all about me believing in coincidences or not, really. I agree absolutely with you on that. I have had the most interesting things happen to me and they still do all the time. I'm way beyond the point where I consider it proven to me in my own life. I keep on bumping into people, am approached by complete strangers in sincere ways (or I'd become suspicious of these people) to a degree where it just becomes a joke. I can barely leave the house these days without such things happening, haha

they do resonate, yes. Both very true, of course. I feel very blessed being born a German speaker for the fact that English is rather easy to learn and a great language to have in your arsenal, but German on the other hand is a tough nut to crack if it's not your native tongue It sets you up with a great basis to learn other European languages and there is such an abundance of great writers throughout history, especially considering it's such a small country, who wrote in German, among them Jung, Freud (best of all are his word by word recorded lectures to laymen audiences, I find, not his written books), Goethe (beautiful writer imo), Schiller, Schelling, Eckhart Tolle, Meister Eckhart, Nietzsche (yes, he is a verrrrrry strange man, but interesting in his own way), Wilhelm Reich, Schopenhauer, Wittgenstein, Kant, Lessing, Schauberger, Dostoevsky, Fromm, Heidegger, Humboldt, Steiner, Hesse and many more. Reading these writers in their original is something special. Jung alone is reason enough to feel lucky imo

As a friend of mine who learnt German later in life once said to me: When you're talking about science or philosophy, you need to conduct your conversation in German as every other European language is simply too vague. While that is overstated, there is something to it. You can express yourself very much to the point in German, which in Jung's case is a blessing. Of course I'm an anglophile and love English as it opens the door to so many cultures and connects so many people everywhere, facilitates a lot of humour (as opposed to German), but reading all of these writers, and more than anyone else, Jung is something special in his original words, I believe. He is just a little bit lost in translation sometimes, or rather the beauty of his words is

Sequim -- I believe it was March 21st when the meteor shower was to happen. I was outside when I saw an object which acted like a meteor entering our atmosphere, but then it slowed down and gliding into reentry and then it disappeared. It flying across the sky in front of me and started to glow orange and headed towards Seattle and I realized it wasn’t a meteor. Later at 11 PM, it’s just hovering above the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and then it shoots out a smaller orange orb and then takes off at an insane speed towards space. As its current data collection makes headlines, the National Security Agency is continuing to expand its data storage and processing capabilities. The agency recently broke ground on an $860 million data center at Fort Meade, Maryland that will span more than 600,000 square feet, including 70,000 square feet of technical space.

Last month the NSA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers began building the High Performance Computing Center-2, an NSA-run facility that will be located on base at Fort Meade, which is home to much of the agency’s existing data center operations. The data center will be supported by 60 megawatts of power capacity, and will use both air-cooled and liquid-cooled equipment.

The NSA is already building a massive data center in Utah, investing up to $1.5 billion in a project that will feature up to 1 million square feet of facilities.

After arriving in the local skywatching spot and only there for just a couple of minutes a neat observation. Being reclined and looking almost directly above when this dim spherical object descended down (slow & steady) as if on parachute and vertical and before it stopped it luminesced a little brighter part way down before it stopped. Maybe dropping slowly hundreds of feet and stopping maybe ~300 feet above. and just as qucikly was gone. Watching it was exciting and I did not film as was thinking the object was going to drop down to the earth and finally on the cusp of an encounter. But alas it turned out to be a definite confirmation but chalked down as a personal sighting.

Saturday is the alignment with Mars and the Moon. This is amplified by gamma ray

finishing up karma, agreements, etc. In the end all we have is our own personal
God connection and to lead by example. A good measure is the love, joy, bliss,
loving detachment and non-judgment we exude from our being. If we were truly
where we think we are we most likely would not be reading this. We would be
beyond the veil.

AFP - Russia's Valentina Tereshkova, the first woman to go to space, said on Friday she was ready to score another coup and fly to Mars, even if it would be just a one-way trip.

"Mars is my favourite planet," the 76-year old told a news conference in Zvyozdny Gorodok (Star City) outside Moscow, home to a cosmonaut training centre.

Tereshkova, who became a national heroine at the tender age of 26 when she made a solo space flight in 1963, said she had been part of the group who studied the possibility of going to the Red Planet.

"But we know the human limits. And for us this remains a dream. Most likely the first flight will be one way. But I am ready," she said.

Under the call sign Chaika (Seagull), Tereshkova during her three-day mission circled the Earth 48 times, her flight becoming a major propaganda coup for the Soviet Union.

On June 16, Russia will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Tereshkova's historic flight.

In 1961, Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin became the first man to go to space.

Bird Drone Developed by Army Attacked by Real Birds

A bird drone created by the U.S. Army is being touted as a device that could be used in wartime scenarios, according to recent reports. The Robo-Raven drone apparently fools real birds and has even been attacked by a hawk.

The Robo-Raven has a wingspan of 34.3 centimeters and is light–weighing around 9.7 grams, according to the Daily Mail, citing the Army Research Laboratory.

“It already attracts attention from birds in the area which tends to hide its presence,” mechanical engineer John Gerdes, with the Aberdeen Proving Ground, told the Mail.

He said that seagulls, crows, and songbirds have flown around the Raven in formation.

Hawks and falcons have attacked the bird, he said. “Generally we don’t see them coming,” Gerdes said.

He added, “They will dive and attack by hitting the bird from above with their talons, then they typically fly away.”

Researchers hope that the Robo-Raven can be used in stealth and reconnaissance missions.

“Our new robot, Robo Raven, is based on a fundamentally new design concept,” Dr. SK Gupta, a professor of mechanical engineering with Maryland University, was quoted by LiveScience as saying. “It uses two programmable motors that can be synchronized electronically to coordinate motion between the wings.”

Can People Live on Only Sunlight and Water?

A woman in Seattle who believes she can live without food is trying to prove it, and promoting her claims through social media.

According to a story on Fox News, “Navenna Shine, the founder and subject of the Living on Light experiment, plans to spend the next four to six months abstaining from food of any kind and living on only light, water and tea. According to her website Livingonlight.com, Shine started the experiment in an attempt to follow a group of obscure Yogis, who for thousands of years have claimed the ability to live on light."

The claimed ability to survive without food (and sometimes without water as well) is called inedia, and those who attempt it are called “inediates” (among other things). One common version of inedia includes a belief called breatharianism, which teaches that humans can be trained to survive just on water and sunlight.

Shine is only the latest among many alleged inediates over the years. Though the beliefs date back thousands of years, in modern times only a handful of people actually claim this amazing ability. In 2010 an 82-year-old Indian man named Prahlad Jani made news for claiming he had not had anything to eat or drink since World War II.

Psychology of Inedia

Inedia is very different from merely dieting for health, fasting as non-violent protest, or because of a psychological disorder such as anorexia nervosa. Robert Carroll, Chairman of the Philosophy Department at Sacramento City College and author of “The Skeptics Dictionary” notes that refusing to eat has strong spiritual connotations: “Fasting has long been considered a way to purify one’s body and mind. Fasting reminds us of our dependence and weakness, and links us to those who suffer hunger as part of their daily lives. Inediates strive to be spiritual beings and carry fasting to an inhuman level. If restraint, self-control, and reducing one’s intake of food and water are good, then eliminating all physical nourishment must be better.”

ANALYSIS: Man Claims to Survive Without Food

Temporary fasting is part of many religions, including Islam and Christianity; in Roman Catholic traditions, some saints are said to have lived for months or even years without food.

It’s not surprising that such claims fail when subjected to scientific tests. The human body needs both food and water to function; it’s as simple as that. Plants can create their own food through photosynthesis, but people can’t. Depending on many factors (including the health and size of an individual) the human body can live for about a month without eating, though only a few days without water. Stories of rescued accident victims who have survived for a few weeks on little or no food are not unheard of.

The 5 Most Outrageous Hoaxes

If Navenna Shine wishes to follow in the path of previous breatharians and inediates, she should be aware that many of their claims are exaggerated at best and fraudulent at worst. Several people who claimed to survive on nothing more than air and sunlight have been caught sneaking food and water. Unless a person allows himself or herself to be closely watched at all times, fraud is a real possibility. One prominent breatharian, Wiley Brooks, was seen and photographed in a fast food restaurant during his supposed fasting.

Shine has turned her experimental flirtation with starvation into something of a social media event, filming herself on web cams and creating a Facebook page so supporters (and detractors) can follow along. She seems sincere in her effort, blogging about her symptoms including nausea, her conversations with God, and the messages she receives from the universe as her body fights off delirium. If she’s not careful she may make news for a whole different, tragic reason."

Good news - Climate risk Scientist Dr. Simon Atkins has sent along an update in relation to the North Atlantic tsunami watch forecast.

He has said that despite some geomagnetic energy today, the sun's energy is decreasing. AFC have calculated that the Atlantic Ocean (both hemispheres) has released, at least for now, enough electromagnetic energy so that the Tsunami Watch can be cancelled.

The probability of a North Atlantic tsunami has been decreased to 14% (fourteen percent) and they expect this to drop further short-term.

In a dream I woke up from on Sunday, May 12th, at 9:15 am Pacific time, I was walking outside my house in the driveway, in daylight.

A person walked up to me in a white outfit -- and he had a very unusual, radiant quality.

His presence immediately put me at ease. Right away, I knew that he was a wise person and he had valuable information to share with me.

Some kind of new, futuristic building was on the land, and he brought me inside through a doorway. Other people like him were working at computers inside the building.

He sat me down in front of a normal-looking laptop computer, and sat facing me on the other side of the computer. He looked me straight in the eye and began talking.

"David, all the things we've been preparing you for, all these years, are about to start happening. You are actually going to see Disclosure."

I was stunned. Speechless. I just kept listening. I was glad that finally, someone "in the know" had decided to talk to me.

He then pulled up a webpage on the laptop. "This is how it starts."

Much to my surprise, he pulled up the front page of the Drudge Report!

RED HEADLINES

Specifically, this was the front page of the Drudge Report with bold, red headlines. It appeared that some major new story of political scandal had broken.

"This will be the first sign. You will see headlines like this breaking on the Drudge Report, all in red."

"You should see them within about a week, but it might take two weeks for you to see everything."

This was only the beginning of the dream. I expected I might have to wait a week to see something.

I was quite shocked to see a red headline dominating the top of the Drudge Report the very next morning, Monday, May 13th -- just as I had been shown:

"Ian Punnett was joined by journalist specializing in military affairs, Stephen Harding, for a discussion on how U.S. and German soldiers joined forces in the waning hours of World War II. He explained that this unlikely collaboration was forged in an effort to save high value French prisoners that were being held captive by the Nazis in an Austrian castle. Originally to be used as hostages or pawns by the Nazis, by May of 1945 these prisoners were slated to be executed since Germany had lost the war. However, before the orders could be carried out, the plans were thwarted thanks to a sympathetic German army major named Josef Gangl and an American army lieutenant by the name of Jack Lee.

According to Harding, Lee's unit was stationed in Austria awaiting word that the war with Germany had officially ended. During that time, he was approached by a surrendering Gangl, who told Lee about the French prisoners' potentially dire fate and asked him for help in setting them free. Harding speculated that Lee, having thrived as the leader of a tank battalion, was likely saddened that the war was about to end and relished the chance to have one last showdown with the Nazis. He attributed Gangl's heroics to the fact that he was a principled "professional soldier" that had been in the Germany army before the Nazis rose to power and, thus, had no allegiances to their agenda.

After getting the approval of U.S. commanders, Lee's unit combined with Gangl's forces to comprise a group consisting of roughly two dozen soldiers fighting to capture the castle containing the French prisoners. The battle became particularly harrowing as Nazi forces also arrived outside the castle and outnumbered the rescuers by a six to one margin and possessed vastly superior firepower. Ultimately, thanks to reinforcements from the Americans as well as aid from the Austrian resistance movement, the castle was captured and the French prisoners set free. Looking at this unique alliance between German and American soldiers that had previously been battling each other, Harding marveled that it "really shows just how out of the ordinary and downright unusual the reality of warfare can be."
Government Spying

In the first hour, author Howard Bloom talked about the recent government spying revelations as well as a White House petition calling for the release of whistleblower Bradley Manning. While Bloom conceded that he is "extremely aware of the need for national security," he warned that government spying has grown into such a massive industry that it is now nearly impossible to stop it. Regarding Manning, Bloom lamented that his trial will receive far more media coverage than the "most relevant trial of all" which is the debate over how to balance national security with personal privacy.

Jordan Codices Update

Also in the first hour, theology expert Margaret Barker provided an update on the Jordan Codices. She cited metallurgical tests on the lead books suggest that they are "certainly too old to be described as modern fakes" and likely date back to around the early Christian era. That said, Barker was fearful that the Jordan Codices will suffer the same fate as the Dead Sea Scrolls, where scholars' access to the artifacts was severely limited for decades. As such, she stressed patience in proving the veracity of the books and acknowledged that the academic sphere works slower than the expectations of the media and the public."

Against all probability, a device that purports to use cold fusion to generate vast amounts of power has been verified by a panel of independent scientists. The research paper, which hasn’t yet undergone peer review, seems to confirm both the existence of cold fusion, and its potency: The cold fusion device being tested has roughly 10,000 times the energy density and 1,000 times the power density of gasoline. Even allowing for a massively conservative margin of error, the scientists say that the cold fusion device they tested is 10 times more powerful than gasoline — which is currently the best fuel readily available to mankind.

The device being tested, which is called the Energy Catalyzer (E-Cat for short), was created by Andrea Rossi. Rossi has been claiming for the past two years that he had finally cracked cold fusion, but much to the chagrin of the scientific community he hasn’t allowed anyone to independently analyze the device — until now. While it sounds like the scientists had a fairly free rein while testing the E-Cat, we should stress that they still don’t know exactly what’s going on inside the sealed steel cylinder reactor. Still, the seven scientists, all from good European universities, obviously felt confident enough with their findings to publish the research paper.

LNER (cold fusion) hydrogen/nickel latticeAs for what’s happening inside the cold fusion reactor, Andrea Rossi and his colleague Sergio Focardi have previously said their device works by infusing hydrogen into nickel, transmuting the nickel into copper and releasing a large amount of heat. While Rossi hasn’t provided much in the way of details — he’s a very secretive man, it seems — we can infer some knowledge from NASA’s own research into cold fusion. Basically, hydrogen ions (single protons) are sucked into a nickel lattice (pictured right); the nickel’s electrons are forced into the hydrogen to produce neutrons; the nickel nuclei absorb these neutrons; the neutrons are stripped of their electrons to become protons; and thus the nickel goes up in atomic number from 28 to 29, becoming copper.

This process, like the “conventional” fusion of hydrogen atoms into helium, produces a lot of heat. (See: 500MW from half a gram of hydrogen: The hunt for fusion power heats up.) The main difference, though, is that the cold fusion process (also known as LENR, or low energy nuclear reaction) produces very slow moving neutrons which don’t create ionizing radiation or radioactive waste. Real fusion, on the other hand, produces fast neutrons that decimate everything in their path. In short, LENR is fairly safe — safe enough that NASA dreams of one day putting a cold fusion reactor in every home, car, and plane. Nickel and hydrogen, incidentally, are much cheaper and cleaner fuels than gasoline.

As far as we can tell, the main barrier to cold fusion — as with normal fusion — is producing more energy than you put in. In NASA’s tests, it takes a lot more energy to fuse the nickel and hydrogen than is produced by the reaction. Rossi, it would seem, has discovered a secret sauce that significantly reduces the amount of energy required to start the reaction. As for what the secret sauce is, no one knows — in the research paper, the independent scientists simply refer to it as “unknown additives.” All told, the E-Cat seems to have a power density of 4.4×105 W/kg, and an energy density of 5.1×107 Wh/kg.

If Rossi and Focardi’s cold fusion technology turns out to be real — if the E-Cat really has 10,000 times the energy density and 1,000 times the power density of gasoline — then the world will change, very, very quickly. Stay tuned; we’ll let you know when — or if — the E-Cat passes peer review.

Shenzhou-10: China launches next manned space mission

Three astronauts blasted away from the Jiuquan base in Inner Mongolia on a Long March 2F rocket at 17:38 Beijing time (09:38 GMT).

The commander, Nie Haisheng, and his crew, Zhang Xiaoguang and Wang Yaping, plan to spend just under two weeks at the orbiting Tiangong space lab.

Wang is China's second female astronaut and she will beam the country's first lesson from space to students on Earth.

The crew's capsule was ejected from the upper-stage of the rocket about nine minutes after lift-off.

It should take just over 40 hours to raise the craft's orbit to the operating altitude of Tiangong some 335km (208 miles) above the planet's surface.

This mission, the fifth manned mission by China and slated to be the longest, is designated Shenzhou-10. It is the latest step in China's plan to eventually put a permanently manned station above the Earth.

Tiangong-1 is the demonstrator. It was launched in 2011 to provide a target to test rendezvous and docking technologies.

The Shenzhou-9 crew - which included China's first female astronaut, Liu Yang - hooked up with the module for nearly 10 days in June 2012.

Nie's team aims to stay a few days longer, and like the crew of Shenzhou-9 will practise both manual and automatic dockings during the mission.

Beijing hopes to launch its fully-fledged station at the turn of the decade.

It is expected to have a mass of about 60 tonnes and comprise a number of interlocking modules.

Like the International Space Station (ISS), it will have long-duration residents and be supplied by robotic freighters."

"During the first half, Professor of Cybernetics at the University of Reading, England, Kevin Warwick spoke about advances in artificial intelligence, robotics and cyborgs. He defined the concept of a cyborg as a human who is enhanced through technology to have extra abilities. It's an intriguing question to explore-- would you have implants in your eyes if they could give you X-ray vision, or undergo a procedure so you could communicate telepathically?, he pondered. If it was a simple, safe procedure to have small implants installed, many people might consider it, kind of like laser eye surgery, he suggested. Currently, three students have small magnets implanted in their fingers as an experiment into expanding their sensory inputs with sonar, he reported.

Warwick shared details about robots being developed with biological brains using rat neurons, and how research like this is helping people with neurological problems. He touched on his research project involving a robot named Morgui that has five senses-- vision, hearing, infrared, ultrasonics, and radar, and how this data is fused together. He also talked about the Turing test, in which people try to guess whether they are communicating with a human or artificial intelligence. Warwick foresees robotic or autonomous cars coming in the near future, in which drivers might switch into this mode like they do with cruise control when they're on a freeway or toll road.

In the latter half, reporter David Seaman discussed the breaking news about whistleblower Edward Snowden, and the ramification of his disclosures regarding NSA surveillance of American citizens via the Internet and telephone. Glenn Greenwald, the journalist who first received the leaked information, has said that Snowden has given him thousands of documents, many of which are significant stories. "So, it's quite possible that by early next week, you and I could be living in a different kind of world," Seaman remarked, adding that he believes we're seeing a massive abuse of power, and the disassembling of 4th Amendment rights.

Seaman suspects that we have not learned the full extent of the NSA surveillance of American phone calls-- and that in spite of what we've been told, they may actually have transcripts of all conversations. We do know they have logs of all calls over the past seven years, including the numbers you've called, the numbers that have called you, the length of the calls, and the location data, he said. Snowden called this an "existential threat to democracy," and while Pres. Obama and various Senators have defended the surveillance, other Senators have expressed concern. Seaman is particularly galled by Pres. Obama presenting himself to voters as a constitutional law scholar, and now backing these actions. Seaman suggested that the ultimate goal of such surveillance is to prevent or stifle civil unrest.

Overconfidence

During the first half-hour, psychiatrist Dr. Peter Breggin reacted to a new study about overconfidence, which finds that people can draw inaccurate conclusions when they underestimate what they don't know. Genuine confidence comes from the ability to think for yourself and solve problems, Breggin commented."

NSA leak journalist says more revelations on their way

(CNN) -- As U.S. federal agents build a case against the contractor who exposed controversial electronic surveillance programs by the National Security Agency, one of the journalists who has been working with him says more secrets are set to be revealed soon.

"There are extremely invasive spying programs that the public still does not know about that the NSA regularly engages in or other capabilities that they're developing," said Glenn Greenwald, a columnist for the Guardian, the British newspaper that broke the first story based on secret NSA documents.

"To the extent we can shine light on them and bring transparency to them consistent with national security, we fully intend to do so and to do so as quickly as we can," he said in an interview with CNN's Christiane Amanpour on Monday.

NSA Leaker: Are there serious cracks in Ed Snowden’s story?

"First, I’m not doubting the documents Ed Snowden has brought forward. I’m not doubting the illegal reach of the NSA in spying on Americans and the world.

But as to how this recent revelation happened, and whether Ed Snowden’s history holds up…I have questions.

Could Snowden have been given extraordinary access to classified info as part of a larger scheme? Could he be a) an honest man and yet b) a guy who was set up to do what he’s doing now?

If b) is true, then Snowden fits the bill perfectly. He wants to do what he’s doing. He isn’t lying about that. He means what he says.

Okay. Let’s look at his history as reported by The Guardian.

In 2003, at age 19, without a high school diploma, Snowden enlists in the Army. He begins a training program to join the Special Forces. The sequence here is fuzzy. At what point after enlistment can a new soldier start this training program? Does he need to demonstrate some exceptional ability before Special Forces puts him in that program?

Snowden breaks both legs in a training exercise. He’s discharged from the Army. Is that automatic? How about healing and then resuming Army service? Just asking.

If he was accepted in the Special Forces training program because he had special computer skills, then why discharge him simply because he broke both legs?

Circa 2003 (?), Snowden gets a job as a security guard for an NSA facility at the University of Maryland. He specifically wanted to work for NSA? It was just a generic job opening he found out about?

Also in 2003 (?), Snowden shifts jobs. He’s now in the CIA, in IT. He has no high school diploma. He’s a young computer genius?

In 2007, Snowden is sent to Geneva. He’s only 23 years old. The CIA gives him diplomatic cover there. He’s put in charge of maintaining computer-network security. Major job. Obviously, he has access to a very wide range of classified documents. Sound a little odd? Again, just asking. He’s just a kid. Maybe he has his GED by now. Otherwise, he still doesn’t have a high school diploma.

Snowden says that during this period, in Geneva, one of the incidents that really sours him on the CIA is the “turning of a Swiss banker.” One night, CIA guys get a banker drunk, encourage him to drive home, the banker gets busted, the CIA guys help him out, then with that bond formed, they eventually get the banker to reveal deep banking secrets to the Agency.

Snowden is this naïve? He doesn’t know by now that the CIA does this sort of thing all the time? He’s shocked? He “didn’t sign up for this?”

In 2009, Snowden leaves the CIA. Why? Presumably because he’s disillusioned. It should be noted here that Snowden claimed he could do very heavy damage to the entire US intelligence community in 2008, but decided to wait because he thought Obama, just coming into the presidency, might make good changes.

After two years with the CIA in Geneva, Snowden really had the capability to take down the whole US intelligence network, or a major chunk of it? He had that much access to classified data?

Anyway, in 2009, Snowden leaves the CIA and goes to work for a private defense contractor. Apparently, by this time, he knows all about the phony US war in Iraq, and yet he chooses to work for a sector that relentlessly promotes such wars. Go figure.

This defense contractor (unnamed) assigns him to work at an NSA facility in Japan. Surely, Snowden understands what the NSA is. He knows it’s a key part of the whole military-intelligence network, the network he opposes.

But he takes the job anyway. Perhaps he’s doing it so he can obtain further access to classified data, in advance of blowing a big whistle. Perhaps.

Snowden goes on to work for two private defense contractors, Dell and Booz Allen Hamilton. In this latter job, Snowden is again assigned to work at the NSA.

He’s an outsider, but he claims to have so much sensitive NSA data that he can take down the whole US intelligence network in a single day. Hmm.

These are red flags. They raise questions. Serious ones.

If The Guardian, which has such close access to Snowden, wants to explore these questions, they might come up with some interesting answers.

Again, I’m not doubting that the documents Snowden has brought forward are real. I have to assume they are. I certainly don’t doubt the reach and the power and the criminality of the NSA.

Although I’m sure someone will write me and say I’m defending the NSA. I’M NOT.

But if Snowden was maneuvered, in his career, without his knowing it, to arrive at just this point, then we have a whole new story. We have a story about unknown forces who wanted this exposure to occur.

Who would these forces be? I could make lots of guesses. But they would just be guesses.

Perhaps all the anomalies in the career of Ed Snowden can be explained with sensible answers. I realize that. But until they are, I put the questions forward. And leave them there."

Just a few days ago, I was interviewed for a radio show that allowed time at the end for listeners to phone in and ask questions regarding various aspects of the UFO phenomenon. One of the questions was along the lines of: “Will the government, one day, tell us the truth about UFOs, and if not, why not?” It is, of course, a perfectly valid question. As we know – thanks to the Freedom of Information Act and witness testimony – agencies of numerous, worldwide governments most assuredly have taken an interest in UFO activity. And for decades, too.

There is, however, one important issue to take into consideration regarding the above-question. Namely, there is the assumption that just because government agencies have secretly investigated UFO encounters for years, this must mean they have all the answers regarding what is afoot in our skies. But, here’s a thought to keep in mind: what if those same agencies actually don’t have all the answers? In fact, what if they don’t have any answers ?

My job is so ****ty I wish could overthrow my boss. It's like this oppressive regime where only true believers in his management techniques will stay around. I work marathon-length hours and he's made all these changes that have made it the worst architecture firm to work at in Manhattan. Like he moved the office to the Financial District and fired my assistant. She was the only one who knew where the blueprints were! I need access to those blueprints to complete my job! F my life, right? And he keeps trying to start all these new initiatives to boost revenue, but seriously we just need to stick to what we do best. There's only one true profit center. I seriously feel ready to go on strike at any second.

I just read this article about how these free radical particles can cause the downfall of good health and accelerate aging. These could actually cause death to millions of Americans. If these particles are flying around undetected everywhere, does that mean we're all radicalized?

Have you seen the second season of Breaking Bad? I just finished it. I couldn't believe that episode where they poison the guy with ricin! That was the bomb! I won't say any more because I don't want to reveal the earth-shattering events to come.

Oh! So I've been planning a big trip for the summer. I'm thinking of visiting all of the most famous suspension bridges in the United States. So probably like the Golden Gate Bridge, The Brooklyn Bridge, and the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. I'm gonna bring my younger brother and I know he'll want to go to bars, so I'm thinking of getting him a fake drivers license, but I hope that doesn't blow up in my face.

"Author and researcher L.A. Marzulli discussed his ongoing work on the 'Watchers' and the cosmic battle instigated by the Nephilim or fallen angels, whom he believes have tinkered with mankind's DNA. He shared his startling discovery in Peru of what might be Nephilim skulls (see related photos). In Paracas, on the coast of Peru, he and Richard Shaw, the director of the 'Watcher' series, visited a necropolis, a huge desert cemetery, and a museum that had some forty skulls originally from the graveyard. While some of the elongated heads were shaped by "cradle-boarding," a type of skull binding that led to cranial deformation, others appear to be genuinely anomalous, having just one parietal plate, he detailed. Some of the skulls also have a large pronounced ridge, and a heart-shaped dome in the rear that can't be achieved through cradle-boarding, he continued. "I believe we are looking at some sort of genetic manipulation...that are the remains of the Nephilim," from around 3,000 to 3,500 years ago, he added.

They brought back a red hair sample from one of the Peruvian skulls, and arranged for comparative spectroscopic tests with other samples. Curiously, the ancient Peruvian hair matched the patterns of a blond hair of an alleged alien hybrid, Marzulli reported (he contends that the aliens associated with abductions are actually the Nephilim). In the days of Noah, there was an ancient grid system that covered the planet which worked with megalithic structures, he said, and he believes he saw remnants of this in Peruvian locations such as at Cuzco. This ancient grid was used by the Nephilim to enslave humankind, and now according to biblical prophecy, the modern grid system (satellites etc.) will be used to control the population, he warned.

A site known as American Stonehenge in New Hampshire is thought to be around 4,000 years old, and he said it shows evidence that human sacrifice took place there, and may have been another location of the ancient Nephilim. Marzulli believes that the Antichrist figure will be a hybrid or Nephilim, and when he comes into power, you won't be able to buy, sell, or trade without the 'mark,' which once accepted will alter people's DNA, turning them into Nephilim or "the seed of the serpent."

A lot of young adults are realizing that their economic situation is worse than what their parents experienced at their age, she noted. "In the first half, author and adventurer Robert Young Pelton discussed the Edward Snowden whistleblower case, and the NSA surveillance of American citizens. Snowden wasn't someone who was inside the machine, making surveillance decisions-- he was a private contractor (not working for the govt.) who wanted to call attention to the fact that the US is monitoring innocent people under the guise of finding the guilty. His revelations have triggered an international debate on such 'Big Brother' mentality, and how far governments should be allowed to track its citizens, said Pelton. "This is a complete reversal on why the NSA was created," which was to monitor and decode Soviet communications during the Cold War, he explained, adding that the agency mushroomed after the Patriot Act, when it began collecting "big data." The NSA's collection of all communication is "basically like arresting everybody in New York City in case one of them commits a crime, and they want to go find him," he commented.

The way their software works is that they can enter a suspect's phone number and pull up a list of all the calls made, and related electronic data, and then begin surveillance of all the people on the list, he detailed. 9-11 was a long time ago, and the kind of attacks we're seeing in the US now are very sporadic-- "we have to stop frisking every single American citizen in the hopes that some low level bureaucrat will stumble across a plot," Pelton declared. The business of snooping on people has exploded, but there has been no evidence presented that these efforts have prevented terrorist attacks, he noted.

In the latter half, Father Sebastiaan, an influential figure on modern 'Vampyrism,' with his contributions in the areas of philosophy, spirituality, and nightlife, talked about his craft of "fangmaking," as well as the popularity of vampire mythology. I believe that Ufology and Spirituality go hand in hand. Please correct me if I

I find that some people I talk to are totally focussed on sightings and nothing
else – and that is fine, but I find that they seem to forget about the spiritual
aspect – of working on themselves and finding the answers within. Surely we
have some responsibility to work on ourselves. The Star People are not going to
come to our aid and do this for us. I struggle with this and how ignorant some
people can be!

I classify myself as a very spiritual being, I meditate and I am currently
burying my head in books on Buddhism. I work hard everyday to better myself to
rid myself of negative thought patterns; I am learning about detachment,
forgiveness, showing love, compassion and being humble. I aim to work from light
and love in all of my interactions and in my daily life.

Do you think that the Starpeople would find us a big disappoint – as all we know
is power, greed, war and destruction of our planet? Do we appear as being a
primitive people? Why would the Star People want to present themselves to us?

  Synopsis

  THE SCIENCE OF SACRIFICE  

1. What is really occurring behind events like Newtown and Boston Marathon. Any disturbed mind can be picked up and programmed to do anything. Computer games and movies amplify violence, to enmesh itself in the inner landscape, and therefore it becomes concrete in the outer landscape. The imaginal is real.

  2. Sacrifice events are multi-level ceremonies with (i) prefabricated terror pawns, (ii) programming social consciousness to manifest terror as part of civil life, (iii) political strategizing to target new global resources (to prolong the capitalist marketplace), (iv) Harvesting fear, spilling blood, as ritual sacrifice for the old Gods. (Ritual celebration of Ba'ast on 15th April for centuries).

  3. Harvesting consent for dismantling the constitution. 1St and 2nd amendments are absolutely vital to the health of the reprivate. Without the 2nd amendment, there is no 1st amendment. There is an enormous difference between a written constitution (USA) and an unwritten one (UK). One reasonably represents the people, and one does not.  

4. 2nd Amendment exists to protect the people from corrupt government. Without this potent and physical symbol of faith in personal liberty, there is no meaningful relationship. The government ceases to serve the people (it's only job), and becomes a rogue entity with a secret and dishonorable mandate.

  5. Complete dissolution of credible mainstream media. No unbiased, clear reporting anymore. It's gone.

  LIBERATION FROM CONTROL  

1. Creating a life that is aligned with noble spirit, truth, and authentic conduct. This means hard decision and brutal honesty in what we do, how we do it, and who we do it with.

  2. Acknowledging that our innate divinity is the only single authority. Never envisage any outside agency as having authority over us. The only authority is within.

  3. Making conscious growth the benchmark for honor in ourselves, our friends & family, our government, and our society. Is Obama consciously growing? Is Joe Biden? Is Hillary Clinton? Is Susan Rice?

  4. Understand that the path of awakening, the journey of soul cultivation -- is inherently, on earth, an independent one. Any political, religious or social doctrine, dogma, or piety that might be restricting the individual, must be cast off.

  5. Should we vote? Withdrawing your vote is withdrawing your consent. We re-claim our power and do something better with it, in ourselves, with our families, with our communities, with our relationship with the divine.

  PAYING FOR DE-EDUCATION

  1. The vigorous de-education program at work in our schools & colleges, conditioning young minds to stop engaging with natural organic human culture, and instead, position themselves for the corporate workplace and machine culture.

  2. Gradual deletion of history, art, music, and literature, from standard elementary and high school education. Unless young men and women continue their own self-directed education, they go into the world with no context, no perspective, and no substantial knowledge. No sense of history = no sense of purpose.  

CHANGING REALITY WITH WILL  

1. Will in man is composed of (i) Divine will, (ii) Soul will, and (iii) Human will. All our "freewill" actions are therefore emanating from a number of different places simultaneously.

  2. We think that human will is the major influencing factor in our reality. It is not. What manifests in the 3D consensus reality is coming "down" from Soul will, not human will.

  3. Is everyone walking around a human being with a soul? Or are there other beings amongst us who do not possess an immortal soul.

  4. As quoted in the Apocalypse Of Peter, "Not every soul is of the truth, nor of immortality."

  5. Ensouled humans, have a golden round-trip ticket, from and back to, the divine. Un-ensouled humans do not. They lack divine will as they were not created by the divine. The do however, have an opportunity to create a soul vehicle, and therefore have a shot at returning to the divine.

A Final Trip into the Mind of Rod Serling

Twilight Zone’ devotees were promised one more trip into the fertile imagination of the late Rod Serling last week when it was announced that Bad Robot (the production company headed by current ‘Star Trek’ and future ‘Star Wars’ director J.J.Abrams) is to produce Serling’s final screenplay ‘The Stops Along The Way’. But in this modern age of special effects and action-led sci-fi/fantasy, will they succeed in bringing Serling’s vision to life?

When it came to putting the unexplained on the small screen, Rod Serling was a prolific and pioneering genius. When ‘The Twilight Zone’ debuted in 1959, it’s intelligence, creativity and sheer quality was of a level rarely seen before or since. In his quiet, meditative style, Serling seldom felt the need to resolve the mysteries of the unknown, more often using strange and inexplicable phenomena as tools to highlight the dark and flawed nature of human behaviour. Of course, a futuristic or otherworldly setting also proved to be a clever way to tackle subjects that would have otherwise fallen foul of the late ’50′s/early ’60′s censors such as death, gender roles, anti-war sentiments and racial prejudice. Serling frequently drew upon his own life experiences, particularly his harrowing stint in the military in which 50% of his regiment would perish. Flashbacks and nightmares would plague him for the rest of his life.

By the time ‘The Twilight Zone’ ended in 1964, Serling had written 92 of the show’s 156 episodes, as well as playing a large part in running things behind the scenes, and memorably appearing on camera to host each instalment. The show continues to be seen around the world, was recently released on Blu-Ray, and is regularly paid homage to in a variety of media. For Rod, other projects followed, including the cult favourite and spiritual successor to ‘The Twilight Zone’, ‘The Night Gallery’. He would also co-write the 1968 classic ‘Planet of the Apes’.

Little is known of ‘The Stops Along The Way’ other than that it was completed in 1975 (a few months before Serling’s untimely death at the age of 50) and that the adaptation is to take the form of a TV mini-series. It will of course not be the first posthumous Rod Serling project to hit our screens.

The Twilight Zone’ itself has had numerous revivals, first via a 1983 motion picture in which directors including Steven Spielberg, John Landis and George Miller remade three classic episodes. Perhaps the most memorable of these was ‘Nightmare At 30,000 Ft.’, in which John Lithgow took on the role of petrified airline passenger John Valentine (previously portrayed by William Shatner). As entertaining as the segment is, it also highlights the film’s central flaw: even with some of the greatest directors and actors of it’s era on board, there is little to add to these already classic tales other than a higher budget and some 1980′s spit and polish. Sadly ‘Twilight Zone: The Movie’ would go on to be chiefly remembered for a tragic on-set helicopter stunt crash that would claim the lives of Vic Morrow and child actors Myca Dinh Le and Renee Shin-Yi Chen.

Despite being only a moderate financial success, the movie was enough to convince the CBS network that their was sufficient interest in reviving the TV series. 3 seasons ould be produced between 1985 and 1989, comprising 65 episodes. While a slew of popular and acclaimed actors, writers and directors were eager to work on the show (having grown up under the influence of the original run), they were never quite able to recapture the magic of the classic series. Indeed, staff writer Michael Cassutt said of the show’s weak reception “I can see why people who were expecting The Twilight Zone were disappointed with it. Our show always seemed uneven to me”.

Five years later a TV Movie entitled ‘Twilight Zone: Rod Serling’s Lost Classics’ would hit the air. Although the pre-publicity for this broadcast seemed to hint that we would see (as the title suggests) two lost Serling TZ scripts, the truth was slightly less enticing. The first script was actually written by frequent ‘Twilight Zone’ scribe Richard Matheson from an outline by Serling. The second, while seemingly a complete Serling script, was never intended for ‘The Twilight Zone’ having been written several years after the TV show’s cancellation. The special, narrated by James Earl Jones, received mixed reviews and has rarely aired since.

The last ‘Twilight Zone’ revival to date came in 2002 on the UPN network, with Forest Whitaker taking on hosting duties. Alongside original stories, the series frequently featured updates and remakes of classic episodes such as ‘Eye of the Beholder’ and ‘The Monsters are due on Maple Street’. Most interestingly for die-hard TZ fans (the term Twi-hard has unfortunately been assumed by fans of an altogether lesser franchise!) Bill Mumy would return to star in a direct sequel to an episode he had starred in some 42 years previously. In 1961′s ‘It’s A Good Life’, widely considered to be one of the most memorable stories, Mumy played Anthony, an evil child with godlike powers. In 2003′s aptly titled ‘It’s Still A Good Life’, he returns as a now adult Anthony who’s mother (reprised by Cloris Leachman) is shocked to discover that Anthony’s young daughter has inherited some of his powers. Despite these clear attempts to win over long term fans, this third incarnation of the TV series also failed to match the critical and commercial success of the original and was cancelled after a single season of 44 episodes.

The question remains as to whether it is possible for a new generation to bring the magic, vitality and sense of mystery to a Serling piece without direct input from the man himself. Certainly all attempts to do so to date have proven uneven at best. That Serling was proud of his work on ‘The Stops Along The Way’ is, thankfully, apparent. In his final interview he is quoted as saying “I just wrote ‘The Stops Along The Way’, which is I think, a lovely script”.

A central theme in Rod’s work and in much of the science fiction and fantasy that has followed his lead, is the future: do we look to it with hope and optimism or fear and dread? Perhaps for now, in the case of ‘The Stops Along The Way’, we merely look forward.

It should be every woman's right to protect and control her own body, and Planned Parenthood is unparalleled in helping us to do just that.

It is a hybrid between a tabloid and a standard daily.
The Daily News sent reporter Dan Friedman to cover the CHD on day one, and Friedman wrote a particularly egregious hit piece.
The paper got so much grief from its readers and others on the Internet, Friedman was required to write a second article published on day five.

I got an email today from Lou M. regarding a UFO he spotted shooting across the background set of RT News. This episode was shot with a backdrop of London, England on June 13, 2013.

It seems clear that the aliens are trying to make an effort to expose themselves gradually little by little as to not cause the public to panic. It also seems that this was done on purpose behind the RT News set so that they could get caught on camera. By my estimation, this craft is two and a half times the length of the average car, or 7-8 meters long. The UFOs thickness is the same on both its front, middle and back. Therefore it is impossible that this is a plane, missile or bird.

I made the video after Lou told me about it and posted it a few minutes later. Best viewed in full screen mode and in HD settings. I will also put the full video below my video. You will need to jump to 5:58 to see the UFO.

The interview with Drunvalo on the subject of the pole shift is very interesting.
He said he was prohibited from saying too much about what the Mayan elders had revealed to him because they wanted to go public with it first themselves, but as far as I know, they haven't revealed much as yet of what they know, and how they know it.
Drunvalo said they are in frequent communication with ETs.
I think ET intervention is the wild card here.
I don't doubt that they are intervening, but they probably don't know until the time actually comes for them to act just what it is that they are going to do, so it would be difficult to report on their actions in advance.
In the case of the loss of the magnetic field during the pole shift, Drunvalo said the danger is that if there is no magnetic field for a long enough time (I think it was for over 14 days), that solid rock would liquify, and so the continental plates would be in motion for awhile.
He cites scientific data to back those claims.
The other factor is that humans don't do well in zero magnetic fields, with complete loss of memory and insanity being possible results.
He also said the Mayans told him they think it will happen before 2015, possibly this year.

As I watched this video, I noticed that it looks like a lens flare, but it really is a solid object. I altered the screenshots to make sure and the object is there, but in three dimensions and it was. If it had been a lens flare it would be just flat. What amazes me even more is the fact it really does go under the clouds! Watch it in full screen mode to confirm. This ship looks to be several kilometres across. This is a fantastic catch, one of hundreds that should be used in a court of law to force NASA into telling us the truth...that aliens exist. I'm sure funding for such a project would be easy, just as would getting together the UFO videos and photos of NASA evidence that cannot be refuted since the evidence I am speaking of is directly recorded by NASA, but we all know what NASA really stands for, Not A Single Answer. "Former IRS Special Agent Joe Banister joined John B. Wells for a discussion on the recent IRS scandal, and why he's spoken out against the fraudulent administration and enforcement of the federal income tax ever since being fired after confronting top IRS officials. Based on his experience within the organization, he opined that the targeting of the tea party by the IRS was not merely the work of rouge agents acting on their own accord. To that end, he noted that "you don't do a whole lot without your supervisors knowing" and that the ultimate decision on what groups to scrutinize likely came from high level management officials in Washington D.C.

On why the IRS targeted these specific groups, Banister theorized that there were two factors at work behind the scrutiny. First, he surmised that the government wants to stifle the growth of pro-Constitution groups and weaken their sway in the political arena. Secondly, Banister pointed to a more long-term agenda aimed at silencing people who are revealing that the income tax system is applied "beyond the authority of the statutory law." Despite the scandalous nature of the IRS revelations, he put forward the idea that the government "actually likes diversionary scandals" on the domestic front, since it allows for less attention being placed on foreign policy maneuvers. "They know a good IRS scandal will keep everyone chasing their tails and ultimately nothing will really get done about it," he mused.

Banister also detailed how paying federal income tax is actually not a legal requirement for Americans. He explained that, legally, only people who have to paid "a non-resident alien or a foreign corporation" are liable for income tax and that this technicality is obfuscated by the complex tax code enforced by the IRS. "It's not an oversight," he said, regarding this lack of liability placed on everyone else, "it was avoided on purpose because of the Constitutional limitations on income taxation." However, Banister advised that, in light of the massive power afforded the IRS, people should continue to pay their income taxes until such time as the true nature of these laws has become general knowledge and the system becomes corrected.

NSA Spying

In the first hour, political commentator Malcolm Out Loud reacted to the NSA spying revelations. He contended that public opinion is vastly in favor of Edward Snowden and argued that, rather than reveal classified information, the whistleblower merely "uncovered questionable activities that those in power would rather have kept secret." To those who are dismissive about the government spying on Americans and believe it can be trusted to protect the best interests of the populace, Out Loud warned that this nonchalant attitude will ultimately lead the country towards a police state. He suggested that only 20% is committed to protecting the rights of Americans and that the other 80% are focused on assuring their own re-election and other short term goals."

The mind boggling thing, is that we are born with a connection to our soul and loose it, due to our outside influences of our parents and society. I can see this in my son. The childern of the earth will inherit it....because the adults are to asleep to do anything about it. I see the fight in my son (only 3!!) with his soul and his physicality. He is starting to learn that we are physical, but his soul is telling him otherwise (we are illusions of our soul). Makes for a rough time inside him....

Ever wonder why we call the childern innocent? Because they dont have the illusion running their soul, they have their soul running their life.

With host George Knapp interviewing researcher and radio host Don Ecker opined on various intriguing UFO cases and related mysteries. One of which, the Bob Lazar tale, still remains in his "gray basket" after all these years, particularly because of Lazar's missing academic records. Regarding Steven Greer's assertion that ETs are benign, Ecker said there is much evidence to the contrary. People who've had encounters have been severely injured, and researcher Leonard Stringfield documented that hundreds of people (primarily military) died in aircraft/UFO chases and incidents, he detailed. Ecker said he eventually grew disenchanted with ufology and the paranormal because "he got tired of dealing with frauds, flakes, and BS artists," as well as delusional thinking-- factors that seem to have increased in recent years. "This field is crying for serious and credible research," he added.

Back in the 1990s, when he was working at UFO Magazine, he believed that just the right UFO case or investigation would cause the scientific community to sit up and take notice. But when he broke stories nationally on the Larry King Show on CNN such as the Phobos 2 Soviet Probe being destroyed by a huge UFO (1991), and the STS 48 Space Shuttle encounter with UFOs (1992), there was little or no reaction in the mainstream media. Ecker also reacted to recent revelations about NSA spying.

Also later in the show George Knapp was joined by comedian, actor, writer, and filmmaker, Bobcat Goldthwait, for a discussion of his new film which delves into the world of Bigfoot. The film, called Willow Creek, follows a couple (a documentary maker and his girlfriend), who are trying to find the location where Patterson & Gimlin shot their famous Bigfoot film in 1967. Using a found footage technique, the film portrays a lot of the elements and evidence that have been cited in Bigfoot cases, and mixes a 'mockumentary' style using both real people and actors, with some genuine scares, and suspense.

Shooting in the Trinity National Forest in Northern California, Goldthwait was amazed at how large and dense the area was. "You really get this idea of how many millions of acres are completely unexplored-- we lose planes in these areas-- and they don't find the planes," he remarked. The film employs chilling Bigfoot vocalizations similar to what actual witnesses have reported. Goldthwait also talked about some of the other films he directed, including the dark satire God Bless America, World's Greatest Dad, and Shakes the Clown, which Martin Scorsese called "the Citizen Kane of alcoholic clown movies.'
