Message from James


We have been receiving some incredible information about the upcoming shifts. Some from a 9th dimensional being whom when asked what system he comes from he told us we have no reference points so it does not really matter. These shifts peak just after Thanksgiving and just after Christmas. As in all waves they have an ebb and flow or a build up, the peak then integration. When these waves move through the various grids and fields of energy life will not be the same. The energies are exponentially increasing each wave building on the other.

The Sun is going to be very active agitated by the incoming comets, the alignment with Galactic Plane, Alcyone and Sirius. Unity consciousness it the end game along with Universal Law and those who cannot align themselves with these new energies are going to have a real hard time. It is time go get back to basics. It is time to choose to be kind and loving. It is time to set boundaries with those who choose not to be kind and loving. The separation and greed game is coming to a close. Those who willingly participate in actions against Humanity and the Earth or serve those of lesser integrity will experience the same fate as their “superiors.”.

These waves are not unconscious, consciousness and energy is coming in with these waves. They are awakening the unconscious, the masks are coming off and deeds of the controllers and enslavers are being revealed. All religious and governmental agencies that do not truly serve the people will also be revealed. The enslavement through dependency, manufactured lack and misdirection of funds and resources the cause of which will also be revealed. For some this has already happened and they know they have tough choices to make. Do they continue to serve the beast or begin creating a new world in alignment with Universal Law. A good point of inspiration is karma will be accelerated in the days to come. The servants will follow the fall of their masters if not in alignment with Universal Law. Love is the law that supersedes all law. Love is the manifesting force behind all creation the cosmic glue that holds it all together. All that which is out of alignment with love, the wounds traumas, blocks and patterns will all surface. We have a choice whether we take responsibility go within to our own God selves and heal or deny, project and blame which is a good way to turn karma into truckma.

We are going to be tested as to whether we can hold an unshakeable loving space and get beyond the need for love, acceptance and approval outside of ourselves. We are going to have to set boundaries and choose not to participate in the dramas, unloving acts, or engage in harmful acts to humanity and the Earth. We will also need to break free of the archon network, the mainstream programming that keeps you endlessly seeking externally for love, joy, acceptance and approval through material acquisition. It is an internal process the best of which done in nature. We are going to have to listen to nature in the days to come because she is on the move in her own awakening and healing process that will include cleansing. It is time to drop the petty separation games, learn to work together, get our priorities in order and own what is agitating us, why we cant cooperate in building a better tomorrow. The 9th wave the Mayans speak of is unity consciousness and it will press hard on all that separates and divides. This leads us back to basics. Being loving and kind to everyone, setting boundaries with those who cannot. It is really that simple. We can find a million reasons why we cant be kind and loving, validate them in the intellect and drudge up painful childhood memories to validate why we have to be contrary to kind and loving yet they are all based on fear, wounds and traumas of the past. Focus on them and that is what you will create and attract. Focus on kind and loving and see where that takes you. Practice kind and loving in thought, word and deed. That is the path to enlightenment and the path to freedom. Sometimes the most kind and loving thing you can do is tell someone what they need to hear, not what they want to hear, set boundaries when they are not being kind and loving. Let us not forget being kind and loving to self, it is a great beginning. Teach through example.

Love in Psychotherapy & Medicine


Without love, we will not bother
to look very deeply into the world of another.
Love is an absolute necessity in diagnostic, medical,
and in all counseling and therapeutic processes.

Human growth occurs most favorably in meetings when individuals express themselves vulnerably and authentically. The authenticity of open, honest and sincere relationships are a necessary and real prerequisite to successful healing relationships. Love is what heals, love is what sustains, love is what cures, and love is what makes therapy successful. Unfortunately, the problem with the world and with the professions of medicine and psychology is the great lack or absence of love.

Love is something we feel when we are close and feeling one with another being. Dr. Scott Peck defined love as the willingness to go out on a limb, to truly involve oneself and struggle at an emotional level with another in a relationship for the purpose of shared growth. Love is certainly something we feel when we give to others especially when it is a part of ourselves we are giving.


Communication is Love
Listening is Love

These two most practical definitions of love combine to form a context in which love can be understood, measured, learned and practiced in all situations including the medical and therapeutic practices. Love is more than acts, deeds, words, or feelings. To love someone, is to give part of our heart to them.
It is through our willingness and openness to communicate and listen to someone that we most readily demonstrate the truth or quality of our love and caring. It is impossible to have much love, compassion and understanding for another unless we are in touch with their world.

When we love another, it shows some kind of appreciation for their existence and world of experience and this assumes listening on a deep level of being. Listening is the most basic skill of life and the most basic psychological and spiritual process that moves us to evolve, change, grow and learn.

The kind of listening I am taking about is not on the superficial mental level but implies empathetic listening. Therapeutic listening and therapeutic intimacy, the kind that heals, is an intentional giving of love and that implies a real giving of oneself. Israeli philosopher Martin Buber expressed much of this to Carl Rogers many years ago saying that authentic “I-thou” relationships was necessary to make therapy effective. He did not believe that authentic and vulnerable type relationships were likely to exist when people meet in the roles of psychotherapist and client. Rogers responded agreeing that authenticity was important but maintained that enlightened psychotherapists could choose to transcend their own role and encounter their clients authentically. Love in medicine leads us away from the standard type of clinical detachment that is taught as a sacrosanct rule in most formal therapy training.

With empathetic therapeutic listening, we directly attack the sense of separation that most people feel. We deliberately enable and encourage others to melt the sense of separation they feel, between not only themselves and others but also the separation they feel between themselves and their minds and the deepest feeling self.

Scott Peck was correct that the most important aspect for successful therapeutic work and progress is love. With love we listen, with love we risk heart-felt communication. We use love to melt the ice. We warm the others heart with our own. We show a kindness that is real, warm, and sincere.

The therapy I do with people emphasizes the pure vulnerability of being and the role of love expressed as pure listening. In my work communication is held as something sacred. Therapeutic intimacy is a private thing between souls and in this we are responsible only to a higher authority, to our own highest inner self or God for what we do and say.

This kind of attitude transcends any kind of professional ethic, and though at certain times it might entail certain risks, there is no way of getting around the fact that the heart level of life, and the realities of heart to heart communication always contains at least some element of risk.

Therapeutic communication and intimacy is the use of our being to help create union and love and thus healing in the therapeutic hour or in the medical office. It is independent of rules and all roles. It is the pure impulse to give love in a warm way, in a way that reaches into another’s inner being. It is meant to heal some of the wounds people feel in their core.

The willingness to simply share our own vulnerabilities, experiences and concerns is the magic that opens the doors to our patients’ vulnerabilities. When it comes to the practice of medicine, it entails our willingness to spend extra time listening to all the details of a patient’s situation without letting our mind pull the diagnostic process short with our premature medical judgments and diagnosis.

Instead of listening deeply from the heart, the modern doctor sends a patient quickly to medical laboratories for tests. In therapy as in our primary love relationships, our primary concern is to create atmospheres and support systems based on love and the true vulnerability of being.

Cold clinical relationships only create more pathology and confusion in patients and have nothing to do with healing the source of people’s problems. Just to touch someone’s arm or hold their hand would be taboo in many circles but such intimacies go long and far in helping open up inner doors.

Many years ago Dr. Scott Peck laid down the first foundation stones for a therapy of love when he said, "We are now able to see the essential ingredient that makes psychotherapy effective and successful. It is not ‘unconditional positive regard,’ nor is it magical words, techniques or postures; it is human involvement and struggle. It is the willingness of the therapist to extend him or herself for the purpose of nurturing the patient’s growth – willingness to go out on a limb, to truly involve oneself at an emotional level in the relationship, to actually struggle with the patient and with oneself. In short, the essential ingredient of successful deep and meaningful psychotherapy is love."

Dr. Peck said "most mental illness is caused by an absence of or defect in the love that a particular child required from its particular parents for successful maturation and spiritual growth." It becomes obvious then that what patients need more than anything is that love. They need this love for healing to take place.

The sightings began at about 8.50 pm, on Friday as Richard Hardy and his wife Tina were walking west along Maude Street, Belmont, when they saw ‘‘the brightest blue light you have ever seen’’ in the sky to their north. ‘‘At first I thought it was a flare, it was such a solid glowing blue. ‘‘It came in from the north-west then slowly descended, and then it changed quickly from blue to red. Then it shot straight up for a couple of seconds and my wife reached for her phone camera and it changed back to blue then shot over towards the south-west. ‘‘I rang my son who was at home on the other side of the Pacific Highway and he saw it go blue then red then blue again and eventually disappear way over the other side of the lake towards Dora Creek or Toronto.’’

Herald journalist Jim Kellar also saw the object as he sat on the verandah of his house at Valentine. He saw it as red, and turning to yellow, and moving low on the horizon to the south-west, where it disappeared and re-appeared, moving faster at times than aircraft would appear at the same distance. Mr. Kellar was reluctant to admit seeing it. Editor’s Note: Richard Harvey. psychotherapist, author and spiritual teacher, answers questions about the threefold model of human awakening.

You speak of a threefold model of human awakening through deepening levels of awareness. The first level is what we usually think of as personal therapy, the second is a personal transformation that leads to authenticity, and the third is the realization of the true Self. Could you clearly summarize the relationship between personal therapy, personal authenticity and Self-Realization?

Deep inner change leads to personal transformation and spiritual awakening. It begins with personal therapy. Personal therapy may be an end in itself or a prelude for the life of authenticity, genuine relationship and engagement with others and the world. Personal therapy is connected to spiritual growth through this middle stage, which I call the transformation into authenticity.

Personal therapy can be completed. In the process of inner work there is a point where you feel a sense of completion or personal wholeness. This is the condition of embracing your so-called shadow side, which comprises all that you have denied or repressed, and stored in your deep unconscious. When you live with an acceptance of the shadow alongside your acceptance of your conscious self, you have embraced your whole self. This sense of completion is like a journey around the self. You have realized the wholeness of your personality and found the edges of your egoic limits.

So, beyond the usual parameters of personal therapy, a permanent transformation may come about, which is the flowering of inner work. This is the authentic self. Personal authenticity prepares the way for awakening by connecting us to the source of life or consciousness.

So, to summarize, in personal therapy you begin with the practice of awareness which leads to self-discovery and change, where you reach the edges of the personality, the conditioning from your early life and your small sense of self.

In the second stage you can choose to cross a psychological threshold – it is a kind of death, but it is also the birth of the psyche or soul into the world and it represents an irreversible transformation of the self into authenticity.

In the third stage the true Self awakens, but it has always been here in consciousness as a reflection of the Absolute and you journey past the world of duality, the opposites, and division and separation in which the individual personality is dissolved. This is human awakening. It’s like waking up into a place you have been asleep in or unaware of or oblivious to. This is why the journey of personal and spiritual growth, when you see it through, brings you to a place of great joy, a mood of tremendous elation.

This is expressed in the idea of rapture, ecstasy or bliss – or satchitananda in the Hindu tradition. After all you have been through, all the tests and ordeals, all the suffering and trials, the struggle, confusion and angst, the end of the road is finally realizing that there is no journey to the present moment: no way or path is necessary to where we already are! Your whole dualistic way of thinking prescribed your experience for you: it was never really like that at all!

So, first we discover ourselves, then we transform into authenticity and, finally, we awaken?

The order of awakening is awareness, transformation, and realization. Today we are having a hard time meeting the first of these – awareness. Because it seems increasingly hard in a relatively superficial, increasingly amoral, fickle and speed-driven culture to recognize, honor or even value such things as these. After all they are essentially invisible and practicing them doesn’t necessarily give you status in a materialistic world where prestige, acquisition and conformity are prized so highly.

But when we awaken aren’t we simply conforming too, albeit to another set of values?

No. Awakening is the full flowering of the self. Transcendence is expressed in individual form; even the ego is surrendered in service to the All. The way it is done is impersonal, but the expression is intensely personal.

What are the roles of fear and desire?

The twin states of fear and desire dominate human existence. When we succumb to them they limit our potential for growth and discovery. To guide us beyond both is the role of the psycho-spiritual therapist.

Fear is founded on our self-contraction, on our projection of a death-dealing force outside ourselves. Desire is rooted in our belief in lack, that something outside ourselves is required to make us whole and complete. Developing courage, resilience and applying ourselves to true ‘unfolding’, we see through the lies of fear and desire and grow into our true potential and beyond our exclusive identity with our self.

Would you say something about self-identity and the troubled state of the world today, because it seems to me that the two are somehow connected?

Essentially we do not know who we are. Thoughts, fantasy and unreality form a false self. We do not know how to act in relationship to one another and to the world. When being is not connected with doing, others become merely screens for our projections of inner states; thoughts, feelings, judgments and reactions. The condition of the world is a broader projection canvas that we create in our own image by projecting and manifesting our fears and anger. We feel disconnected from the source of life; educated by parents, teachers, politicians and other authority figures to not see, speak or honor deep truth and matters of soul and spirit. Love, compassion, wisdom, enlightenment become misunderstood, misrepresented or simply avoided altogether.

Today, in the affluent West, our concerns are many and diverse. We are obsessed and distracted by fantasies of happiness and fulfillment, anxious about physical and mental health, illness and aging. We dream about money and wealth, loving relationships and how to be better human beings. We desire and long for the house, home and lifestyle we want. We are ambitious and seek our self worth in our work and careers. We are confused about how to deal with strong emotions like depression, anxiety, anger and grief. We wrestle with inner conflicts and many suffer from a sense of meaninglessness or lack of purpose. Others are troubled at their lack of creativity and passion. Some struggle with personal development and spiritual hunger.

And how should we deal with this surfeit of hardships and difficulties?

We need to truly relate to ourselves, others and the world with clarity, compassion and wisdom, by centering in our heart and seeking a new way of being, doing, working and relating, and by illuminating our inner world through the practices of awareness and wise reflection.

But how can we do this? How do we attain these levels of inner and outer practices?

We can attain all this through taking ourselves seriously and embarking on the inner journey to wholeness and by realizing our true nature through inner work.

And inner work is the practice of therapy and spiritual growth?

Yes.

When I was in university I lived beside an inner city park named Trout Lake. After the number of coincidences/synchronicities connected to the park I shouldn't be surprised to the draw I feel from the ranch. Have your ever thought about writing a short post journal? COMET ISON, R.I.P? Evidence is mounting that comet ISON did not survive its brush with the sun earlier today. At 01:45 EST on Nov. 28th, Thanksgiving Day in the USA, the comet was supposed to pass a little more than a million miles above the surface of the sun. As a new movie from SOHO shows, the comet had already disintegrated... Pay careful attention to the head of the comet ...

In the movie, Comet ISON is clearly falling apart as it approaches the sun. Researchers working with the Solar Dynamics Observatory report that they are saw nothing along the track that ISON was expected to follow through the sun's atmosphere. Update: Nevertheless, something has emerged from the sun's atmosphere. Watch this movie all the way to the end. Whether this is a small fragment of Comet ISON's nucleus or perhaps a "headless comet"--a stream of debris marking the remains of the comet's disintegrated core--remains to be seen.

The movie spans a day and a half period from Nov. 27th (01:41 UT) to 28th (15:22 UT). We see that Comet ISON brightened dramatically on Nov. 27th before fading on Nov. 28th. That brightening might have been the disintegration event, in which the comet cracked open and spilled its vaporizing contents into space.

There is still a chance that some fraction of Comet ISON has survived. (That would make ISON a headless comet--more appropriate for Halloween than Thanksgiving.) Stay tuned for more movies as we watch for debris emerging behind the occulting disk of SOHO coronagraphs.

At The Point of No Return

"The wrong people are in charge… that’s pretty obvious. But what is not so obvious is how they got there? And once having found an open gate, why have we left them to graze the best pastures while we grovel around in the barren fallow?

A very strange phenomenon…

This World is run by those of whom the great majority have absolutely no qualifications to be at the helm of anything – not even a small rowing boat. Yet, somehow or other, there they are perched in their palaces, surveying their empires – while simultaneously engaging in the systematic degradation of planet Earth.

Doesn’t matter whether they are generals, headmasters, corporate executives, CEOs of banks, media moguls, ministers or prime ministers, or just about any big bosses – they have the distinction of all acting in unison. While by contrast, the great majority of intelligent and able bodied citizens of this planet, only manage to act – or react – in sporadic and discordant bursts; if at all.

The current controlling masters – and it hasn’t changed much over many centuries – have a commonality of intent: to extract the last ounces of profit and prestige from any and all assets and opportunities that fall into their grasp.

Yet even that isn’t enough for some of them. Profits get a bit boring when they come in the tens of millions year after year, and one has occupied the prime suite at Claridges for the past six months. No, there always needs to be just one more thing that can be ‘owned’ and brought under control, so as to satisfy the false agrandissement that is part and parcel of an endless, and ultimately fruitless, attempt to become omnipotent and untouchable by ordinary mortals.

Such is the aphrodisiac called ‘power’.

Time and again, those who suffer most from a sense of being inwardly dispossessed are the very ones to seek, as compensation, the maximum level of outer possessiveness. And this is the mechanism whereby the wrong people get to be in charge.

Ironically, many who do not suffer such delusional power urges are quite happy to just tick along fulfilling their aspirations and daily needs as best they can. Yet in doing so, they unwittingly allow the magalomaniacs a direct route to the seats of power.

Those who are secure enough in themselves to take a responsible attitude towards the life around them seldom come forward to take-on positions of authority and civil responsibility. Their preference is to leave it to others – and in too many cases these ‘others’ often harbour barely disguised ulterior motives.

Yet we look on, aghast, as our world is torn apart by duelling crooks and madmen, each more desperate than the other for the top job in the race for planetary ecocide. Each more desperate than the other to fill any power vacuum that might emerge. Each more desperate than the other to hold a cosh over the disinterested daily workers who struggle on, trying not to notice how bad it’s gotten.

Where do you belong in this mad scrum?

The wrong people are in charge and the right people don’t want to bother themselves unduly to do anything about it. That just about sums-up the dire state of our post industrial ‘civilisation’. Something has to give…

The question is what?

Will a critical mass of the 99% finally act to bring back some genuine self autonomy through wresting control from the 1%?

Or will the 1% finally complete their annihilation job, trashing our planetary assets and crushing our human propensities once and for all? That is the question.

But none of us are free to sit back and play at second guessing the outcome. We are all in there. We are part of the pack. Our every move, whether we see it or not, is either promoting or resisting the despot’s master plan. There is no such thing as being ‘in between’ in this game. The fence you once sat on is broken. The wires are hanging limp. There is no no-man’s-land left to hide in.

At some point soon, those who are fit to lead must take over from those who are unfit. It may be a bloodless coup – or it may be a bloody insurrection. One way or another, the shift has to happen.

Forget about Divine intervention. There will be no Divine intervention unless and until there is a very visible human determination already out of the starting blocks and heading for the finishing line. Only then is it possible that higher energies will join the race to bring justice back to this battered World.

We are approaching the point of no return. If we don’t respond to the myriad calls for help that are echoing around this World at an ever-increased velocity each day, then we will be condemning ourselves – and those who call upon us – to being forever stranded upon a desolate and barren shore.

That help starts with helping each other to break free from our learned and self-induced state of fear and pacifism. A combination that pretty much guarantees an unwillingness to act. An unwillingness to act even when presented with the choice of participating in a mass genocide or opposing it.

This unwillingness is giving voice to the notion that ‘no action’ is the spiritual choice of the knowing. That to retire into a cul-de-sac of meditation and inward-looking self examination can ‘change the world’ by dint of a shifted value focus. Can serve to hermetically seal the self away from the trials and tribulations of the outer world and thereby help avoid any confrontation with that which demands a full and spontaneous response.

Confrontation, in this view, is a negative, reactionary manifestation that undermines ‘peace’ and the supposed tranquility of a chimeric world, which takes over from rational observations and becomes the new reality. A ‘virtual reality’.

This is a deeply flawed and dangerous ethos. For it splits in half that which is whole and sets the two halves in opposition to each other.

We are ‘of nature’ not above or outside it. We go forth and we return. That is the Tao. Universal forces all dance to this tune. Breath, ocean waves, cycles of birth and death, growth and decay, all is in motion and at rest, all the time. There is no contradiction.

Outward action and inward contemplation are two halves of one whole. They are synonymous. One should move between the two constantly and joyously.

“When injustice become law, resistance becomes duty”

Well, injustice has become law – yet resistance remains doggedly muted, and the search for an escape route remains the preferred option.

Cultivate spirit, wisdom and deep awareness – yes. Yet not as an alternative to toppling our oppressors from their corporate thrones, but as part of it.

Don’t be fooled. There is a war on. We are all called to the front. Just as the white corpuscles of our bodies are fighting off attempts by the pathogens to take hold – all the time. We should be doing the same – all the time.

Everyday we should be conjuring-up and putting into affect actions to end the draconian government/corporate dictatorship that continues to herd great swathes of humanity ever faster towards a sheer and genocidal cliff.

We can have no ‘peace’ until the criminals at the master control consulate are ejected from their padded leather chairs and are forced to confront the true price of their obscene power games.

Peace and enlightenment, at the individual level, are only possible if we are engaged in this battle. The battle to rid both ourselves and this planet of that which seeks to dominate and destroy the true well-spring of life.

The road to victory also requires the wise and aware to form a council of responsible oversight to step-in to the void once the despots are dethroned. That is an essential ingredient of any uprising determined to manifest genuine justice.

The lessons of history teach that fickle rebellion simply replaces one bunch of power predators with another. That is no longer an option; we are now at the point of no return. This time we have to get it right.

Footnote: some may see this as being at odds with my essay “Reverse Engineering the Illuminati Mind Set,” I don’t believe it is. The action I speak of here does not eclipse the need to draw deeply upon compassion. However, to exercise compassion one needs to be in a position of strength, not slavery."

For instance, if you say to yourself 'I'm not going to have love in my life,' then you're not because you're creating that reality for yourself, Knight explained. By becoming more conscious, aware, and specific, and setting the conditions, then good things will follow, she detailed. Related practices include affirming what you see as positive in other people, as well as participating in a "gratitude circle," a gathering of friends who break bread and share what they are grateful for and their intentions.

Knight also discussed her upbringing in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, the location of the original sightings of the Mothman, and how this impacted her perceptions. The legendary winged creature with glowing red eyes, originally sighted during the 1966-67 time period, may have been a kind of spirit messenger from Native Americans, she suggested. She related this concept to a curse placed by Chief Cornstalk (Hokoleskwa) in 1777. The Chief was murdered by militiamen, and betrayed by the settlers, and Mothman could have been his spirit animal acting as harbinger of the Silver Bridge disaster, she continued."

"Filling in for George, John B. Wells presided over an evening of Open Lines. Damon in Lee Summit, Missouri shared UFO secrets discovered by his father, who served in Army Intelligence. According to Damon, his dad and some friends broke into a general's office and discovered "some Majestic-12 documents." These files, he said, detailed the UFO craft retrieval effort that took place in Roswell and included photos of the downed craft as well as alien bodies. ICELAND. No news from Iceland?… why ?

"How come we hear everything that happens in Egypt but no news about what’s happening in Iceland:

In Iceland, the people has made the government resign, the primary banks have been nationalized, it was decided to not pay the debt that these created with Great Britain and Holland due to their bad financial politics and a public assembly has been created to rewrite the constitution.

And all of this in a peaceful way. A whole revolution against the powers that have created the current global crisis. This is why there hasn’t been any publicity during the last two years: What would happen if the rest of the EU citizens took this as an example? What would happen if the US citizens took this as an example.

This is a summary of the facts:

2008. The main bank of the country is nationalized.
The Krona, the currency of Iceland devaluates and the stock market stops. The country is in bankruptcy

2008. The citizens protest in front of parliament and manage to get new elections that make the resignation of the prime minister and his whole government.
The country is in bad economic situation.
A law proposes paying back the debt to Great Britain and Holland through the payment of 3,500 million euros, which will be paid by the people of Iceland monthly during the next 15 years, with a 5.5% interest.

2010. The people go out in the streets and demand a referendum. In January 2010 the president denies the approval and announces a popular meeting.
In March the referendum and the denial of payment is voted in by 93%. Meanwhile the government has initiated an investigation to bring to justice those responsible for the crisis, and many high level executives and bankers are arrested. The Interpol dictates an order that make all the implicated parties leave the country.

In this crisis an assembly is elected to rewrite a new Constitution which can include the lessons learned from this, and which will substitute the current one (a copy of the Danish Constitution).
25 citizens are chosen, with no political affiliation, out of the 522 candidates. For candidacy all that was needed was to be an adult and have the support of 30 people. The constitutional assembly starts in February of 2011 to present the ‘carta magna’ from the recommendations given by the different assemblies happening throughout the country. It must be approved by the current Parliament and by the one constituted through the next legislative elections.

So in summary of the Icelandic revolution:
-resignation of the whole government
-nationalization of the bank.
-referendum so that the people can decide over the economic decisions.
-incarcerating the responsible parties
-rewriting of the constitution by its people

Have we been informed of this through the media?
Has any political program in radio or TV commented on this?
No! The Icelandic people have been able to show that there is a way to beat the system and has given a democracy lesson to the world."

"John B. Wells was joined by author and health freedom advocate, Ty Bollinger, for a discussion on monumental myths of the 'modern Medical Mafia' and the mainstream media. He cautioned that the blind acceptance of various medical treatments by the general population could have disastrous consequences for their health. To that end, he cited a study done less than a decade ago which stunningly showed that over 780,000 people die per year as a result of doctor-related mishaps such as hospital infections, surgery errors, or unnecessary procedures. "That is the number one killer in the country," Bolinger marveled, "it's worse than cancer and heart disease." Tracing this issue back further, he pointed to a government-backed study from the 1970's which concluded that only 10 to 20% of medical procedures have been proven to be effective in controlled trials.

"Waking up to the 'medical mafia,'" he said about research, "really opened my eyes to a whole new world of lies and myths that we are being fed each and every day." Claims that cholesterol causes heart disease was one myth which Bolinger accused the mainstream media for propagating on behalf of the medical establishment. "That's not true at all," he declared, blaming heart disease on high sugar diets which cause small legions inside blood vessels. Cholesterol, he said, is simply fatty tissue which collects on these legions in an attempt to patch them. "It's indicative of modern medicine looking at the symptom instead of the cause," he observed, "cholesterol is a symptom of the fact that you've got a diet that's too high in sugar." This misplaced focus is not an error of the medical establishment, he contended, but rather an agenda aimed at maximizing profits by not treating the root cause of illnesses.

He also decried the widespread use of aspartame in food, noting that the sweet-tasting chemical was originally discovered by a scientist during experiments to develop a new kind of rat poison. Tests on aspartame, Bolinger contended, showed a wide variety of harmful effects on animals. Despite initial warnings about the chemical, suspicious bureaucratic changes allowed the FDA to eventually approve the use of aspartame in food. To demonstrate the dangerous effects of aspartame, Bolinger quoted a massive study from last year which showed that ingesting one diet soda per day increases leukemia risk by 42 percent, biloma risk by 102 percent, and non-Hodgkin lymphoma by 31 percent. Over the course of the evening, Bolinger also talked about medical misconceptions surrounding cancer as well as the dangers of vaccines and government-mandated fluorescent light bulbs."

Amazon Working On Drones To Deliver Packages In Under 30 Minutes

"Amazon is planning on using helicopter drones to drop your package on your doorstep in half an hour. Thats the thinking behind Amazon Prime Air, which CEO Jeff Bezos insists is not parody or a put-on. The autonomous drones would fly directly from one of Amazon’s 96 fulfillment centers to the address of the recipient, carrying packages under five pounds. Bezos told Charlie Rose on 60 Minutes.

China plan to quit dollar infuriates US: Analyst

The decision by the Central Bank of China to no longer accumulate foreign exchange reserves in dollar has infuriated the United States, an analyst says.

Finian Cunningham made the remark in a Sunday column for Press TV amid escalation of tensions between US and China over Beijing's enforcement of an Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ).



"The escalation of military tensions between Washington and Beijing in the East China Sea is superficially over China's unilateral declaration of an air defense zone. But the real reason for Washington's ire is the recent Chinese announcement that it is planning to reduce its holdings of the US dollar," he wrote.


Cunningham said China "move to offload some of its 3.5 trillion in US dollar reserves" poses "a mortal threat to the American petrodollar and the entire American economy."



"China - the second biggest economy in the world and a top importer of oil - has or is seeking oil trading arrangements with its major suppliers, including Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Venezuela, which will involve the exchange of national currencies," he wrote, warning that the development threatens "the petrodollar and its global reserve status."

Cunningham said Beijing's November 20 notice about plan to "shift its risky foreign exchange holdings" in US dollars for other currencies "is a harbinger that the American economy's days are numbered."

"But, in the imperialist, megalomaniac mindset of Washington, the 'threat' to the US economy and indebted way of life is perceived as a tacit act of war. That is why Washington is reacting so furiously and desperately to China's newly declared air corridor. It is a pretext for the US to clench an iron fist," concluded the analyst.

I could not believe the people who still feel we are alone. i felt so stimulated and excited by this craft with multiple orbes dashing around along with the other people around us. I could not figure out why mor people did not stop, I think the passages I have been reading tell me that answer. Our brain and body has to be in tune with the universe to see beyond here. We had months of contact with a gentlemen Mr. Davenport from Washing state, he told us this was what wes being seen up and down the US and Canadian boarders at that time.
