"John B. Wells was joined by prayer researcher, Bill Sweet, for a discussion on scientific laboratory tests he's conducted to measure the good and bad motivations of prayer and the effectiveness of asking for help from above. He opined that understanding the power of prayer can be difficult because humans live in a material world and often focus on effect rather than cause. To that end, he likened prayer to a "non-material metaphysical power" and used the metaphor of lifting a 500 pound box by way of a lever. He noted that, in this example, neither the person nor the lever actually perform the task, since leverage is the force which does the lifting. "It's in another dimension and its operating in a way that we can see it in our dimension," he said, of both leverage and, ultimately, prayer.

Sweet detailed how his research has indicated that there are two distinct forms of prayer and that one is far more powerful than the other. The first type is "goal-directed prayer," which occurs when a person prays for a specific outcome. Contrasting this, he said, is "non goal-directed prayer," where the intended result is simply "what is best for the situation." According to Sweet, this second type of prayer sees stronger effects because it instills order into a situation rather than attempting to manipulate the outcome. He contended that "non goal-directing prayer actually sends mending effects out" and cause the situation to come to an ideal conclusion. When praying without an intended outcome, he observed, "it's the unexpected that you expect."

"It's easier to have a wrong thought in a prayer than a right one," Sweet suggested, "because a lot of people are praying amiss." To that end, he cited instances where studies of the effects of prayers on plants resulted in the targets being damaged by inadvertent, albeit well intentioned, thoughts. This accidental manipulation in the wrong direction, he said, is one of the dangers of goal-directed prayers. Additionally, Sweet revealed that his lab has studied the power of negative thought, which showed the ability to kill the plant. "This is scary stuff," he mused, "the power of thought." Sweet was so convinced of the immense power of prayer that he put forward the idea that "the really good prayers of the world are helping to hold a thin veneer on civilization" and, without it, society could collapse."

I'd really rather not get caught up in the drama and read all that and am not planning on watching videos til after vaca, but can you give us your take on that if you would be so kind? So sick of division amongst the "good guys"!

As yourself ~ i sense it's best to steer clear of this drama and focus on the information... But always with (intuitive) discernment ... And though i do subscribe to both dutchsinse & the suspicious observers YouTube channels and web link sites ... One should always realize (and take in accord) as brilliant as these two individuals might appear sometimes ... They are both just like the rest of us and subject to human frailties and fears ...

No - it's definitely not the moon (moon rises in the east) ... And also note a new moon (phase) commenced earlier this evening in the eastern skies over South America and a new moon does not look like that ... The only two planets i know that are appearing in this early evening period (this month) are Venus and Saturn ...And just looking at this large planetary size object in direct conjunction and proportion with the setting Sun ... i don't believe (sense) it's neither of these two planets ... So ?

"Military fiction writer Mack Maloney, in the course of researching his novels, discovered numerous places all over the world similar to the top secret Area 51 in Nevada. He shared what he's uncovered about UFOs, and their relationship to these secret bases. Aided in the writing of his book, Beyond Area 51, by an employee of a U.S. intelligence agency he referred to as "Spook," Maloney learned that there may be as many as two dozen bases all around the world. Historically, one of the first secret bases was in the ancient Israeli city of Meggido, where a fortress was constructed on a mountain to hide their military force, he detailed. Nowadays, secret bases are generally built underground in order to remain out of view of satellites, he noted.

There's a vast underground base in Russia in the Yamantau Mountain built in the 1990s, probably as a place where top government officials would go in the case of a nuclear event, he said. In the United States, Area 51 functions mostly as a place for the Air Force to secretly test new reconnaissance aircraft like the U2, Maloney asserted, adding that he believes Bob Lazar may have been a government disinformation agent, creating an ET story to distract or divert attention away from the real technology at the Nevada base. In another case of disinformation, he concluded that Paul Bennewitz's tale about aliens and UFOs inside an underground base in Dulce, NM had been fed to him by government agents to throw him off track, after he'd stumbled onto some of their secret experiments.

Maloney recounted some of the strange aerial sightings seen in Colorado's San Luis Valley, as well as the alleged 1974 incident in which President Nixon took Jackie Gleason to view the remains of an alien crew and flying saucer under military guard at a hangar in the Homestead AFB in Florida. He also reviewed WWII era UFO sightings like the foo fighters, and the 'Battle of Los Angeles.' One of the intriguing things that Maloney's friend "Spook" told him was that for really secret technology like a recovered UFO, it would probably be "hidden in plain sight" rather than placed in an underground base. A Statement of Peace, or an Epitaph

August 06, 2013 "Information Clearing House - "Truthdig" - August 6 marks 68 years since the United States committed what is arguably the single gravest act of terrorism that the world has ever known. Terrorism means the deliberate targeting of innocent civilians, and targeted they were, with the cutely named “Little Boy” atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima at a location and time of day when, as the Strategic Bombing Survey commissioned by President Harry Truman conceded, “nearly all the school children ... were at work in the open,” a perfect opportunity for mass incineration.

“That fateful summer, 8:15,” the mayor of Hiroshima recalled at a memorial service in 2007, “the roar of a B-29 breaks the morning calm. A parachute opens in the blue sky. Then suddenly, a flash, an enormous blast—silence—hell on earth. The eyes of young girls watching the parachute were melted. Their faces became giant charred blisters. The skin of people seeking help dangled from their fingernails. ... Others died when their eyeballs and internal organs burst from their bodies. Hiroshima was a hell where those who somehow survived envied the dead. Within the year, 140,000 had died.”

It was followed three days later by the “Fat Man” bomb leveling Nagasaki, with a comparable disastrous impact on a largely civilian population that had no effective control over the decisions of the emperor who initiated the war. Nagasaki was a last- minute substitute for Kyoto, which Secretary of War Henry L. Stimson ordered spared because he had fond memories of his honeymoon in that city a couple of decades earlier. The devastation of those two cities was so gruesome that our government banned the showing of film footage depicting the carnage we had caused.

We have never been very good at challenging our nation’s own reprehensible behavior, but if we don’t take proper measure of the immense extermination wrought by two small and primitive nuclear weapons as compared with today’s arsenals, we lose the point as to why they must be banned. We are the country that designed and exploded these weapons that are inherently implements of terrorism in that, as the nuking of Japan amply demonstrated, they cannot distinguish between civilian and combatant.

For those who believe that honorable ends absolve a nation of evil means, there is the argument that the bombings shortened the war, although the preponderance of more recent evidence would hold that the Soviet entrance into the war against Japan two days after Hiroshima was a more decisive factor.

But the basic assumption of universal opposition to terrorism is a rejection of the notion that even noble means justify ignoble ends, and a consistent opposition to the proliferation, let alone use of nuclear weapons, must insist that they are inherently anti-civilian and therefore immoral.

Why, then, on this anniversary, do we not acknowledge our responsibility as the nation that first created these weapons, has been the only country to use them, and is still in possession of the biggest repository of such weapons of mass destruction on earth? Is it not unwise, as well as wrong, for Aug. 6 to pass, as it generally does, without any widespread discussion of our culpability for the vast death in Hiroshima and Nagasaki?

Indeed, in Santa Monica, Calif., home of one of the rare reminders of the catastrophe we unleashed, a sculpture of a mushroom cloud, designed by three-time Pulitzer Prize-winner Paul Conrad, is slated for destruction by a city council that claims it does not have funding for needed repairs.

That sculpture, called “Chain Reaction,” was given to the city in 1991 thanks to the beneficence of Joan Kroc, the widow of the founder of McDonald’s, who used her fortune to advance the cause of public enlightenment. It is a grim warning that the best educated can commit the most heinous of crimes, and its placement opposite the RAND Corp., a faux intellectual outpost of the military-industrial complex, adds historic significance to a landmark designated municipal work of art that is now threatened with extinction.

Conrad, world famous as the editorial cartoonist for The Denver Post and Los Angeles Times for four decades, was himself a veteran of the war in the Pacific, one of those whose life the bomb was ostensibly designed to save. Conrad joined the Army in 1942 and participated in the invasions of Guam and Okinawa, where he was stationed at the time of the Hiroshima bombing.

His sentiment about that horrific event is inscribed on his powerful sculpture: “This is a statement of peace. May it never become an epitaph.”

Conrad’s critically important sculpture might soon be gone. As a nation, we excel at obliterating reminders of our own failings."

Cypress UFO Activity WOW August 5 ...

"Captured more activity from last night with my Yukon Night vision, again My apologies for the quality, noise. Try viewing in 720P. Initial craft flying low in the mountains is the first I've seen since ever checking the night sky with my NV monocular., when I see helicopters and sea planes I the same area but not going through the mountain range, the lights are about half this size, so I venture a guess the craft either UFO or plane was size of 747, it was huge. This view is about 5 miles from where I am filming give you a perspective. Then within seconds I noticed 2 meteors which I thought but one slowed down, I captured one but who knows what it could be ..odd I'm seeing 3 meteors like objects same area of the sky and quiet everywhere else, Perseids shower is approaching but I'm not convinced these were meteors especially when there was so much action on that vicinity most of the first 2 hours of the evening. Very cool then of course the speeding UFOs occurred not long after ( previous upload). The 2 videos really doesn't demonstrate how crazy it was yesterday as many I did not film...thanks for watching!!"

Neuropsychiatrist Dr. Vernon Neppe and physicist Dr. Edward Close discussed their work integrating science and consciousness studies, and their most recent breakthrough, positing that we live in a 9-dimensional spinning reality. 15 Ton Ball of Congealed Fat Discovered in London Sewer ...

"Britain’s biggest-ever “fatberg” — a 15-ton ball of congealed lard — was extracted from a London sewer after a 10-day operation following complaints from residents that their toilets were backing up.

The “fatberg” the size of a bus formed under a major road in Kingston, utility company Thames Water said Tuesday, Agence France-Presse reported.

“While we’ve removed greater volumes of fat from under central London in the past, we’ve never seen a single, congealed lump of lard this big clogging our sewers before,” Gordon Hailwood, waste contracts supervisor for the company, said in a statement.

“Given we’ve got the biggest sewers and this is the biggest ‘fatberg’ we’ve encountered, we reckon it has to be the biggest such berg in British history.”

CountyClean Environmental Services, the waste management company that removed the fatberg, said it would be recycled.

“The water is extracted and the remaining fats and oils are turned into products like soap, biodiesel and fuel.”

"I was out on the balcony with family around 9:45pm June 15th, 2013 and we saw a strange glowing orb in the sky near the horizon where the sun had set earlier. As I zoomed in with my camera which is a Canon SX40HS with a 140 times zoom, I saw this orb changing colours and shape. You can hear myself and the rest of the family freaking out on what it is. The 2 lights on the left hand side are just lights on the side of the house across from us. Have never seen anything like this in my life. This was filmed in La Prairie, Quebec."

The symbolism of the cube is well known to world cultures in general.
The cube symbolizes the Earth in Chinese and Mayan traditions; it represents salt (the metaphor for form) in alchemy; it is perfection, stability, the foundation.
In this symbol, the cube is in the centre of the formation and surrounded by a kind of capsule.

The capsule, with the little ‘figures’ in it really bothered me until something made me look up diagrams of the endometrium during the state of pregnancy.
I felt a familiarity with the design, yet until I saw the diagrams, I did not really know what it was getting at.

When we look at the diagrams and descriptions of the aspects of the endometrium of the uterus as it changes to accommodate for an embryo, we can project similar symbolic functions to the beautiful image of a ‘womb’ carrying the New Earth.

“During the development of a fetus, there are two membranes that separate it from the mother.
One of these is called the chorion, which surrounds both the fetus itself and all other membranes within the womb.
Chorionic villi originate from the chorion and are used to increase the surface area available to the fetus for the transfer of nutrients between it and the mother.
The chorion is made up of an inner and outer layer and also aids in creating the placenta.” (wisegeekhealth)

When we compare the schema of the Monument Hill crop circle with the diagrams showing the chorionic villi and the placenta, elements in both images correspond. The villi of the medical drawings correspond to the ‘figures’ of the formation.
The umbilical cord and placenta correspond to the singular figure with the ‘neck and head’ (albeit the ‘placenta’ in the formation is relatively very small).
The amniotic fluid corresponds to the space immediately around the cube, with the circle containing the cube representing the amniotic sac.
Containing all is the great circle/uterus.
What are we to make of this very visceral and human-like reference to gestation and pursuant birth?

The ten round-headed figures surrounding the cube in its sac in the Monument Hill formation resemble the organic structures that develop in uteri when an embryo is forming.

If the Earth is in question here, then the change developing must be significant enough to be represented by the idea of a whole new being!
The crop circle presents us with Earth and Her human conscious inhabitants as a unit that is comprised of parts that are interrelated and connected.
The relationship of the parts to the whole is most important in bringing about the realization of the birth idea of this image in the fields.

Just as the chorionic villi work with the placenta within the womb to provide nourishment and protection for an embryo, so too the ‘figures’ around the containing inner circle form a protective and somehow a supportive function to the cubic Earth symbol.
In the formation, the collective functioning of the figures is orchestrated and co-ordinated by the singular figure whose ‘arms’ reach out to all the other figures.

The main reason for the identification of the figures with humans rather than other conscious beings is that they seem to have heads divided into four sections reminiscent of the four personality types of human consciousness described by Carl Jung, the originator of the Jungian psychological practice.
The four ego-functions are: thinking, feeling, sensation and intuition.
Each human uses all functions, yet most often in each person, one function is dominant and its opposite function is then underdeveloped, while the remaining other two may be more or less developed.

Thinking refers to the use of rational thought, using the intellect to come to an understanding; a thinking type could appear unemotional and detached.

Feeling, the opposite of thinking, is a value-oriented function in which the heart-level of evaluation is predominant, rather then the head-level, when the person is interpreting an event or idea; this type of person could appear more emotional.

Sensation types tend to respond to the actual experience and stimuli of the physical world; the introverted sensate would process the experience through the inner consciousness, whereas the extroverted sensate processes the experience through a pragmatic, materialistic viewpoint.

Intuition is similar to sensation in that it occurs from an outside cause, but not one that is physical.
It is characterized by the ‘hunch’, ‘gut-feeling’, ‘ESP’ types of experiences.

In the Monument Hill formation, each ‘figure’ seems to have one larger section in the head–the section closest to the outer circle.
Is it possible that the overdeveloped thinking function of humanity as a whole is represented here?
It would make sense, since the dominant mode of our education systems and all the cultural institutions is a rational, linear approach to reality.
This was another factor that made me consider the ‘figures’ to be human.

Carl Jung is not the first or the last to describe human nature as fourfold.
The alchemists had four names that are being used anew as pictured above.

The arms of the singular figure seem to continue as a line connecting all the humans at the head.
This could indicate a psychic aspect to the role we humans have in bringing about this amazing birth.
The Noosphere is a well-known concept now, thanks to Teilhard de Chardin who developed Vladimir Verndsky’s theory.
“For Teilhard, the noosphere emerges through and is constituted by the interaction of human minds.
The noosphere has grown in step with the organization of the human mass in relation to itself as it populates the Earth.
As mankind organizes itself in more complex social networks, the higher the noosphere will grow in awareness.
This concept extends Teilhard's Law of Complexity/Consciousness, the law describing the nature of evolution in the universe.
Teilhard argued the noosphere is growing towards an even greater integration and unification, culminating in the Omega Point that he saw as the goal of history.

So, as a complex organization of conscious beings on Earth, we are slowly and hopefully moving in the direction of a new consciousness that will be key to the New Earth so many have been waiting for.
The participation of humans as the consciousness of Earth is crucial to this New Being.

How can we refuse such a wonderful destiny?

In the first half, hypnotherapist Dr. Bruce Goldberg talked about such topics as astral travel, out-of-body travel, teleportation, and his techniques for soul plane ascension, and "superconscious mind tap." The latter technique is a way to treat habits, phobias, and illnesses, and raise your level of consciousness or frequency vibration rate, he said, adding that four conditions must be present to achieve this: internal motivation, discipline to practice hypnosis or meditative state, faith in the process, and access to your higher self. Illnesses are caused by energy imbalances, sometimes related to spiritual or psychical issues, he added.

Goldberg offered tips on how to achieve out-of-body experiences (OBEs). Since people go into these states naturally while asleep or dreaming, one of his suggestions was to tell yourself before going to sleep that you're going to remember your OBEs during the dream state. He also shared details about traveling in the astral plane, noting that the upper astral plane is a place of safety, alertness, and love, while in the lower astral plane confusion and evil entities are present. The lower astral plane has no possibility of spiritual growth, because your higher self does not go there, while the opposite is true in the upper astral, he explained.

In the latter half, author and publisher Marshall Masters shared his contention that 'Planet X' is continuing its inbound path in our solar system, drawing closer to Earth. Rather than a planet, he believes what is out there is a mini-constellation, with a brown dwarf sun at the center, that is currently about two Jupiter distances away from us. One of the outermost objects orbiting this sun has been observed and nicknamed "Bluebonnet," he said. In order for it to be observed, people have to adjust their view, not for the Earth's horizon, but the ecliptic-- the plane of the solar system, he stated.

Masters said an associate of his captured an image of the brown dwarf from a high altitude viewing spot west of Peru back in May and that has helped his team calculate the path of Planet X. He suggested that the effects of Planet X have already played into Earth's extreme weather, but according to his estimate, from 2015 onward, disruptions will be far more intense, with a pole shift and drastic flooding taking place, such as Edgar Cayce predicted. Many Astrologers are talking about this Grand Sextile. But I have discovered something else that is even more intriguing to me. Consider this chart below.

If you only took a quick look, it seems the same. However this is the chart for 8/26/2013 – one lunar month after our first Grand Sextile. This time, a Grand Cross sits on top of it.

Venus in Libra moves off of the July Grand Sextile and in August creates the fourth corner of the Grand Square. She is the one participant in an air sign. Notice that she mediates between Pluto and Jupiter. Also notice that Pluto and Jupiter are the two points in common between the Grand Square and the Grand Sextile. This opposition is thus the most significant.

In my opinion, this day is far more interesting even than the 29th of July. Let’s see why.

Beginning with the Grand Sextile, I am going to start with Scorpio and work counter clock-wise:

Saturn in Scorpio is in Mutual Reception with Pluto in Capricorn. Each rules the other’s sign. They also aspect (Sextile). In a sense, they almost trade places and thus gain power from each other.
Neptune rules Pisces and is most powerful there.
The moon is exalted in Taurus. This is its second most powerful place to be. It is also conjunct the South Node of the moon.
Jupiter is exalted in Cancer.
Mercury rules Virgo.

Now, moving on to the Grand Square, we have two corners not in the above list:

Venus rules Libra.

The only planet not specifically in a place of power is Uranus. At least it is not in a weak place either.

The top half of the chart from Aries through Scorpio is stable. Notice that it changes only slightly between July 29th and August 26th.

The lower half from Taurus through Libra is more dynamic. The moon has to travel all the way around the zodiac to form the second Grand Sextile. Mars is replaced with Jupiter. The sun replaces Venus, and Venus moves into the Grand Square from the Grand Sextile.

I think if we are going to analyze the Grand Sextile on 7/29, we have to also analyze the Grand Sextile on 8/26. They are bookends. The Grand Sextile comes and goes quickly (because of the moon), but the fact that it returns is important.

Be Spiritual but Don't Be a Sheep... and Other Lessons Learnt on the Path

"I began my spiritual path somewhat reluctantly. In fact I always joke that I got bitch-slapped into it by the universe. Five years ago I had a particularly messy break up, followed by a period of partying that added more chaos and confusion into my life but did nothing to ease the pain. Then I had a health scare and had to have an operation. When I came to from the operation (admittedly whilst high on morphine) I decided it was time I shook my life up, in a healthy way. My goal was to feel happier and find some kind of inner peace that I was desperately lacking.

I started off with self-help books and seminars and meditation. I began the painful process of unravelling my ego and understanding how and why I had created a reality that I didn’t want in many areas of my life. I started to take responsibility and to change. It has been, and continues to be, a difficult and often painful process which has required immense internal work. However as I have healed internally my life has healed and improved externally. Don’t get me wrong, life is far from perfect. In fact, it is perfectly imperfect with continual new challenges that force me to change and grow. But now I embrace the challenges and no longer feel like I am trying to swim against a stream and perhaps as a result I am happier than I have ever been.

Since embarking on my journey I have read a wide range of literature from different spiritual leaders and schools of thought. I have attended lectures and courses led by different organisations. I am curious by nature and love to learn from different sources and to garner new perspectives. I have met some fascinating and frankly bonkers people along the path, some of whom have become life long friends. I have also had some truly mystical, inexplicable experiences that have cemented my faith that there is so much more to our world and our existences than first meets the eye and then we will probably ever really know. But it hasn’t all been peace and love. As I have navigated my own path I have also noted the dark side of spirituality and witnessed first hand how seeking such a path can actually have a negative impact upon the spiritual seeker. Below is a summary of just a few of the lessons I have learnt on my path. As always, as a work in progress, I am sure there will be many more lessons as my journey continues.

1) My way or the highway. Many spiritual organisations can be absolutely zealous that their particular method/spiritual path is the only way or the best way. Frankly this is bull****. As the saying goes there are several different ways to skin a cat and the same applies to the path of enlightenment – there are several different ways and journeys for each person. What works for one person doesn’t work for another and vice versa. And a truly spiritual person or organisation will not pressure or coerce anyone into committing to their path. Frankly some of the happiest and most enlightened people I know are those who learn from numerous sources and use a variety of different teachings and tools on their path.

2) Beware the spiritual sheep. Similar to the my way or the highway crew there are people on a spiritual path who are zealous, almost fanatical in their beliefs. They have found their guru, their church, their group, whatever it is and they simply can’t help but bang on about it to all and sundry. They are easy to spot as they tend to repeat verbatim and almost robotically what their teacher/preacher/guru espouses. Interestingly I have found that the spiritual sheep are the people who change the least, whose lives improve the least and who contribute the least to wider society. They are normally too busy preaching. Parallels can even be drawn between spiritual sheep and religious zealots. Steer clear and be wary of becoming one yourself.

3) Pedestals are dangerous. It is easy through gratitude and excitement to place a spiritual leader, mentor or teacher on a pedestal. They’ve helped you. You are grateful. You feel that they hold the key to your happiness and answers to your problems. Don’t do it. It is unfair, unhealthy and dangerous. If they are less than honourable (and yes it happens, even with in spirituality) then they could take advantage of you. And even if honourable and enlightened, they are people just like the rest of us. They will make mistakes, say or do the ‘wrong’ thing and will come tumbling down off the pedestal. This could then negate the valuable lessons you have learnt from them and impact upon your future interaction which wouldn’t be the case if you hadn’t put them on a pedestal in the first place. If you want to put anyone on a pedestal put yourself up there. You are the most important person in your life and you are equipped to be the creator of your own life. All the people on the path are simply there to assist you to be able to be your own guru.

4) Things do not change. We change. Life through our own distorted lens can seem unfair at times. It can seem that some people experience great miracles and blessings in their lives whereas others don’t. But we only see half the picture. We often have no idea of the internal struggles and journeys that other people go on and what was truly going on behind the scenes and internally for their external lives to change for the better. We all have desires and aspirations, professional and personal. But if we don’t change internally we cannot receive what is meant for us. Even if we did miraculously receive it, it is likely that it would all go a bit tits up because without internal change we wouldn’t be best placed to be able to handle our heart’s desires. Getting the right thing at the wrong time can end in tears. They say be careful what you wish for. I say stop wishing for things and start working. On yourself. And your life WILL change for the better at the right time.

5) Balance is key. All the navel gazing and hard work that comes with a spiritual path can lead to a very serious demeanour. But if you are in it for long haul (and I think that anyone that commits to leading a truly spiritual life needs to accept that it is a life long journey) then that is a long time. It is as important to have fun, be silly, do the things that make you happy – they may not be changing the world, they may not be changing your life or your character in that moment but don’t let that detract from their importance in providing much needed balance in your life.

6)Sickly sweet does not necessarily equate to being spiritual. I always scratch my head at the people who embark upon a spiritual path and feel they have to be sickly sweet to all and sundry to prove how spiritual they are. I'm not saying that a kind good mannered attitude isn't a preferred modus operandi and call me a grumpy stubborn cow (many have) but I think there is a degree of dis-ingenuity that comes with affected sweetness. Syrupy sweetness does not make you a better or more spiritual person if you aren't changing the specific things that you need to for your own personal growth.

7) Be yourself, everyone else is already taken. I don't think being spiritual means losing your personality and the essence of what makes you the unique person you are. I have seen too many people change the essence of themselves in a bad way, to fit in with what they think is the spiritual version of themselves only to then be miserable. Become a better version of yourself sure, but hold onto who you are.

8) Things often get worse before they get better. True spirituality, in my humble view, is not about a quick fix or feeling good the whole time. It involves taking a hard, often painful look at oneself and deep internal change. My experience has been that things often get harder before they get better and that as you uncover the layers of spiritual garbage in your life a whole heap of other crap gets brought to the surface. This is painful and far from the zen state that we all seek but by working through it you will find a release from the past and a form of tranquility."

I just came back from the Ranch last week and it was an amazing experience, we saw around 12 to 25 ships a night, and on the third and last night I was there when James pointed the laser to one of the ships, the ship would get back to us, blinking...it felt like a morse code, almost. Probably they were saying "hi" to us, it was beautiful. I saw one pretty big hot pink orb that would follow me for about 10 minutes and after that, went up and disappeared on a cloud. The energy in this place can be felt and if you have a camera, it can be seen in colors. I have a couple of pictures of that; I'm new here and I'm still not consider a member, so I'm not sure if the site will allow me to post picture yet. But when i do, I will ;) I wish I could go visit the ranch once a month, that place stole my heart.

"UFO researcher Wilbur Allen presented an update on UFO sightings that he believes are beyond this world, and demonstrate craft entering and leaving our atmosphere through a wormhole or stargate. Recent footage he shot shows a sudden manifestation in Sedona, Arizona airspace, and then the craft exiting undetected two hours later, he reported. This is similar to what air traffic controllers experience when they see an object suddenly appear on their radar, Allen added. In a 2002 incident, a three and half minute photographic exposure revealed an object starting to vibrate, "and you could see an arc or a hole open in the sky," followed by a flash of light, he detailed.

It was only in recent years that he acquired the technology to photograph anomalies in the sky, using higher film sensitivity and shutter speeds, to capture objects like cloaked ships, he noted. Most of the unexplained objects in the sky are light or plasma-based spacecraft-- sometimes seen as balls of light, he stated.

Allen recounted being abducted by Greys as a child growing up in the 1960s, when he lived with his family at a military base in England. Perhaps related to an alien implant in his neck, he said that he receives a signal or impulse to be at a certain locations at certain times to take photographs, where often a UFO appears out of nowhere. This one's for my (long time no hear from) friend Carmen ... :rolleyes:

A West Coast man is 'freaked out' after coming face to face last night with what he claims was a UFO, parked on the road outside the entrance to Shantytown.

Matthew Robert, a mechanic from Rutherglen, insists he is not alone and that three other cars were also confronted by the night-time visitor on Rutherglen Road, south of Greymouth, about 8.45pm.

When the car-shaped object suddenly lifted into the sky in a blinding light, he and the other drivers left in such a hurry they left skid marks on the road.

"I was changing a CD as I was driving and when I looked up I saw what looked like a car without its lights on, stopped in the middle of the road outside Shantytown. I slammed on my brakes and my eyes were still trying to focus, when suddenly the thing just lit up and shot into the sky," Mr Robert said.

"When I came to my senses I noticed that there were three other cars that had stopped on the other side of the road as well. It's weird that no one else has come forward because those people obviously would have seen the same thing I did."

He claims that immediately following the incident he lost all cellphone reception, his vision was blurry and his eyes watery for about an hour afterwards.

Mr Robert was driving into Greymouth at the time to pick up his partner, Charlotte Rose, from work at the hospital. He arrived there bug-eyed and agitated.

Ms Rose said he was visibly shaken.

"I just looked at him and I could tell something bad had happened, he was freaked out and his eyes were watery," Ms Rose said.

Coincidentally, Mr Robert had been looking at the night sky in real-time via his smartphone on an app called the Night Sky a few minutes previous.

"I was sitting at home before I went to town and I was looking at satellites and other things on my phone. Suddenly, what looked like a satellite started going crazy and moving all over the sky and I was trying to follow it with my phone."

Mr Robert said he hoped the witnesses from the other cars would also come forward and confirm what he saw. One vehicle was a Mitsubishi Chariot and another a Honda Accord. He did not have a description of the third vehicle.

"I know people are going to think that it's crazy, but I know what I saw."

"Another cautionary tale when it comes to identifying potential UFOs is a recent video posted by a YouTuber in Bulgaria using the name “nedialko kostadinov.” The video shows an unusually bright light moving from horizon to horizon. This is exactly what you would expect from the International Space Station (ISS), which it just so happens was flying over the town where the video was captured at the exact time the video was captured.

The video is called UFO NK 61, presumably because it is believed to be a UFO taken by a man with the initials NK, and is the 61st UFO video Kostadinov has taken. Although upon further review, many of these videos also appear to be the ISS, others look like bright stars, but some are a bit more mysterious.

UFO NK 61 was taken in Haskovo, Bulgaria on August 4, 2013 at 5:13 am, according to Kostadinov. This is precisely the time the ISS was overhead according to the satellite tracking website Heavens Above" ...

Fracking/ Solar Outbursts & Ancient World

In the first half, Peak Oil educator and fossil fuel critic, Richard Heinberg, discussed the problematic aspects of fracking as an energy resource. Hydraulic fracturing or fracking is a technique of drilling or injecting fluid into the ground (particularly shale) at high pressure, creating fissures in which oil and gas flow out of the formation. There are a number of environmental issues associated with the procedure, including contamination of drinking water, he reported, though industry proponents claim that fracking is safe. Where there are environmental and human health problems, the first thing the fracking industry tries to do is settle out of court with the people involved, stipulating non-disclosure agreements, Heinberg detailed. "That's why it's been difficult to document some of these instances," he added.

Over the past few years, enormous claims have been made regarding fracking-- that it could lead the US to become energy independent with an abundance of oil. Heinberg and his associates who studied the actual data of the wells, disputed these assertions, and found that most of the production will peak by 2020, and start to decline after that. All across fracking lands in such states as Texas, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Colorado, hundreds of anti-fracking groups have formed. Many small landowners who are dismayed by the noise, fumes, and tainted well water near their property are banding together to push for regulation or the halting of the procedure, Heinberg shared. He also spoke about the consequences of Peak Oil, and how the economy will shrink as cheap energy becomes less available.

In the latter half, Robert M. Schoch, Ph.D discussed how coronal mass ejections (CMEs) from the Sun unleashed discharges upon Earth which triggered massive earth and climate changes, and decimated civilizations which predated Egypt. It's a misconception that the lull in current solar activity protects us from the possibility of major flares or large CMEs, he commented. The sun has shown some relatively unstable patterns, and the Carrington Event of 1859 (which damaged telegraph wires) happened during a fairly quiet cycle, he noted. Schoch speculated that solar outbursts are what brought the last Ice Age to an end around 9700 BC.

He reported on his recent visit to Easter Island, where he learned that the natives of the island were said to retreat to underground caves during periods of harsh conditions which may have been related to solar outbursts. He also discussed his research at the mysterious Gobekli Tepe site in Turkey, as well as a yet unexplored underground chamber found in front of the Sphinx's paw in Egypt. He expressed concern that this chamber, which might house the legendary Hall of Records, could be flooded due to changes in the climate and the water table. Among Schoch's upcoming events is the Ancient Alien Cruise in January (also featuring David Hatcher Childress and Hugh Newman) that will explore Mayan ruins in the Yucatan.

"For those of you who've been following and supporting our work at yowusa.com over the years, this is the video you've been waiting for.

In this video, we're going to view some very compelling images of two objects within the Planet X system. The brown dwarf at its core and one of it's outmost orbitals, we call Bluebonnet.

Here is what our findings shows...

Current: PX System is presently inbound from beyond the orbit of Saturn in conjunction with us (opposite side of the sun beyond Earth's orbit.)

Late 2013 to early 2014: The brown dwarf will be in a superior conjunction (opposite side of the sun inside Earth's orbit.) Around this time, the brown dwarf will be passing through the ecliptic into the Northern skies. This is when it will begin have more severe interactions with our Sun. We'll see solar storms and a big increase in volcanism and seismicity.

2015 to 2016: We'll see Bluebonnet (the outermost orbital we've tracked from the Turrialba volcan feed, with hundreds of images.) Shortly after that, the Brown Dwarf will move around to our side of the sun to it's point of perihelion (closest distance to the Sun) to the Greatest-western elongation (our side of the sun, inside our orbit to our right.) At this time, the brown dwarf will enter the kill zone.

Early Kill Zone: The Kill Zone is that part of the brown dwarf's orbit from perihelion to the ecliptic (the plane of our solar system.) This will be when we see solar storms of Biblical proportions.

Late Kill Zone: The Planet X system will exit our system through the Western-quadrature (our side of the side, exiting behind Earth's orbit) as it crosses the ecliptic from the Northern skies into the Southern skies. This is when the pole shift will be most likely as this is when the brown dwarf will lock on to our lithosphere (crust and the portion of the upper mantle) and where it's tidal gravity forces cause the pole shift.

Post Kill Zone: Overall, this whole flyby could take as long as a decade from now to when we begin to see the first signs of blue skies once again."

The calm before the shift

Not the obvious crackdown of the PTBs, but a good move forward for conscious humanity. It seems to be an awareness step of some sort, but this next stage is becoming more and more palpable.

Many have talked about these energetic changes and the consciousness shift we’re in the midst of, but even within that we can sense levels of relative change and I’m hearing it from all sides. There’s an unraveling going on as the awakened become empowered, but many dynamics are involved.

Is it related to this feeling of a calm before a storm on the world stage, a version of our own anticipation clearly known amongst the awakened?

Yes.

The difference is the awakened are not reactive, but responsive and even proactive. We follow our hearts and feel out what’s transpiring. While the compulsion and near infatuation with keeping track of the mounting manipulative deeds of the usurpers consumes a lot of alternative attention, we can also sense these hard to perceive shifts in perspective that continue to surface.

They happen for our own encouragement and help to mark our points of progress in what we’re accomplishing and where we’re going.

More importantly, seeing these definitive integrated, staged changes helps to articulate these progressions. This isn’t just the overall “shift” we’re in the midst of, but a clear staged move into a post awakened awareness and understanding of where we are at in this present moment.

Spiritual Resignation – or the Pause that Refreshes?

The current trend that I’m personally sensing is almost a spiritual resignation taking place. Not in a negative “I give up” tone, but more a realization of what is about to take place and the many practical preparations. Many are finding that helping those who aren’t willing to be helped, or those who aren’t willing to be made aware of this nearing point, as a futile form of redundancy.

“Why try? They don’t want it…”

In other words, what people are meant to do they’ll do, or not do. It’s really up to them to wake up or not. This feeling is triggered by the auto-response mechanism they all seem to display – “no, no, and more no. It’s not possible, it can’t be, and you’re full of conspiracy crap” yada yada.

My take? It’s true. Walk away from the dead and go find the living. We have serious work to do.

It’s much like the age old philosophical argument between free will and determinism. Just because we run up against dead heads doesn’t mean we stop doing what we’re doing. We march on in spite of thuggish attitudes and mindless opposition.

The fun thing is, another mechanism is seeping in and we need to understand it clearly.

The Truther and the Fatalist – Are They Merging?

While awakened souls feel compelled to reach out and tell others what has become intensely clear to them, they’re also continually processing the more subtle changes around them and what they are indicating. There is no set agenda, there are no set protocols except love and a strong desire for truth.

But what happens when the mission seems to come to an end? What happens when the campaigner thinks it’s become futile, the die is cast, the worm has turned, the tables are fixed?

I’m not saying that’s the case across the board, but it’s a reality seeping in and I’m not afraid of it, as active as I am. I can understand that type of resignation and the decision to pull back and prepare for the changeover. It’s very realistic.

In my mind that’s not what I endorse, although I have taken precautions in my own life along those lines and encouraged others to do the same. Keeping at the battle every chance I get is what I live for. But I think I’m catching the drift of the “resignationist”.

It’s all about to happen and people aren’t listening.

But they can.

More importantly, let people want to wake up and decide for themselves. If they’re not hungry, you can’t make ‘em hungry. Leading a horse to water, no mater how compelling or entertaining, will not make it drink. But there’s an inner desire on the part of all living creatures.

Freed to Take Care of Business

We need to each learn to deal with this dilemma ourselves and act on it. I will not endorse reluctance, compliance, giving up or yielding to the dystopic negative entropic forces in any way, shape or form. But this wave of spiritual sensation is a profound one, and nothing to be ashamed of if you’re feeling it.

The reason? We ARE there. It IS all about to blow. Maybe folks are being freed to go about their lives to get their things in order, prepare loved ones, concentrate their energy on immediate matters.

If that’s the case, that’s wonderful. We’re all supposed to be going about getting our lives and homes in order, but sometimes we need to be freed from other perceived obligations. This isn’t necessarily everyone’s “reason” for disengaging from the battle but I hope it does some potential explaining and liberating.

For everyone.

Keep on. Very strange times we’re passing through. Be aware, be conscious, be ready, be responsible.

Hang on and let go. You’ll know what to do. Just do what calls you.

This was sent into us here at USD and I have to admit this one is unique. A glowing object which is longer on both ends but a hump in its middle much like a classic flying saucer. Ecuador’s President Denounces Chevron As ‘Enemy of Our Country’

Ecuador's firebrand leftist President Rafael Correa lambasted US oil giant Chevron as an enemy for allegedly besmirching his country as part of a lengthy court battle over Amazon pollution.

Last year an Ecuadoran court ordered Chevron to pay $19 billion dollars for polluting the rain forest.

The case is still alive and Correa says the company has spent $400 million and hired an army of hundreds of lawyers to discredit the government and get the ruling overturned on appeal in the country's highest court.

In a weekly address on Saturday, Correa referred to Chevron as "that enemy of our country."

"We are going to tell Latin America what Chevron has done in our country to shirk its responsibility, with that criminal campaign that is waging against Ecuador," Correa said.

Chevron has never worked directly in Ecuador but inherited the pollution lawsuit when it acquired Texaco in 2001.

Texaco operated in Ecuador from 1964 to 1990 and after leaving it was sued by indigenous groups in pollution-related legal proceedings that have dragged on for nearly 20 years.

Correa is strong on protecting the environment and six years ago came up with a novel plan: have rich countries pay $3.6 billion into a trust fund for Ecuador in exchange for its not drilling in the Amazon.

But this week Correa finally abandoned the plan because so little money had been contributed.

Wood cited specific cases, including the Roswell crash, where alleged human interaction with either UFOs or their ET passengers appears to have directly resulted in illness and death. He argued that this contamination seems to be inadvertent rather than a sinister plot by aliens. Mysterious UFO sighted in Ladakh on India-China border by army

New Delhi: Indian Army troops have sighted mysterious unidentified flying objects (UFOs) in the Ladakh sector along the Line of Actual Control with China ...

On August 4, the UFO was sighted by Army troops in Lagan Khel area in Demchok in Ladakh area in the evening and a report has been sent to the Army headquarters by the local formation, sources said here.

There have been over 100 sightings of UFOs along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in the last several months but this sighting has come after some time-gap, they said.

The UFO sighting on August 4 comes after reports suggested that a top-level science research institute had found that the UFOs were actually planets Jupiter and Venus, which are clearly visible from the high altitude and thin atmosphere terrain of Ladakh.

The reports said that the research institute had found out that the Army troops deployed in the area had mistaken the two planets as UFOs. However, it is not clear whether the conclusion arrived at by the research institute has been accepted by the Army and Government or not.

Last year, the 14 Corps, which looks after military deployment along Kargil-Leh and the frontiers with China, had sent reports to the Army Headquarters about the sightings of UFOs by an ITBP unit in Thakung near the Pangong Tso Lake."

Due to the proximity of the UFO sightings, a top Indian government official exchanged details of the report with China. "The matter was raised with China during flag meeting where they denied any knowledge and suggested we shoot them down. But that is not possible as these objects are very high up in the sky."

"While the presence of unmanned aircrafts, or drones, in the United States is undeniable now, it has been revealed that the United States military has been working on this technology for nearly 50 years.

In fact, according to newly declassified government documents, the CIA had two unmanned aerial reconnaissance programs in operation during the Cold War.

The two programs started in the early 1960s when the military was looking to replace the U-2 spy planes.

The programs, known as AQUILINE and AXILLA, were unmanned, stealth aircrafts that could fly over and observe without being detected.

These planes were tested and developed at — where else — Area 51. In fact, Area 51 hosted more than 20 test flights of these drones, according to historian and author Chris Pocock.

The revelation of these programs comes along with the government’s first acknowledgment of Area 51’s existence, published last week by George Washington University’s National Security Archive.

AQUILINE was the first of the two programs developed, started initially in 1965. Douglas Aircraft was the only company to respond to a request for an unmanned aircraft, as asked for by the Office of Research and Development.

“The AQUILINE prototype developed by Douglas Aircraft . . . was essentially a powered glider with an 8.5-foot wingspan,” the documents read. “The aircraft weighed only 105 pounds. AQUILINE’s tail-mounted engine drove a two-bladed propeller.”

While the AQUILINE was being developed, the CIA developed another drone prototype: the AXILLARY.

The AXILLARY, which looked more like a conventional aircraft, was too large and loud to be used on stealth missions, but remained in consideration for peacetime surveillance or as a means of delivering warheads across short ranges.

“The radar homing system proved successful as AXILLARY sought out and destroyed a radar during testing at China Lake Naval Air Station,” the documents read. “However, the end of US involvement in Vietnam in early 1973 led to the cancellation of DoD funding.”

AQUILINE, which was powered by a motor initially used for a chainsaw, was canceled in 1971 due to the high costs of the project.

“One or more of the aircraft was always being repaired, and eventually three of the five AQUILINE prototypes were destroyed in testing,” read the documents.

Now, nearly 50 years later, we can even have sushi delivered by drones and regularly kill people overseas, with drone operators comparing murderous tasks to playing a video game."

"New Zealand has passed legislation allowing its main intelligence agency to spy on residents and citizens.

Parliament voted 61 to 59 on Wednesday to expand the powers of the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB).

GCSB was only previously allowed to spy on those with no right to reside in New Zealand.

The new legislation follows a row over the GCSB's surveillance of internet mogul Kim Dotcom, a German national with New Zealand residency.

GCSB worked with US officials to investigate Mr Dotcom over allegations of online piracy and money laundering. Mr Dotcom, who denied the charges, is fighting extradition to the US.

The case prompted an apology from Prime Minister John Key to Mr Dotcom last year.

In March, a court ruled that Kim Dotcom could sue the GCSB for illegally spying on him.
'Surveillance state'

The bill was passed after three readings in parliament.

"This is not, and never will be, about wholesale spying on New Zealanders," Mr Key said in parliament.

He added the legislation "makes it clear what the GCSB may or may not do".

Under the new legislation, the GCSB can now spy on residents and citizens to assist the police, Security Intelligence Service and the military with lawful authorisation.

The legislation was faced with opposition, included from rights groups, legal advocates and technology groups.

Mr Dotcom said on Tuesday its approval would make New Zealand a "surveillance state".

Mr Key had said that he has "rarely seen so much misinformation and conspiracy as has been perpetrated about this bill".

"That has some citizens agitated and alarmed, which I regret," he added."

In the first half, medical researcher Tom Grier discussed Lyme disease, and reacted to the announcement by the CDC that the disease rate is 10 times higher than previously reported. While the disease can originate from the bite of 11 different tick species, the current medical test for the infection can only detect one species, which leads to problems in diagnosis, he detailed. Early symptoms include fatigue, headaches, disorientation, and sensitivity to bright lights. Later, joint pain and swelling, facial paralysis, heart palpitations, and even encephalitis can arise, he said. According to the research, some 25% of cases of multiple sclerosis (MS) are actually related to Lyme disease, Grier noted.

If you are hiking outdoors in states where ticks are prevalent (see map), he advised wearing long sleeves and pants tucked into your socks, as well as spraying clothes with an insecticide like promethryn. If you see a tick on your skin, it's not enough to just pull it off as the creature has likely embedded its head under the skin. Grier advised using a sharp forceps or tweezers to remove a small piece of skin with the tick. As far as treatment, the antibiotic doxycycline has been effective against Lyme disease, though the price of the drug has recently skyrocketed, he reported. For further information, he recommended the Lyme Disease Association in New Jersey, the Canadian Lyme Disease Foundation (CanLyme), the Lyme Times, and ILADS.
