Happy New Year May You Be Blessed with Chaos.

Before you get confused as to whether this is a blessing let me explain. When you are engaging higher consciousness and energy and rising up the vibrational continuum chaos comes with the territory. Those who understand cymantics know when you introduce high frequency sound to sand patterns it disrupts the previous pattern which goes into chaos then reforms into a new more intricate evolved pattern. This is what humanity and the Earth is going through. All the ancients foretold about these times and it is cyclic, natural and the forces are cosmic in cause. Little hint about global warming, all the planets are going through transition, atmospheric changes and they don't have cars on mars. I have always been a strong supporter of fueless energy yet this problem, climate change is much bigger than auto emissions.

Many ask what is going to happen in 2014. My answer is chaos. How much chaos depends on our decisions individually and collectively, how much we resist change. There are two things people resist and fear the most, change and the unknown. Change is coming and the unknown is going to be made known. All that which was suppressed, covered up, held back is going to come forward. The power elite, the banksters, the puppet governments and their agencies are going to be real busy cleaning up the mess, doing damage control as their dubious deeds rise to the surface. It is like a black kettle of smelly fish boiling over as the energy increases.

The fueless energy, alternative cures and the exposure of those who suppressed them will come forward as well. The lame stream media will eventually come to the realization the masses are awakening, no longer listening and they have lost all credibility. Ever wonder why they are trying to give away newspapers, subscriptions are in the toilet people are turning off their TVs and going to alternative news for the truth? This is bad for business and we all know money talks, advertisers pay according to ratings so they are doomed to eventually tell the truth and it will be sensational. When main stream news came out to film,”debunk” the ships they were in awe when the ships appeared. I debunked the NASA and government debunkers before they even started telling them we are using your data to prove these are not space shuttles, space stations, satellites or known man made objects. They referred to objects landing on Mt Adams, morphing into three objects and leaving with jets chasing them as the space shuttle? Officialdom at its best. Now who is looking ridiculous? The UFO topic took their ratings to a record breaking high which the advertisers love. So will end the cover-up because covering UFOs will be driven by profit. ABC, Fox News, History Channel, Paranormal State, Danny Dyer Special, and other coverages are all on the site, www.eceti.org. Breakthroughs in alternative energy and healing technology will soon follow not just through alternative media but eventually in the main, “lame” stream media.

We need to pay close attention to the Earth over the next two years as well as incoming objects from space. There will be many leaks as well as disinformation concerning incoming objects. We are getting a lot of help in this arena. Our off world brothers and sisters have destroyed or diverted may incoming asteroids and comets much to the amazement of many top scientists who headed for the hills leaving the masses uninformed. This is where our own inner sensitivity, our BS meter needs to be set on high. The alignment with Galactic Plane, Alcyon and entering the dark rift will get very exciting. The Earth is already reacting to these energies as well as the Sun which is a major driver for change.

We need to pay even closer attention to the illuminati, their genocidal programs such as HAARP, weather wars, chemtrails, gulf oil spills, corexit toxicity, inoculations, GMOs, and now Fukushima radiation. Research Morgellans disease if you want to know the big picture. It is referred to as Satan's dream by many physicists. Know where your water and food are coming from and what is in them. Fresh clean water has already exceeded oil in value which is why the elite are buying up the fresh water around the world. We have to get out of our Pollyanna program, take the blinders off and realize what ever way possible to profit and control the people will be rolled out by these malevolent puppets of the archons which have an agenda of major population reduction and feed off of the pain and suffering, the lower frequencies necessary to maintain their world.

Research the archons, ancient references to them, know there are many levels to the hierarchy when it comes to power and control over the masses. It is time to be brutally honest as to whether we are willingly serving the beast, or turning a blind eye due to a false sense of security. There is no security in engaging in actions that are harmful to humanity and the Earth. There is only universal law and a reaction.

It is time for love in action. Standing firm in your own divinity as well as your own God/Spirit/Creator given rights. Many are spelled out in the Bill of Rights and there is no valid reason for trespassing on those rights. Those who serve in official government capacity took an oath. It is time to revisit that oath and apply it with impeccable integrity and honor. Our forefathers said those who give up freedom for safety are neither free or safe. Those who have abandoned their oath and are in breech of trust will be held accountable in the days to come.

Universal Law is God/Spirit?Creator law. Universal law is pressing hard upon the Earth. As we said before those who are not evolving, aligning with Universal Law and cannot match the new frequencies of Earth will go into chaos and eventually implode. Their temples, empires, and their physical bodies will not endure. It is time to transcend all cultural and religious boundaries into unity consciousness. Love and Kindness is the first and foremost practice of any enlightened being. Judging, condemning and warring on the other children of God is no longer acceptable. The war and disease profiteers will see the reactions to their actions. Being lord over the physical does not exempt one from karma and justice from the higher levels of consciousness. These higher levels have fully engaged the Earth. Diversity is just another expression of Source yet we cannot trespass on those who be lie ve differently, have different names and images most of which end up at the same place. As long as those be lie fs do not harm humanity or the Earth they are to be honored as another expression of God. There has been more pain, suffering and death due to religion than service, empowerment and assistance in making ones own personal God/Spirit?Creator connection.

I have prayed and meditated with masters from every culture who hold universal law first and foremost in their teachings. I have seen their archetypes, sign posts of transcendence, representations of positive attributes and nature. Each path lead to the same place. We all came from Creator, we all return to the same Creator and we all have our cultural names and images. When the God spark within ignites to the full flame you become all the cultures, all the names and images. As Buddha said the whole universe is within. Knowing this how can you harm or take from another? How can you operate outside of universal law without the awareness of consequences?

What is it about Omnipresence we don't comprehend. Would that not include you, others in all their diversity, all inanimate and animate, all life? Is it not the goal to become one with God? Is it not written there are no divisions in God? Love God/Spirit/Creator with all your heart, honor each individual the whole of life in all its expressions as unique expressions of God/Spirit/Creator. It is really that simple this is Universal Law in a nut shell.

There are also understandings of what happens when we step outside of Universal Law often referred to as Karma or Action/Reaction as spelled out by all the prophets and masters. We have to get back to basics to get through these times. We need to make Love and Kindness our religion, our practice, our way. We are also going to have to set boundaries with those who do not practice Love and Kindness who act outside of Universal Law. It was never the plan of the forefathers, those truly in service to God to be governed by predators and parasites. Where war, disease, injustice, manufactured lack and the enslavement through dependency are common place. This is all unsustainable, it is not in alignment with universal law or the evolution of Earth. It is not frequency specific therefore chaos will ensue as these barbaric ways either transmute or disassemble. Change and making the unknown known will be unfolding. That which is not evolving will devolve, implode in the quickening. As the 5D grid and Universal Law press hard upon humanity and the Earth there will be a great unraveling. It is time to flow with the process, make any necessary changes and again practice love and kindness in all that you do. This means loving yourself as well and setting any necessary boundaries with those choose a different path. Be well, Happy New Year."

Wikipedia refers to Vulnerability as the inability to withstand the effects of a hostile environment.

Vulnerability is a state where I would be open, tender and soft. If I close down and become numb to protect myself, I also close down my compassion, love, joy, and happiness.

Being vulnerable is about revealing what you deny or keep hidden from others, being authentic and gives you the ability to empathize.

In order to be vulnerable, you have to be okay with every part of you. You’ve got to love everything about you, if you want to be vulnerable by choice. It takes great strength to show your true authentic you.

There are times when we are forced into vulnerability through conflict, grief, misunderstanding, rejection, or fear. Many choose to ware vulnerability as hard core anger, masquerading with a constant fake smile or having an exterior of thick armor.

When you love yourself, and I mean all parts of you, you don’t worry so much if someone else doesn’t, or what they think about you. And when you’re less afraid of rejection, you step right into that place of openness.

It takes practice and awareness to listen to our heart and be okay with feeling vulnerable. Don’t worry life will continue to give us opportunities to consciously choose openness.

When I have chosen to be open, to show my authentic self, others meet me there, forming many powerful connections.

With vulnerability, you experience true connection—true love for yourself—and you begin to attract people to you who are inspired by your openness, softness and love.

While it’s not easy to be vulnerable, you’d be surprised how loving all of you and then sharing it with another can help you to connect with anyone. In my own life, I’m embracing vulnerability, continuing to open up to my loved ones, friends and clients.

My government is starting to react, but they're not taking enough action yet. Dolphin hunting is already illegal and punishable with several years in prison, but authorities are turning a blind eye -- allowing thousands of dolphins and sharks to be butchered. The government cares a lot about Peru's international reputation, especially for tourism, and if we can make them feel embarrassed with a massive global campaign, I'm sure they'll start taking action to end the massacre.

i just finished reading several papers from Wes Penre that relates to the research he has done involving extraterrestrial influences. After all is said and done...we are creators who have choice from here. He sees multiple timelines from 2013 and contemplates two extremes...one he calls the Machine Kingdom and the other is going back to nature where we express our internal technology. It is not necessarily all or nothing.

To learn about Nature is to learn about ourselves and vice versa. We all potentially have the ability to go out in the woods, up in the mountains, out in the desert, or to the beach, and just sit down and listen to Nature. Although there may be a stillness and an apparent silence where you stay, there is much going on in other dimensions of reality. All we have to do is to listen to what is there and start communicating. The trees have quite a story to tell, and so do the rocks, the rhythm of the waves, and the old mountains. Once upon a time we were the Guardians of all this, and we always knew what was going on around us. We knew that everything was encoded and bore the imprint of the original Creator God that created it. Through Nature we could communicate with the whole universe, and we could communicate with our own Creator Gods, regardless of where they were. Now it's become a one-way communication. We can be communicated to, but we don't respond because we no longer hear the communication in our bodies. Instead of using our bodies as an instrument to communicate in the Multiverse, we have become afraid of our own bodies. No wonder we get sick. When the body feels we don't love her, and actually fear her, she responds by getting sick. Separation from the body is a separation from God/the Goddess.

As a fun thing you can try in the beginning is to communicate telepathically with butterflies. They are enormously clairvoyant. Every summer, just because I enjoy it, I sit on my porch next to a flowerbed early in the morning and wait for the first butterfly to come. When it does, I start with saying "hi" to it, telepathically, and follow its path with my eyes. Then I tell it how beautiful it is and how much I enjoy having it around. Next, I ask it to come closer, and it does -- carefully at first. I send a lot of love and affection towards it and that makes it come and circle around me and even land on the table just in front of me. When it takes off, I again follow its path and tell it how wonderful it is, and it's like it wants to show off because I recognize it. Lastly, I tell her to go and ask more butterflies to come, and sure enough, a minute later several of them show up in the flowerbed, together with the original one. It works like magic, but still it's so natural.

What happens here is that I am not necessarily communicating with the insect itself, but with the intelligence behind it; the God or Goddess who created her. The fact that a human once again recognizes that there is intelligence in the small things makes the force want to play along to show me that what I'm doing is noticed and appreciated. Try it! Practice! Do it with other insects too, if you wish, and with squirrels and birds. You are going to find that you are able to attract a lot of animals in your yard, or whatever environment you live in. Then they are going to return because they feel and recognize your energies. The animal and plant Queendoms know who you are. By doing this, and by accomplishing the above, you prove to yourself that everything in the universe is connected and in communication across the dimensions. We are only trapped here if we agree to it. I spoke in earlier papers about us being "allowed" to enter 8 of the 12 major dimensions, and only a very limited part of them (4% of the whole universe), but disagree with this, open up your chakras, one by one, and you will see that eventually, a whole new universe is opening up before your eyes. You are manifesting your Inner Universe in the Outside Universe in order to be able to explore, but in reality every cell in your body is a galaxy, just like Abraxas, the Dragon walk-in, said on the Gaia forum (see Level III, papers 5 and 6). As above, so below. Go inside, and the whole Multiverse will open up, literally.

However, this will not happen in one day; it's a process, and it's practice that is leading us there. Still, we need to understand that all the above is possible to regain, and in an upcoming book I will go into details about how we can obtain these abilities and much more; i.e. the process of becoming multidimensional. The first thing we need to do, however, is to create a safe environment for ourselves, now that we know what we're facing when comes to high-tech timelines and artificial intelligence.

Regardless if you're all alone, have a small or large circle of friends, if you're married and have family or not, you need to create your own "Local Universe". I first heard of this concept from James of the WingMakers when he explained it in an interview with Mark Hempel. I then knew right away that this is the way to create our new timelines in the beginning of the New Era, i.e. now, in this present moment. The Local Universe is defined as your local environment, which could be your neighborhood, your town, or a wider area in which you operate. If you take this area and tell yourself that this is your current Local Universe, which at any time can expand or retract, and then fill that area with whatever you wish that area to be or become -- you do it in your mind. You also include the safety or people, animals, and whomever or whatever lives in this specific locality. Perhaps you live in a Local Universe which is more or less how you want it to be, and you feel safe, or maybe there are quite a few things you need to improve to come to that point? No matter which it is, you are now going to imagine exactly how you want your Local Universe to be in order to be safe and according to the reality you wish for yourself. Then you hold that picture and tell yourself that this is your Local Universe in which you live, and these are the things you want to approve (or keep as they are). Don't force that reality on your environment; just put a light thought and a positive emotion to it and let it go. Then, if something happens which is not in line with what you want to be safe, you once again put your picture there, lightly and with a positive emotion, and let it go. Soon enough, you're going to notice that things around you start to change and the energies are going to twist and bend in the direction towards your goals.

Under some circumstances, if the reader lives in a very bad neighborhood with a lot of crimes and people who emit an unusual amount of fear, it may not matter what you do; you will still live in a very unsafe area. In that case, there is no other option than to move. You may tell me that your circumstances are such as you can't move, but then your energy must go towards making that your first goal instead of what I've suggested above. Optimally, this would already have been taken care of during the nano-second.

For this to really work, you need to understand the dynamics around it. When I say Local Universe, I really mean it. That is your universe in which you currently live. Let's say you live on the American west coast. Then, what happens in Israel and Palestine, in Syria, or in Egypt, is not part of your Local Universe. Neither is Washington DC and the political environment there. If you read the newspaper about war and disaster in one area of the world, you must remember that it's another Local Universe you are reading about, not yours. This is very important to understand, because people have a tendency to sympathize with what is happening outside their own Local Universe. Sympathy pulls those energies towards you; it has that quality, and that is not what you want, because then things soon may start going "wrong" in your own environment. You don't want to pull in negative energies in your space if you can help it.

In the extreme, the same reader of the newspaper may feel that they want to take the first plane to the area of unrest and do something to help. This is their choice, but know in that case that you extend your Local Universe to that war zone, and it will in one way or the other affect your whole Local Universe, which will then have a tendency of unrest. In addition; when you leave the area of unrest, the same unrest you came to help resolving will continue just like before. One thing Homo Nova has to understand is that we can't solve the world problems, because they don't want to be solved. The Sirian Alliance is there, seeing to that the wars and unrest are always happening regardless of what you do. Your task is to create peace and rest in your own area. When you do, others will feel it and start doing the same thing, and it will spread amongst the mass consciousness so others, outside your Local Universe will start to apply similar ways of living. Eventually, people can extend their areas, combine their areas and change the vibrations more rapidly amongst those who are still receptive to those positive kind of energies. This is in no way a suggestion of limiting your space. At any time, we can go visiting other universes (other parts of the world) to study them or enjoy what they have to offer, but keep in mind that we're only visiting, and when we come back home, our task is as always to keep our local universe safe. OK so I am looking at my addiction to youtubes/opinions and forums.
This is a machine kingdom accessory that I generally am prone to stay in.

Last night I made the DEFINITE intention to access my own capacities.
I believe I have them but I seem to have become stuck in a hall of "no mirrors".
It is probably because the timeline I desire to access is not on the internet (Duh?)

FYI, there is weather here in my neighborhood iat distinction from the surroundings... degrees warmer over night than the reports. This AM it was 51 when the "report" said it should be 45. In keeping with the local universe theory, I am intending that we have much amelioration from the cold snap in my reality with feeling it in my "knower" that this is my privalege just because I AM.

I have a love of alchemy that I consider the way of the internal buster upper and combuster and recombinator of mundane experience.

"In this clip from the documentary "Improbable Collapse," Dr. David Ray Griffin reads aloud dozens of transcribed tapes from FDNY dispatchers on the morning of September 11, 2001.

These dispatchers record rescue workers in and around the Twin Towers reporting "explosions," "bombs," "boom[s]," "pops," "professional demolitions," "an internal explosion," and "a secondary explosion."

In regards to the moments just before the actual fall of each of the Twin Towers, rescue workers witnessed and reported "low-level flashes...a flash, flash, flash...like when they demolish a building," a sequence of "orange and red flash[es] coming out" "around the middle" of the one of the towers, "sparkling around one specific layer of the building...exactly the way it looks when they show you these implosions on TV," and that "it seemed like on television, when they blow up these buildings...going all the way around...like a belt; all these explosions."

One FDNY Chief reported seeing "an explosion...at the very top, simultaneously from all four sides; materials shot horizontally and then there seemed to be a momentary delay before you could see the beginning of the collapse." Another firefighter reported that "every floor went choo-choo-choo...from the pressure everything was getting blown out of the floors before it actually collapsed."

Mayor Bloomberg's administration had the tapes suppressed from public scrutiny. Only after a lawsuit was filed by the NY Times and some families of 9/11 victims, and after a lengthy court process, on August of 2005, the NY Court of Appeals ordered that the City of New York release the tapes. Apparently, the contents of these tapes are something that the government doesn't want us to hear.

Auxiliary Lieutenant Fireman Paul Isaac said that "there were definitely bombs in those buildings" and that "many other firemen know there were bombs in the buildings but they're afraid for their jobs to admit it because the higher ups forbid discussion of this fact."

I read about CD7's report on Florida weather.Yesterday something came through my neck of the woods...not so much weather. Friends reported brain related shifting with wooziness and a sense of having both hemispheres involved in concert. We are having massive internal weather related storms IMO.

My favorite word now is liminal. The more open we are open, the stranger things may seem and if we do not hurry to critique, the less we will be in judgement's disappointment. “Everything we’ve been taught about the origins of civilization may be wrong,” says Danny Natawidjaja, PhD, senior geologist with the Research Centre for Geotechnology at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences. “Old stories about Atlantis and other a great lost civilizations of prehistory, long dismissed as myths by archaeologists, look set to be proved true.”

I’m climbing with Dr Natawidjaja up the steep slope of a 300-ft high step-pyramid set amidst a magical landscape of volcanoes, mountains and jungles interspersed with paddy fields and tea plantations a hundred miles from the city of Bandung in West Java, Indonesia.

The pyramid has been known to archaeology since 1914 when megalithic structures formed from blocks of columnar basalt were found scattered amongst the dense trees and undergrowth that then covered its summit. Local people held the site to be sacred and called it Gunung Padang, the name it still goes by today, which means “Mountain of Light”, or “Mountain of Enlightenment”, in the local Sundanese language. The summit, where the megaliths were found arranged across five terraces had been used as a place of meditation and retreat since time immemorial, archaeologists were told, and again this remains true today.

However neither the archaeologists, nor apparently the locals realized the pyramid was a pyramid. It was believed to be a natural hill, somewhat modified by human activity, until Natawidjaja and his team began a geological survey here in 2011. By then the summit had long since been cleared and the megalithic terraces recognized to be ancient and man-made, but no radiocarbon dating was ever done and the previously accepted age of the site – about 1,500 to 2,500 BC -- was based on guesswork rather than on excavations.

The first scientific radiocarbon dating was done by Natawidjaja himself on soils underlying the megaliths at or near the surface. The dates produced – around 500 to 1,500 BC – were very close to the archaeological guesswork and caused no controversy. However a surprise was in store as Natawidjaja and his team extended their investigation using tubular drills that brought up cores of earth and stone from much deeper levels.

First the drill cores contained evidence – fragments of columnar basalt – that man-made megalithic structures lay far beneath the surface. Secondly the organic materials brought up in the drill cores began to yield older and older dates – 3,000 BC to 5,000 BC, then 9,600 BC as the drills bit deeper, then around 11,000 BC, then, 15,000 BC and finally at depths of 90 feet and more an astonishing sequence of dates of 20,000 BC to 22,000 BC and earlier.

“This was not at all what my colleagues in the world of archaeology expected or wanted to hear” says Natawidjaja, who earned his PhD at Cal Tech in the United States and who, it becomes apparent, regards archaeology as a thoroughly unscientific discipline.

The problem is that those dates from 9,600 BC and earlier belong to the period that archaeologists call the “Upper Palaeolithic” and take us back deep into the last Ice Age when Indonesia was not a series of islands as it is today but was part of a vast southeast Asian continent dubbed “Sundaland” by geologists.

Sea level was 400 feet lower then because huge ice caps two miles deep covered most of Europe and North America. But as the ice caps began to melt all the water stored in them returned to the oceans and sea-level rose, submerging many parts of the world where humans had previously lived. Thus Britain was joined to Europe during the Ice Age (there was no English Channel or North Sea). Likewise there was no Red Sea, no Persian Gulf, Sri Lanka was joined to southern India, Siberia was joined to Alaska, Australia was joined to New Guinea – and so on and so forth. It was during this epoch of sea-level rise, sometimes slow and continuous, sometimes rapid and cataclysmic, that the Ice Age continent of Sundaland was submerged with only the Malaysian Peninsula and the Indonesian islands as we know them today high enough to remain above water.

The established archaeological view of the state of human civilization until the end of the last Ice Age about 9,600 BC was that our ancestors were primitive hunter gatherers incapable of any form of civilization or architectural feats. In the following millennia settled agriculture was very gradually developed and perfected. Around 4,000 BC the increasing sophistication of economic and social structures, and growing organizational abilities, made possible the creation of the earliest megalithic sites (such as Gigantija on the Maltese island of Gozo for example) while the first true cities emerged around 3500 BC in Mesopotamia and soon afterwards in Egypt. In the British Isles Callanish in the Outer Hebrides and Avebury in southwest England, both dated to around 3,000 BC, are the oldest examples of true megalithic sites. The megalithic phase of Stonehenge is thought to have begun around 2,400 BC and to have continued to around 1,800 BC.

Within this well worked out and long-established chronology there is no place for any prehistoric civilization such as Atlantis. But interestingly the Greek philosopher Plato, whose dialogue of Timias and Critias contains the earliest surviving mention of the fabled sunken kingdom, dates the catastrophic destruction and submergence of Atlantis by floods and earthquakes to “9,000 years before the time of Solon” – i.e. to 9,600 BC, the end of the last Ice Age. Since the Greeks had no access to modern scientific knowledge about the Ice Age and its rapidly rising sea levels (often accompanied by cataclysmic earthquakes as the weight of the melting ice caps was removed from the continental landmasses) the date Plato gives is, to say the least, an uncanny coincidence.

In Danny Natawidjaja’s view, however, it is no coincidence at all. His research at Gunung Padang has convinced him that Plato was right about the existence of a high civilization in the depths of the last Ice Age – a civilization that was indeed brought to a cataclysmic end involving floods and earthquakes in an epoch of great global instability between 10,900 BC and 9,600 BC.

This epoch, which geologists call the “Younger Dryas” has long been recognized as mysterious and tumultuous. In 10,900 BC, when it began, the earth had been emerging from the Ice Age for roughly 10,000 years, global temperatures were rising steadily and the ice caps were melting. Then there was a sudden dramatic return to colder conditions – even colder than at the peak of the Ice Age 21,000 years ago. This short, sharp deep freeze lasted for 1,300 years until 9,600 BC when the warming trend resumed, global temperatures shot up again and the remaining ice caps melted very suddenly dumping all the water they contained into the oceans.

“It is difficult,” Natawidjaja says, “for us to imagine what life on earth must have been like during the Younger Dryas. It was a truly cataclysmic period of immense climate instability and terrible, indeed terrifying, global conditions. It’s not surprising that many large animal species, such as the mammoths, went extinct during this precise time and of course it had huge effects on our ancestors, not just those ‘primitive’ hunter gatherers the archaeologists speak of but also, I believe, a high civilization that was wiped from the historical record by the upheavals of the Younger Dryas.”

What has brought Natawidjaja to this radical view is the evidence he and his team have uncovered at Gunung Padang. When their drill cores began to yield very ancient carbon dates from clays filling the gaps between worked stones they expanded their investigation using geophysical equipment – ground penetrating radar, seismic tomography and electrical resistivity – to get a picture of what lay under the ground. The results were stunning, showing layers of massive construction using the same megalithic elements of columnar basalt that are found on the surface but with courses of huge basaltic rocks beneath them extending down to 100 feet and more beneath the surface. At those depths the carbon dates indicate that the megaliths were put in place more than 10,000 years ago and in some cases as far back as 24,000 years ago.

Columnar basalt does form naturally – the famous Giant’s Causeway in Northern Ireland is an example – but at Gunung Padang it has been used as a building material and is laid out in a form never found in nature.

“The geophysical evidence is unambiguous,” Natawidjaja says. “Gunung Padang is not a natural hill but a man-made pyramid and the origins of construction here go back long before the end of the last Ice Age. Since the work is massive even at the deepest levels, and bears witness to the kinds of sophisticated construction skills that were deployed to build the pyramids of Egypt or the largest megalithic sites of Europe, I can only conclude that we’re looking at the work of a lost civilization and a fairly advanced one.”

“The archaeologists won’t like that,” I point out.

“They don’t!” Natawidjaja agrees with a rueful smile. “I’ve already got myself into a lot of hot water with this. My case is a solid one, based on good scientific evidence, but it’s not an easy one. I’m up against deeply entrenched beliefs.”

The next step will be a full-scale archaeological excavation. “We have to excavate in order to interrogate our remote sensing data and our carbon dating sequences and either to confirm or deny what we believe we’ve found here,” says Natawidjaja, “but unfortunately there’s a lot of obstacles in our way.”

When I ask what he means by obstacles he replies that some senior Indonesian archaeologists are lobbying the government in Jakarta to prevent him from doing any further work at Gunung Padang on the grounds that they “know” the site is less than 5,000 years old and see no justification for disturbing it.

“I don’t deny that the megaliths at the surface are less than 5,000 years old,” Natawidjaja hastens to add, “but I suggest they were put here because Gunung Padang has been recognized as a sacred place since time immemorial. It’s the deepest layers of the structure at between 12,000 and more than 20,000 years old that are the most important. They have potentially revolutionary implications for our understanding of history and I think it’s vital that we be allowed to investigate them properly.”

Gunung Padang is not the only ancient site that raises huge question marks over the story archaeologists tell us about our past. On the other side of the world, in southeastern Turkey, another man-made hill has been excavated during the past decade, this time by Professor Klaus Schmidt of the German Archaeological Institute. The site, called Gobekli Tepe (which means “Potbellied Hill” in the local Kurdish language) consists of a series of immense megalithic stone circles on the scale of Stonehenge and was deliberately buried (creating the appearance of a hill) around 8,000 BC by the mysterious ancient people who made it. The circles themselves date back to 9,600 BC, however, with the oldest work being the best. At least twenty further circles on a similar scale, identified by ground penetrating radar, are still deeply buried. Some of these, Klaus Schmidt told me when I visited Gobekli Tepe in September 2013, are likely to be much older than those already excavated.

At 7,000 or more years older than Stonehenge the megaliths of Gobekli Tepe, like the deeply buried megaliths of Gunung Padang mean that the timeline of history taught in our schools and universities for the best part of the last hundred years can no longer stand. It is beginning to look as though civilization, as I argued in my controversial 1995 bestseller Fingerprints of the Gods, is indeed much older and much more mysterious than we thought.

In essence what I proposed in that book was that an advanced civilization had been wiped out and lost to history in a global cataclysm at the end of the last Ice Age. I suggested there were survivors who settled at various locations around the world and attempted to pass on their superior knowledge, including knowledge of agriculture, to hunter-gatherer peoples who had also survived the cataclysm. Indeed even today we have populations of hunter gatherers, in the Kalahari Desert, for instance, and in the Amazon jungle, who co-exist with our advanced technological culture – so we should not be surprised that equally disparate levels of civilization might have co-existed in the past.

What I could not do when I wrote Fingerprints, because the evidence was not then available, was identify the exact nature of the cataclysm that had wiped out my hypothetical lost civilization, and this absence of a specific “smoking gun” was one of the many aspects of my argument that was heavily criticized by archaeologists. Since 2007, however, masses of scientific evidence have come to light that have identified the smoking gun for me in the form of a comet that broke into multiple fragments now known to have hit the earth 12,980 years ago. The impacts (some on the North American ice cap, some elsewhere) caused floods and tidal waves and threw a vast cloud of dust into the upper atmosphere that enshrouded the entire earth for more than a thousand years, preventing the sun’s rays from reaching the surface, and setting off the Younger Dryas deep freeze.

I believe it is possible that Gobekli Tepe may prove to be the work of the survivors of a great civilization lost during the Younger Dryas (interestingly the so-called “origins of agriculture” have been traced back by archaeologists to the vicinity of Gobekli Tepe and to the exact period in which Gobekli Tepe was created). But it is to Gunung Padang that I now look for a possibly even more stunning confirmation of my theory. Danny Natawidjaja’s geological survey has revealed not only deeply buried massive constructions and very ancient carbon dates at Gunung Padang but also the presence of three hidden chambers, so rectilinear in form that they are most unlikely to be natural. The largest of these lies at a depth of between 70 and 90 feet beneath the summit of the pyramid and measures approximately 18 feet high, 45 feet long and 30 feet wide.

Could it be the fabled “Hall of Records” of Atlantis? If Dr Natawidjaja’s geological excavation is allowed to proceed, despite strenuous attempts by local archaeologists to prevent it, then we should know the answer to that question, one way or another, by the end of 2014.

With that awareness, we can choose to see certain ‘obstacles’ on our path either as obstructions (bad) or as lessons (neutral).

By defining a circumstance as good or bad, we are resisting, and what we resist persists. By allowing the shadow to surface, remaining neutral to it – and even becoming friends with it – we resist no more, and the flow of life force flows through us with ease, raising our vibration.

To learn our lesson is to acknowledge our lesson – by thanking it. And so shall we transcend.

When Linda was young, her father worked at the Missouri Institute of Aeronautics in Sikeston and may have been privy to information of a downed UFO between Cape Girardeau and Sikeston six years before the alleged crash of a flying saucer at Roswell, New Mexico. “I would like to think if your father knew something, he’d share it,” Linda said. “But I have no answers.”

In the spring of 1941, at about 9 p.m., Baptist minister William Huffman of Cape Girardeau was asked to deliver last rights to the pilot and passengers of an aircraft that crashed about 15 miles outside of town in the direction of Sikeston, according to a letter from Huffman’s granddaughter Charlette Mann to UFO investigator Leo Stringfield.

When Rev. Huffman arrived, police, fire officials, the military, and the FBI poured over the crash site of a disc-shaped craft. The pilot and passengers were “little gray people” with large, almond-shaped black eyes, according to Mann’s letter. Huffman was sworn to secrecy. So, it seems, was everyone else.

Linda discovered the local fire, sheriff, and police departments have no records for 1941, nor do records from that year exist for the Missouri Institute of Aeronautics. She said stories have been removed from microfilm issues of the Sikeston Herald around the time of the alleged crash. “I thought that was unusual,” Linda said. “I had gone to other dates and they did not have problems. And looking for an original for that paper, it’s not anywhere.”

So Linda did what any researcher does. She started asking questions. “One source spoke about ‘little people’ that died and were transported from the alleged crash site,” she said. “An unrelated source spoke about a fairly recent visit by a former associate of the Missouri Institute of Aeronautics. In her words, ‘There is a man, somewhat confused, who said he ‘picked up the bodies’ of crash victims from the base.”

Linda found that man in a locked wing of a Sikeston nursing home. “I identified myself and my father’s name,” she said. “The man’s face went from a blank look to an ear-to-ear grin. ‘Your Dad was my crew chief. That was so long ago.’”

After a few questions, Linda was satisfied this man had known her father. “I told the aging patient I would like to discuss the Missouri Institute of Aeronautics and the air crashes that were never reported,” she said. “The blank look returned to his face. ‘I do not know, I do not know.’ He was lost again and we did not reconnect.”

After the man died, she discovered this is the man who had spoken with the “unrelated source” about the bodies. These are the interviews that keep Linda’s research going. “I get bits and pieces of stories,” she said. “Evidence to either prove or disprove the event only leads to more questions. Two senior Sikestonians recall talk of the crash of an unidentified craft, others recall a meteor crash, and still others recall no incident. I continue the search.”

That research has lead her to write the book, “Covert Retrieval: Urban legend or hidden history?” In the book, Linda details accounts of people native to the Sikeston area who “share family history accounts that include an unidentified crash retrieval pre-World War II.”

One such account is from a young man who tells stories from his grandmother, who was a ten-year-old girl at the time of the event. “The grandmother spoke often about witnessing retrieval personnel at an unidentified crash site in a southeast Missouri farm field,” Linda said. “The retrieval personnel asked the grandmother’s father, a large strong man, to assist the retrieval personnel in lifting wreckage onto a flatbed truck. The officials that were apparently in charge thought the wreckage would be heavy, but according to the father, the wreckage was lightweight.”

At first glance, Quiet Time - a stress reduction strategy used in several San Francisco middle and high schools, as well as in scattered schools around the Bay Area - looks like something out of the om-chanting 1960s. Twice daily, a gong sounds in the classroom and rowdy adolescents, who normally can't sit still for 10 seconds, shut their eyes and try to clear their minds. I've spent lots of time in urban schools and have never seen anything like it.

This practice - meditation rebranded - deserves serious attention from parents and policymakers. An impressive array of studies shows that integrating meditation into a school's daily routine can markedly improve the lives of students. If San Francisco schools Superintendent Richard Carranza has his way, Quiet Time could well spread citywide.

What's happening at Visitacion Valley Middle School, which in 2007 became the first public school nationwide to adopt the program, shows why the superintendent is so enthusiastic. In this neighborhood, gunfire is as common as birdsong - nine shootings have been recorded in the past month - and most students know someone who's been shot or did the shooting. Murders are so frequent that the school employs a full-time grief counselor.

In years past, these students were largely out of control, frequently fighting in the corridors, scrawling graffiti on the walls and cursing their teachers. Absenteeism rates were among the city's highest and so were suspensions. Worn-down teachers routinely called in sick.

Unsurprisingly, academics suffered. The school tried everything, from counseling and peer support to after-school tutoring and sports, but to disappointingly little effect.

Now these students are doing light-years better. In the first year of Quiet Time, the number of suspensions fell by 45 percent. Within four years, the suspension rate was among the lowest in the city. Daily attendance rates climbed to 98 percent, well above the citywide average. Grade point averages improved markedly. About 20 percent of graduates are admitted to Lowell High School - before Quiet Time, getting any students into this elite high school was a rarity. Remarkably, in the annual California Healthy Kids Survey, these middle school youngsters recorded the highest happiness levels in San Francisco.

Reports are similarly positive in the three other schools that have adopted Quiet Time. At Burton High School, for instance, students in the program report significantly less stress and depression, and greater self-esteem, than nonparticipants. With stress levels down, achievement has markedly improved, particularly among students who have been doing worst academically. Grades rose dramatically, compared with those who weren't in the program.

On the California Achievement Test, twice as many students in Quiet Time schools have become proficient in English, compared with students in similar schools where the program doesn't exist, and the gap is even bigger in math. Teachers report they're less emotionally exhausted and more resilient.

"The research is showing big effects on students' performance," says Superintendent Carranza. "Our new accountability standards, which we're developing in tandem with the other big California districts, emphasize the importance of social-emotional factors in improving kids' lives, not just academics. That's where Quiet Time can have a major impact, and I'd like to see it expand well beyond a handful of schools."

While Quiet Time is no panacea, it's a game-changer for many students who otherwise might have become dropouts. That's reason enough to make meditation a school staple, and not just in San Francisco.

But prior to seeing it, i had met a retired and respected veteran decorated genuine U.S. Navy top gun pilot (wounded in action)... Who swore to me personally (of himself) flying over the North Pole and seeing such a Vortex ... Saying that ... It is no secret the many ancients believe in the "hollow earth" theory, and i personally have no objections to the possibilities ... Maui Bound

Mexico was quite a learning experience. A very long story of which I will one day tell. I watched the two waves on energy come through around Thanksgiving and then on Christmas. There was so much processing going on with many sensitives and adepts really feeling the collective. It took a massive expenditure of energy just to hold space during the process and unfortunately there was not a lot of unity and help to clear these energies. The energies got so intense people finally gathered to work on the town's energy as well as ones own process. There were robberies, killings, fights etc. in a sleepy little fishing surfing village which is usually unheard of in my 8 years of going there. I found myself weaving around and through many dramas fully trusting my inner guidance. In many cases I just stuck to the message it is time to practice love and kindness and set boundaries with those who are not.

When I flew into Maui I was greeted with the Aloha spirit, saw 6 whales which put on quite a show, rainbows, smiling faces and kind spirited people. It was a breath of fresh air with a quiet little jungle cottage waiting for me. I could really feel the land and its support for the work we do. Looking forward to doing some awesome lectures, Self Mastery-Yi Gong classes, and reconnecting with old and meeting new friends.

Discovery of Quantum Vibrations in 'Microtubules' Inside Brain Neurons
Supports Controversial Theory of Consciousness

"Jan. 16, 2014 — A review and update of a controversial 20-year-old theory of consciousness published in Physics of Life Reviews claims that consciousness derives from deeper level, finer scale activities inside brain neurons. The recent discovery of quantum vibrations in "microtubules" inside brain neurons corroborates this theory, according to review authors Stuart Hameroff and Sir Roger Penrose. They suggest that EEG rhythms (brain waves) also derive from deeper level microtubule vibrations, and that from a practical standpoint, treating brain microtubule vibrations could benefit a host of mental, neurological, and cognitive conditions.

The theory, called "orchestrated objective reduction" ('Orch OR'), was first put forward in the mid-1990s by eminent mathematical physicist Sir Roger Penrose, FRS, Mathematical Institute and Wadham College, University of Oxford, and prominent anesthesiologist Stuart Hameroff, MD, Anesthesiology, Psychology and Center for Consciousness Studies, The University of Arizona, Tucson. They suggested that quantum vibrational computations in microtubules were "orchestrated" ("Orch") by synaptic inputs and memory stored in microtubules, and terminated by Penrose "objective reduction" ('OR'), hence "Orch OR." Microtubules are major components of the cell structural skeleton.

Orch OR was harshly criticized from its inception, as the brain was considered too "warm, wet, and noisy" for seemingly delicate quantum processes.. However, evidence has now shown warm quantum coherence in plant photosynthesis, bird brain navigation, our sense of smell, and brain microtubules. The recent discovery of warm temperature quantum vibrations in microtubules inside brain neurons by the research group led by Anirban Bandyopadhyay, PhD, at the National Institute of Material Sciences in Tsukuba, Japan (and now at MIT), corroborates the pair's theory and suggests that EEG rhythms also derive from deeper level microtubule vibrations. In addition, work from the laboratory of Roderick G. Eckenhoff, MD, at the University of Pennsylvania, suggests that anesthesia, which selectively erases consciousness while sparing non-conscious brain activities, acts via microtubules in brain neurons.

"The origin of consciousness reflects our place in the universe, the nature of our existence. Did consciousness evolve from complex computations among brain neurons, as most scientists assert? Or has consciousness, in some sense, been here all along, as spiritual approaches maintain?" ask Hameroff and Penrose in the current review. "This opens a potential Pandora's Box, but our theory accommodates both these views, suggesting consciousness derives from quantum vibrations in microtubules, protein polymers inside brain neurons, which both govern neuronal and synaptic function, and connect brain processes to self-organizing processes in the fine scale, 'proto-conscious' quantum structure of reality."

After 20 years of skeptical criticism, "the evidence now clearly supports Orch OR," continue Hameroff and Penrose. "Our new paper updates the evidence, clarifies Orch OR quantum bits, or "qubits," as helical pathways in microtubule lattices, rebuts critics, and reviews 20 testable predictions of Orch OR published in 1998 -- of these, six are confirmed and none refuted."

An important new facet of the theory is introduced. Microtubule quantum vibrations (e.g. in megahertz) appear to interfere and produce much slower EEG "beat frequencies." Despite a century of clinical use, the underlying origins of EEG rhythms have remained a mystery. Clinical trials of brief brain stimulation aimed at microtubule resonances with megahertz mechanical vibrations using transcranial ultrasound have shown reported improvements in mood, and may prove useful against Alzheimer's disease and brain injury in the future.

Lead author Stuart Hameroff concludes, "Orch OR is the most rigorous, comprehensive and successfully-tested theory of consciousness ever put forth. From a practical standpoint, treating brain microtubule vibrations could benefit a host of mental, neurological, and cognitive conditions."

The review is accompanied by eight commentaries from outside authorities, including an Australian group of Orch OR arch-skeptics. To all, Hameroff and Penrose respond robustly.

Penrose, Hameroff and Bandyopadhyay will explore their theories during a session on "Microtubules and the Big Consciousness Debate" at the Brainstorm Sessions, a public three-day event at the Brakke Grond in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, January 16-18, 2014. They will engage skeptics in a debate on the nature of consciousness, and Bandyopadhyay and his team will couple microtubule vibrations from active neurons to play Indian musical instruments. "Consciousness depends on anharmonic vibrations of microtubules inside neurons, similar to certain kinds of Indian music, but unlike Western music which is harmonic," Hameroff explains."

Iranian Press Reports Snowden Documents Reveal Extraterrestrials In The U.S. Government

A stunning Federal Security Services (FSB) report on the nearly two million highly classified top-secret documents obtained from the United States Department of Defense (DOD) run National Security Agency-Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) by the American ex-patriot Edward Snowden states that this information is providing “incontrovertible proof” that an “alien/extraterrestrial intelligence agenda” is driving US domestic and international policy, and has been doing so since at least 1945, Whatdoesitmean.com reported.

Edward Snowden is a computer specialist, a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) employee, and former NSA/CSS contractor who disclosed these classified documents to several media outlets in late 2012 and was granted temporary asylum in Russia in 2013 after his designation by the Obama regime as the “most wanted man on earth.”

This FSB report further states that Snowden, in December, 2012, contacted the highly respected American columnist, blogger, and author Glenn Greenwald by an email headed with the subject line stating, “I and others have things you would be interested in.?.?.?.”

In Snowden’s own words, this report continues, he outlined to Greenwald the reason for his highly secretive group obtaining and releasing these documents by warning that that there “were actually two governments in the US, the one that was elected, and the other, secret regime, governing in the dark.”

As to who is running this “secret regime” Snowden and his cohorts were warning about, FSB experts in this report say, was confirmed this past weekend by former Canadian defense minister Paul Hellyer who was given access to all of Snowden’s documents by Russian intelligence services and stated they were, indeed, “accurate.”

Even though Defense Minister Hellyer’s exact statements to the FSB in regards to Snowden’s documents remain classified, shortly after his “extensive electronic interview” by the FSB he was allowed to appear on Russia Today’s program SophieCo this past fortnight where he shockingly admitted that aliens have “been visiting our planet for thousands of years” and described several types of these extraterrestrials, including “Tall Whites” who are working with the US Air Force in Nevada.

Of the many explosive revelations in this FSB report, the one most concerning to Russian authorities are the Snowden’s documents “confirming” that the “Tall Whites” (further revealed by Defense Minister Hellyer as noted above) are the same extraterrestrial alien race behind the stunning rise of Nazi Germany during the 1930’s.

In just one example of the many outlined in this FSB report, it shows that with this “alien assistance,” at the end of the 1930’s, when Nazi Germany possessed just 57 submarines, over the four years of World War II it built 1,163 modern technologically advanced submarines at its dockyards and even put them into operation.

Snowden’s documents further confirm, this report says, the “Tall Whites” (Nordic) meetings in 1954 with US President Dwight D. Eisenhower where the “secret regime” currently ruling over America was established.

Most disturbingly, this FSB report warns, is that the “Tall White” agenda being implemented by the “secret regime” ruling the United States calls for the creation of a global electronic surveillance system meant to hide all true information about their presence here on earth as they enter into what one of Snowden’s documents calls the “final phase” of their end plan for total assimilation and world rule.

Unbeknownst to the FSB, this report confirms, are those still in the US government backing Snowden, but whose presence Russian intelligence experts note is “unmistakable” and shows a cataclysmic power struggle is currently underway against this “secret regime” now headed by Obama by “forces unknown.”

Most to be feared by Russian policy makers and authorities, this report concludes, is if those opposing the “Tall White” “secret regime” ruled over by Obama have themselves aligned with another alien-extraterrestrial power themselves.

The wired report further mentioned that former Canadian Defense Minister Paul Hellyer has confirmed Snowden's remarks and expressed his supportive views in an interview with Russia Today after he was given access to all of Snowden's documents by Russian intelligence services. To help our readers with more relevant sources of information we included the video of Hellyer's interview with RT, where he said extraterrestrial beings are amongst us and if we down at least one UFO, we'll be facing an interstellar war, and that Apollo astronaut, Edgar Mitchell, told him there were something around two and twelve spices of aliens visiting the Earth, and that the aliens have provided people in the American government with military technology. The interview had been released on December 30, 2013 that is a few days before the whatdoesitmean report.

Yet, again this does not mean that we support or reject Hellyer's views.

What is interesting here is how professional media outlets in the West, who are well informed of the wiring rules and technique, have tried hard to attribute the story to FNA in naive forms, ignoring the hyperlinked source and the RT video completely, and the first western media which rushed to make some use of this story to somehow link it to the worldview of a part of the Iranian political community was Washington Post, while a brief look at the archives of the western media outlets shows how they were trying to convince the world for even two decades after the World War II that Hitler and the Nazi Germany were driven by extraterrestrial beings. A February 1957 report by Reuters and Washington Post went so far to say that the Nazi Germany developed flying saucers that could flew 1,000 miles an hour to invade the US.

Most western media outlets have either completely ignored the RT video and the wired nature of this report, or mentioned its original source only at the end of their stories to first convince their readers that the story fully belongs to FNA.

And to those of you who may ask why we have basically carried this story, we should say that FNA has been seeking to inform its viewers of those stories which are ignored by the mainstream media, specially in the West. A part of our daily efforts is focused on such reports. In doing so, we sometimes try to cover some – specially controversial - topics with different reports to give our viewers a chance to study them from various perspectives. When the Occupy Wall Street Movement was ignored by the mainstream media in the West, we were almost among the first in the world to cover it on a daily basis for months.

Paul Hellyer was Canadian Minister of Defense in 1960s, ruling over the country's armed forces during the time of the Cold War – and when he retired he publicly stated that we are not alone in the universe, and some guests from outer space actually live here, on planet Earth. Is this fantasy? Is someone actually watching us? Today we ask the man who says UFOs are a serious business – Paul Hellyer.

Sophie Shevardnadze: Our guest today is the Honorable Paul Hellyer, former minister of Defense of Canada, and he believes that life forms from space are present on Earth. It’s great to have you on our show. Why do you say that UFOs are as real as airplanes flying over our heads?

Paul Hellyer: Because I know that they are. As a matter of fact, they’ve been visiting our planet for thousands of years and one of the cases that would interest you most if you give me two or three minutes to answer is that during the Cold War, 1961, there were about 50 UFOs in formation flying south from Russia across Europe, and Supreme Allied Command was very concerned and about ready to press the 'Panic' button when they turned around and went back over the North Pole. They decided to do an investigation and they investigated for 3 years and they decided that, with absolute certainty, four species - at least – had been visiting this planet for thousands of years. We have a long history of UFOs and of course there has been a lot more activity in the last few decades, since we invented the atomic bomb and they are very concerned about that and the fact that we might use it again, and because the Cosmos is a unity and it affects not just us but other people in the Cosmos, they are very much afraid that we might be stupid enough to start using atomic weapons again, and this would be very bad for us and for them as well.

SS: No serious scientist has ever publicly confirmed evidence of an encounter with extra-terrestrials – why would scientists not confirm the facts if they exist?

PH: I'm afraid they must go out of their way not to find out. Even if they do 10 percent of the amount of research I’ve done in the last 8 years they would be as convinced as I am. I mean, they could do it even faster. Might take it a little longer, when they didn’t have military background, but there are so many wonderful books that tell these stories and they’ve been authenticated; the sightings have been authenticated by more than one witness and also by radar, and they have landed in various places around the world, including Russia. There’s famous case there, I can’t remember the name of the place, but it was widely reported at the time, a man wrote a book about it and then the French bought the book rights so it wouldn’t be circulated around… There’s just so much evidence, if anybody will take a time off to do a little bit of research and study. Some people are interested and will take the time, and the others just say “Oh, you know it’s just fantasy”. Since I’ve been public on this subject I get probably three or four emails a week from all over the world, from people who’ve actually witnessed sightings, and some of them who’ve actually been on the ships, and some of them who’ve actually been transported to another planet. This information… it is top secret in a way that governments don’t talk about it, but if you listen to whistleblowers and to the people who have worked in the industry, and who know what is going on, there’s just a lot of information out there and it doesn’t take very long to get your hands on it.

SS: See, the problem is that some who report UFOs sightings and alien abductions have been shown to make things up to be famous, to make money – or just for a prank. How do we tell fiction from a fact?

PH: You have to spend a lot of time trying to find…we use to say “separating wheat from the chaff”, and it takes a lot of effort. When I was minister I got sighting reports and when we checked them out, about 80 percent, 8 out of 10, were not real, they were sights of Venus or of plasma or a dozen other things, but there were 15 percent or 20 percent for which there was no explanation and they were the genuine unidentified flying objects. One of the conferences I went to… it was in Las Vegas… was promoted by chap who had written a book about crashes and there were dozens and dozens of them and many of them very-very well authenticated, so it would be impossible to read of that evidence and not come to the conclusion that these vehicles were real.

SS: Have you ever had your own encounter with aliens?

PH: Not encounter with aliens, no. I’ve seen a UFO, about 120 miles north of Toronto, over Lake Muskoka, where I have a cottage. Two years ago, at Thanksgiving, which is October, [my wife?] said that she wanted to go out and look at the stars, so…I’m not much of a night man… but I put on my cap and went out with her and she looked into the eastern sky and said, “There’s a star” and I turned the other way and said, “Oh, there’s a much brighter one over here” and she looked there and we watched it until our necks almost broke for about 20 minutes, and it was definitely a UFO because it could change position in the sky by three or four degrees in three or four seconds. I checked out – there were no satellites that could do that, a space station wasn’t going by and it isn’t able to move that fast anyway and there was no other explanation except that it was the real thing. Two days later I went down in the dark, got a comfortable chair, and watched. It came back almost at the same spot and entertained me for as long as I could take it. Then I went back to the cottage but it was very interesting because it would drop down in the sky and then it would roar back up and it would shift across a few degrees and do a circle and come back at just an astronomical speed, since you know they travel very-very fast.

SS: So does it just look like a falling star that falls really quickly and then rises again? What does it look like?

PH: Well, it looked just like a star.

SS: It looks just like a star?

PH: I don’t know if you personally have ever read the Bible or not but I think the star of Bethlehem was one of God’s flying saucers.

SS: You also told me that people write you emails, three to five emails a week, and they’ve actually been abducted or they had encounters with aliens. Do they actually tell you what these aliens look like? I mean, everyone’s interested – how would I know if I see an alien and he abducts me?

PH: First question you have to ask is how many species are there? I used to think there were between two and twelve. Apollo astronaut, Edgar Mitchell, who came to Toronto a few years ago and had dinner with us agreed there were something around two and twelve, but the latest reports that I’ve been getting from various sources are that there are about 80 different species and some of them look just like us and they could walk down the street and you wouldn’t know if you walked past one. They are what we call “Nordic blondes” and also the Tall Whites who were actually working with the US air force in Nevada. They’re able to get away with that, they had a couple of their ladies dressed as nuns go into Las Vegas to shop and they weren’t detected. I have a friend who saw one of the men walking along the street, he is somebody who can recognize that they were different, and he did. Then there’s the Short Grey’s as they are called, and they are the ones you see in most of the cartoons, they have very-very slim arms and legs, they are very short, just a little over 5 feet, and they have a great big head and great big brown eyes. But, there are different species and you have to know that they are different species and know that they all are different. If you saw the Short Greys you’d certainly know there’s something up that you’ve never seen before, but if you saw one of the Nordic Blondes, you’d probably say “Oh I wonder if she’s from Denmark or somewhere.”

SS: So these species that you are describing – are they all different in terms of nice and mean? Are some of them nice and benevolent and others nasty, how are they? Are they good to people on Earth or are they here to harm them?

PH: It’s a difficult question to answer, because they have different agendas and maybe all of us on Earth should have the same agenda, but you couldn’t say, maybe, that Russia and China and the US all had the same agenda at every turn, because they don’t. I would say that nearly all are benign and benevolent and they do want to help us, there may be one or two species which do not. That’s one of the things I’m investigating at the moment, to see who they are, what they are up to and what their agendas really are.

SS: These extraterrestrial creatures – where did they come from and how did they get here, to Earth?

PH: They come from various places. For a long while I only knew about ones who came from different star systems – the Pleadis, Zeta Reticuli and several other star systems…but in the past few months I have met [those] who made me aware that there are some in our star system, and that there are actually extraterrestrials who live on a planet called Andromedia, which is one of the moons of Saturn and that there are others on Venus and some on Mars and that they may be interacting between themselves – I suspect that they are because there is what is called a “Federation” of these people and they have rules. For example, one of the rules is that they don’t interfere with our affairs unless there are invited to – and that’s one of the reasons, probably, that we haven’t seen more of them until very recently…

SS: But, what do you mean, there are lots of people who want to interact with them, there are a lot of people who actually want to see them and to know who they are. What, do they need a special invitation to interact with us? What does it mean – “they don’t want to interfere with our affairs”?

PH: They don’t want to tell us how to run our affairs, they have accepted the fact that this is our planet, and that we have the right to run it, but they are very-very concerned: they don’t think we are good stewards of our planet, we’re clear cutting our forests, we’re polluting our rivers and our lakes, and we’re dumping sewage in the oceans, and we’re doing all sorts of things which are not what good stewards of their homes should be doing. They don’t like that and they made it very clear. As a matter of fact they have given us a warning.

SS: How?

PH: This has come from more than one source…

SS: How have they made it clear, what have they done?

PH: They have talked to people. One of the chaps I’ve talked with about a month ago was interacting with them in 1974, he and his brother, in Peru. They were taken to Andromedia, teleported. They were told what people there think and that we’re really wrecking our planet and in fact that something dreadful is going to happen to it if we don’t smarten up and change our ways. We spend too much time fighting each other, we spend too much money on military expenditures, and not enough on feeding the poor and looking after the homeless and the sick, and that we are polluting our waters and our air and that we’re playing around with these exotic weapons, thermonuclear weapons and atomic weapons, which have such devastating effects both on Earth and other areas of Cosmos. They don’t like that and that’s the reason they would like to work with us, to teach us better ways, but only, I think, with our consent. They work through individuals; they try and pick out individuals who won’t be frightened to death by them, because they can get you quite afraid. One of the cases I’m familiar with was with the Tall Whites in Nevada, where the US airman working with them was just frightened to death of them, and one, Charles Hall, rescued the daughter of one of the high-up people in the Tall White and as result became very good friends with the mother, and as soon as they could trust each other, they had a wonderful relationship. He wrote a book about it, called “Millennial Hospitality” – it tells you how you go through these stages, of being scared out of your wits, but then, when you establish a trust and a working relationship –you can have the same kind of relationship that you would have with someone here on Earth.

SS: But here’s what I’m thinking: if you are outing their presence, which is clearly not what they want, since they are hiding, why aren’t you afraid of repercussions? You are obviously stating that they are here, among us, telling me all these species that exist…

PH: They are here among us and I’m not afraid because in most cases, as far as technology is concerned, they are light years ahead of us, and we have learned a lot of things from them. A lot of the things we use today we got from them, you know – led lights and microchips and Kevlar vests and all sorts things that we got from their technology and we could get a lot more too, especially in the fields of medicine and agriculture if we would go about it peacefully. But, I think, maybe some of our people are more interested in getting the military technology, and I think that’s wrong-headed, and that’s one of the things that we are going to have to change, because we’re going to have to work together, all of us, everywhere on the planet.

SS: You’ve mentioned military technology and swapping technologies and barters in-between aliens and people in American government. I want to ask you as a former minister of Defense of Canada – is interstellar war a possibility? Should we be creating a Star Wars force to defend ourselves from possible invasion or something like that?

PH: I think it’s a possibility, but it’s a possibility especially if we shoot down every UFO that comes into our airspace without asking who they are and what they want. Right from the beginning we started scrambling planes, trying to shoot them down, but their technology was superior enough that we weren’t able to get away with it, certainly not for a long while. During that period of time they could have taken us over without any trouble if they wanted to, so I think, rather than developing our own Star Wars to protect ourselves against them, we should work with the benign species that are of a vast majority and work together, and rely largely on them, of course, and cooperate, so that we would be contributing something at the same time; I don’t think there’s any point in us developing a galactic force that would tempt us to ride on our own and get into mischief, which is one of the things that some of them are concerned about.

SS: What do you expect to happen if people start to believe in alien existence on Earth? Things are definitely going to change: our lives aren’t going to be the same anymore.

PH: I hope that’s the case. I am all for full disclosure, and I’m going to push very hard for full disclosure in the book I’m writing, to give some reasons for it, things that we really have to know and have a right to know. Our future as a species, and here I mean all of the species in the world, is potentially at risk if we don’t figure what’s going on and work together to try and make life more amenable for all of us, and to work with our neighbors from other planets as well.

SS: Still, I’m thinking to myself – if they’ve been here for such a long time as you say, and they are interested in helping humanity, as you say, why is our world such a mess? If you want help someone, you just help someone, you don’t wait for that someone to invite you to help that someone, no?

PH: I think parents sometime say to their children – “this is what you should do”, but that doesn’t mean children are going to do it, does it? The Cosmos is based on free choice. We’re given the option of making mistakes, of making wrong choices, and I guess, what bothers some of us, is that we’ve made too many wrong choices, and not enough right choices. So we’re going to have to start switching our priorities and stop spending so much time and effort on weapons to kill each other, or to dominate each other, and spend a lot more time on how to help each other to have a better life and a more just society, and life which is healthier. When the healthcare is better and when the food distribution is better and when the air is cleaner and water is cleaner and all of those things that are waiting to be done, if we just get together and, as we say, row in the right direction, in the same direction, it’s possible, but it’s a tall order and so far we haven’t done it. My thesis is that we have to do it, we have to start doing it right away.

How to Surf the Waves of Change

Do you feel like you just can’t seem to stay upbeat due to all of the challenges that keep coming up, over and over? Are you just about to the end of your rope on dealing with life’s difficulties? Are you ready to get off of this rollercoaster?

When the day came for you to begin to wake up you made a commitment to buckle your seatbelt and to “do your work” necessary to begin to make different choices in life toward the goal of raising your vibration. Before you incarnated here you had chosen a certain time when you would start to question why you were here and awaken to your role in changing the planet forever.

In order to raise your vibration, you knew that you had to begin to transmute energies that were of a lower vibration in order to make room for the light influx into your physical body. These energies stem from past life and current life experience, and surface in the form of emotion- energy-in-motion. Some of us have a harder time dealing with emotions than others. To make it worse, some of us feel everyone else’s emotions on top of ours.

The saving grace for those of us working through our stuff was that there would be an end date to all of this pain. December 21, 2012 came and went and some were devastated that there was not a grand apparent shift that occurred all at once. Life went on and some of your friends and family smugly said “I told you so” and went deeper into their sleep while you still had the feeling that something was indeed changing.

Synchronicities showed you that you were on the right track. 2013 was a year of clearing and cleansing and expanding. Some people felt like they were taking a break for the first nine months of the year. All of this was just the beginning for what has birthed now.

Challenges and opportunities are coming into our lives one after another faster than we can keep up with them. It is a struggle each day just to be able to keep up with these while playing the game of survival in the third density. It was so much easier being asleep. Maybe things are so out of control that you just do not want to be here anymore. Maybe you wish for a spaceship to beam you up and take you home.

We are in the last stages of a massive clearing of energies and emotions within our bodies. We are on the road to FREEDOM from the forces of the dark by raising our vibration and consciousness to a place where they cannot exist. By transmuting these energies in the now, we not only can change help our ancestral blood lineage but we also can change all past and future lifetimes.

One of our main purposes of this lifetime is to transmute all lower energies and emotions of other lifetimes because we cannot take these energies with us onto the higher dimensions. When these pieces and parts of us are healed, we can then integrate them into our consciousness into this lifetime and begin to operate with more of our wholeness of being. Our ancestors will also be healed because of our blood lineage and will be able to ascend from the astral plane.

There are several things in alignment right now that give us the extra tools necessary to transmute these energies. We are in perfect alignment with the center of the cosmos, and through our “Great Central Sun” we are being bombarded with high vibrational energy that will transform our bodies and bring capabilities that we cannot imagine with our current consciousness. We have help from our higher selves and from our spirit guides who whisper sweet nothings into our ears. Our space brothers and sisters have their spaceships parked on ley lines and energy vortexes to keep the energy of the earth balanced as she births her new form, and the labor pains are coming at an accelerated rate. We are passing through the debris field from the “demise” of Comet ISON through February. These particles are made up of unadulterated vibration from another part of our galaxy that can transmute our very cells within our body just by being within the field.

If you are experiencing one challenge after another, it truly is a blessing in disguise because these have to be faced no matter how difficult it is for you. In the past we had a little break in between to catch our breath, but lately it seems that we have no breath at all. Centering and grounding - planting yourself into the planet seems to be the best way to gather the strength needed to wake up each day to face your daily work. Mother Earth will help you if you ask her to, and your guides and angels are always there, waiting to help. You are never alone and there are many support groups on Facebook and other places on the internet and in your community that are emerging like wildfire.

More and more people are waking up at lightning speed and the process cannot be stopped. It is important to stay focused on the goal of integrating and expanding yourself and to pay attention to patterns. If the same situation seems to occur over and over again, then it is a sign to look at the root cause a little closer and feel your way through it this time. Those that choose not to face their emotions will be having an extraordinarily difficult time in 2014.

Congratulations for being a part of one of the most challenging and unique transitions in the history of our Universe. What you accomplish here will affect the whole Universe because Earth is at the base level. Raise the base and all is uplifted. Focus on that thought each time you think you just cannot do it anymore. Think of how disappointed you would be when you crossed over and did your life review- you would say you were so close! Everyone on the planet chose to be a part of this experience, and successful graduation will catapult you to the place we all long for- HOME.

Taking time to focus on yourself is imperative at this time. Don’t forget- this is your play and everyone is an actor in your play. Take the balcony seat as the observer but bring your focus down to you when the work is needed and try to lighten up a bit. One day you will look back at this and laugh and will see what a great job you did! Once the observer learns to ride the Big Kahuna as light as a feather the rest will be smooth sailing.
