They have no elite and are not enslaved through money, they don't even have a monetary system. There is no manufactured lack in their civilization, no poverty, no homeless, they live a utopian lifestyle. These spiritually and technologically evolved being live according to Universal Law. Simply speaking the principles and understandings necessary for a healthy society and environment. Universal Peace, Brother/Sisterly Love, Individual Freedom and Prosperity for All. This includes honoring the sacred circle of life, the Creator within all Creation.

What would peace do to the war industry? What would the cure for disease do to the pharmaceutical companies? Where would the elite fit into unity consciousness? How would tyranny continue to function in an awakened empowered society? Now do you understand why there is such a momentous effort to censor and suppress real contact? Now do you understand why the mainstream media will not cover sightings or real contact, belittles and embarrasses contactees? Do you understand why ufology is riddled with agents and planned opposition, people who act as if they are fighting for the truth yet are the very censors of it? What of the advanced cultures who have transcended war, disease, poverty, have their energy and transportation needs met fuelessly? If this is all an option why are we not taking it? Where is the leadership working on behalf of humanity and the Earth? Who has kept the masses ignorant as to their divine heritage, their ancestors in the stars? Who has allowed the war, disease, poverty, pain and suffering to continue benefiting from it when the solutions are at hand? The leadership on Earth be it religious, government or business has failed miserably to serve humanity and has been an extreme disservice to Earth. The wars, diseases, poverty, homelessness, pollution, the depleted uranium, Gulf Oil spills, radiation from Fukushima, chemtrails, the contaminated food supply with GMOs and carcinogenic chemicals, the flouride in your water along with 600 to over 800 carcinogens in most city waters are all testimony to a failed leadership. Especially when it comes to serving the people and preserving the environment.

Lets end the denial on contact. Lets end the denial concerning clean fueless energy. Lets end the denial concerning alternative healing and the benefits of clean organic food and water. Most important lets end the denial that most governments and agencies actually do what they were created to do serve the people and instead serve another master the corporations and the elite. "More than 100 technology companies including Google, Facebook, Twitter and Amazon have written to US regulators to warn that proposed net neutrality rules pose a "grave threat to the internet".

The intervention comes against a backdrop of protest at Federal Communications Commission plans that opponents say will create a two-tier internet where big corporations are able to transmit their content to recipients at much higher speed, disadvantaging smaller competitors and other users.

The internet companies' letter to the FCC chairman, Tom Wheeler, and the agency's four commissioners comes amid calls for a delay in a vote on the plan that is scheduled for 15 May. The letter says FCC rules should not permit "individualised bargaining and discrimination," the companies said.

"[The FCC must] take the necessary steps to ensure that the internet remains an open platform for speech and commerce," the letter says.

One of the FCC commissioners, Jessica Rosenworcel, has called for a delay of "at least a month" on Wheeler's plan. "Rushing headlong into a rulemaking next week fails to respect the public response to his (Wheeler's) proposal," she said.

With two Republican commissioners broadly opposed to regulation of Internet traffic, the support of two Democrats on the panel – Rosenworcel and Mignon Clyburn – is critical.

Critics argue the plan, rather than enshrining net neutrality, simply formalise plans for higher speed internet for those able to pay for it.

Neil Grace, an FCC spokesman, said Wheeler still intended to put forward his proposals for public comment next week, as planned, as part of a "robust public debate" on the internet. "Moving forward will allow the American people to review and comment on the proposed plan without delay, and bring us one step closer to putting rules on the books to protect consumers and entrepreneurs online," Grace said.

Tens of thousands of public comments have been received by the FCC on Wheeler's plan over the past two weeks and commission staff have met with nearly 100 stakeholders including public interest groups and iInternet content providers."

No i don't recall the name Jefferson Sousa... But if your asking my opinion here ... Well i use the 'rule of thumb' principle when attracted or compelled to review this kind of information ... First, i ask myself why am i being drawn to it ... Second, i look into everything i can find about it ... Third, i analytically draw from those impressions and then use my own intuitive discernment in regards ... This method always seems to work for me ... And i must say that my first impression usually leads me to a (my) zone of comprehensive comfort.

Now, i will say that my first impression (upon reviewing him and the material he is apparently connected to) it is highly suspect ...

Though i believe (from my research) in the existence of the alleged underground Dulce Base, UFO's, cattle mutilations and the existence of other life form type beings reported to (still) exist there ... i feel everything else is up for grabs (debate) ... A group of hikers in the Tantalus Range near Squamish, British Columbia, spotted “a little black dot” moving in the distance along the snow white landscape. One of the options they drummed up for what it could be? A Sasquatch, of course. “I’m pretty sure there’s a Sasquatch down there. I can’t really see it well. It’s this little black dot,” YouTube user M Lam said. The video does indeed appear to show a small black object moving in the distance in the mountains. At one point, M Lam questioned why the figure walked up the mountain from a certain direction. “If that was a human, why would you walk up that ridge or that snow line? Why would you not just go straight down?” he asked. “He covered that ground pretty quick, holy. When I lived in Payson Utah for two years I kid you not, there was so much activity in the skies after 11pm.. you never see anything in the cities, you have to be somewhere pitch black and a sky full of stars, an old man told me if you want to see one, you have to not let them see you, those aliens are highly intelligent and they have telepathic abilities and they can hone in on our movement and thoughts about them, so its best lay down flat and be silent and still and have no lights or sounds light cellphones because they know how to tap into cells and hear you talking...I know it sounds weird but this 80 year old guy knows things we don't, maybe he's family not sure..lol anyhow so all 5 of us layed back and we watched and seen a few airplanes, about 45 minutes later we were about to give up when he said dont move, there are some star hoppers he calls them, I seen nothing at first,than my eyes focused on some stars and no joking it seems a light came from one star and hid behind another and than there were 5 or 6 more, it was amazing, no way in hell anyone can cast light that far in space, there was no city lights over 40 miles where we was, dark and spooky, than my friend seen over 9 white dots following each other and sem to get closer and wooooosh they were gone all the same time. What if I told you that in 1000 years, we will look like petty cavemen in our current physical and mental state compared to future humans? There is an overwhelming amount of scientific evidence that proves that not only are our physical bodies evolving at an accelerated rate, our consciousness is as well. We are indeed in the evolutionary fast lane, and perhaps we are witnessing the prophecies of apotheosis in action. Our consciousness and bodies are evolving at a rate never seen before in the history of the earth.

We can look around the world and see the signs of dramatic spiritual evolution as we continue to actualize our fullest potential. There is an awakening happening right now, and December 21st 2012 really did mark the dawn of a new age of enlightenment. But as this global awakening is happening, our physical vehicles and intelligence levels are also evolving as we step into the light of this new age.

In 2007, Dr. John Hawks, professor of anthropology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, published an article in the peer-reviewed journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) titled “Recent acceleration of human adaptive evolution”. This article showed that positive selection within human beings has occurred at a rate 100 times higher than any other time in human history, and that this massive acceleration within evolution has happened particularly within the last 5000 years(3).

The study specifically looked for DNA sequence variation known as SNPs which are mutations at a single point on a chromosome. As indicated in Health and Medicine Week, “The researchers identify recent genetic change by finding long blocks of DNA base pairs that are connected. Because human DNA is constantly being reshuffled through recombination, a long, uninterrupted segment of LD is usually evidence of positive selection. Linkage disequilibrium decays quickly as recombination occurs across many generations, so finding these uninterrupted segments is strong evidence of recent adaptation, Hawks says” (4).

The researchers concluded that as the population of human beings continues to increase, the acceleration effect of evolution has also increased because of the amount of room there is for new mutations to occur and be passed throughout the population. According to the original journal article publication, approximately 1800 genes, or 7% of our entire genetic system, have experience recent positive selection. They add that “To the extent that new adaptive alleles continued to reflect demographic growth, the Neolithic and later periods would have experienced a rate of adaptive evolution >100 times higher than characterized most of human evolution.”(5)

With the cultivation of agriculture, the constant changes and experimentation in diet (such as the adaptive tolerances to lactose in milk), the exposure to diseases (such as the introduction of the CCR5 gene to make people resistant to AIDS), and the massive spike in human population within the last 10,000 years, nature has been presented with the optimal breeding grounds for positive selection and new adaptive mutations in the introduction of a massive gene pool and constantly changing environments(6).

For example, in only the past few millennia, Europeans have experienced rapid changes in the gene for a protein that transfers potassium ions in and out of taste buds and nerve cells, as well as changes in genes associated with Alzheimer’s disease and even cancer.(7) John Hawks boldest of claims was recorded on the University of Wisconsin-Madison website, where Hawks says: “We are more different genetically from people living 5,000 years ago than they were different from Neanderthals.”(8) In other words, if you take a human being from 3000 years ago such as an ancient Egyptian, you will find that they are more similar to Neanderthals in terms of their genetics than they are to us.

Anthropologist and geneticist Dr. Henry Harpending from the University of Utah also participated in conducting this study, and told National Geographic that “If humans had always evolved at this rate, the difference between modern humans and chimps should be 160 times greater than it really is.”(9) There is a vast body of empirical evidence that suggests that human beings have recently been the subjects of accelerated natural selection within genetic information.

There is also evidence that this recent acceleration in evolution is not only biologically physical, but is also mental in terms of intelligence. J.R. Flynn, professor of political science at the University of Otago in New Zealand, discovered that IQ scores across the globe have went up 3 points on average per decade for each decade for as long as IQ test scores have been recorded (which has been since 1910 in the United States). This means that someone that scored in the top 10% on the IQ test 100 years ago would now been in the weakest 5%. These increases have been occurring at a steady rate amongst both male and female genders and have been empirically verified in over 20 countries(10) (see Figure 1).

The average IQ score has always been set to 100, so if a person passes the IQ test with a score of 130, they are among the higher end of performers, and a score of 80 would deviate far from the average raw score. What is striking is that IQ scores have had to be continuously made more difficult over the last century to keep the mean score at 100. Flynn discovered that the greatest differences were found in culturally reduced tests and fluid intelligence. Fluid intelligence is the ability to think rationality, abstractly, and find solutions to novel problems independent of acquired knowledge.

He makes adamant the fact that these are not learned-content gains through more information being accessible to people, as this would only reflect crystallized intelligence regarding the application of learned knowledge (11). And furthermore, other environmental factors such as more education and better economic situations are impoverished when trying to adequately explain the gaps in some of the cases, such as the increase in IQ scores by a total of 20 points in 30 years by the Dutch.

As Flynn states in one of his original papers “The international data fall into the same pattern as the American data. Gains are about 18 IQ points per generation (30 years) on Ravens, somewhere between 9 and 18 points on Wechsler and Stanford–Binet tests, about 9 points on purely verbal tests, small or nil on Wechsler subtests such as arithmetic, information, and vocabulary”(12).

The Ravens test measures reasoning abilities using abstract objects independent of language, writing, and reading. This means that these test increases are not a result of people having more access to knowledge and information, but shows that on the contrary, the most significant results were indicated in testings that involve pure problem-solving intelligence, such as identifying non-verbal patterns and relationships.(13) Environmental impacts that can explain these increases in IQ scores have yet to be identified, and are still being speculated upon. These are some of the most important discoveries in psychology, which Flynn calls “a cultural renaissance too great to be overlooked”(14).

Contrary to some of the scientific consensus, human evolution is undergoing dramatic increase in terms of genetics and intelligence. We now have scientific proof that evolution is not merely a matter of cultural ingenuity and social conditionings. Nor is it exclusively reserved for physiological adaptation, but is in fact a concrete measurable phenomenon in human psychology that happening within our species right now. Evolution can now be spoken of in something that is currently in a state of progression towards complexity, as we have seen from the evidence of geneticists and psychologists alike.

Is this accelerated state just one random hiccup that will plateau in the near future? Will we continue to evolve at this exponential rate from this point forward? Are we witnessing the physical manifestation of the ancient prophecies of human apotheosis in action? This area remains ripe for investigation, and insofar as the conditions in which this evolution is occurring remain present (population increases, environmental changes, technological and intellectual refining) we should see this effect sufficiently sustained as we enter this new age of evolution and continue to explore this exciting frontier.

In 1000 years, we will be literal gods in comparison to our current state. We will have technologies and abilities that we could only dream of right now, and our bodies will be so much more evolved that we will look back a millennium and wonder how ancient lived such primitive lives with such archaic bodies. Maybe we really are entering the Golden Age of spiritual and physical evolution that so many ancient cultures spoke of.

it should be noted that all who frequent the internet, are being bombarded almost continuously with toxic emf frequencies ... for those who would like to negate some of the hazards of these intrusive attacks, may i suggest a practice i use to dismiss the effects.

At six, just before beginning school, have strange experience in movie theater.
Right after starting school have life threatening hit and run in a school zone.
At seventeen enter the United States Navy boot camp at San Diego. While there, suffer ptomaine poisoning. Untreated, effects of hyperinsulinism last a decade. Shortly after going aboard ship, the USS Haleakala, am notified by mother that my grandfather is dying and take emergency leave. On way back to ship meet Rinn Clark during layover in Albuquerque, N. Mexico. He foretells of event in Japanese bay.

After poor performance in ET school and disciplinary action dropped from school and sent to USS Kennebec that is just starting the Pacific Cruise. At Hawaii, suffer blood condition.
Just before Christmas, 1962, involved in an UFO event onboard ship in Sasebo Harbor, Japan.
Sent to Akuska Naval Hospital, incidents cause rapid removal to stateside on MATS jet with 7-8 heavily bandaged marines. Strange incident. Land in Long Beach California and am taken to AFB hospital where am placed in coed ward with officers. Then quickly flown across country to the Philadelphia Naval Hospital. Strange experiences.

Medical discharge and return home and soon began looking for work. Code on DD-214 makes finding good job impossible. Go to VA to complain and end up at Fort Lyons, Colorado for assessment. Determined to be 100% service-connected disabled. This is in 1965. Start school and meet first wife at TCU. We move to Lansing, Michigan and begin attending MSU in East Lansing. She has a teaching assistantship in the Comparative Literature Dept. I finish off a B.A.and enter grad school in the Canadian/American Relations Dept. She finishes her Masters and my department is closed down and I see no further interesting goals to pursue at MSU. Canada has refused me immigration status when I am invited by my former department head to follow him to Dalhousie University in the Marine Provinces. Wife and I move to South Central Ohio and live in the country between Xenia and Wilmington. She is teaching French at Central State University. While there I have first communication with a resident UFO in the area of the now Caesar Creek Reservoir. Locals are terrified by this craft's regular appearance but will not speak of it."

I just transcibed this as IMO it relates to me. I always wanted a spaceship along with seeming other impossibilities. Lately have felt depressed by the situation of seeing no evidence my imagination may ever come true.

At first I was really wondering about my sanity lately as the desires seem impossibly distant. Maybe I have been delusional.

Listening to Bashar and heard this and it makes more sense than my thought of delusional. I know I have been excited about inner technology and maybe I WILL have a spaceship. Are you taking all the actions on what you say excites you or not?

"I'm not"

And there you go...why not?
Do you understand the idea behind the original philosopher's stone?......

.......In ancient time on your planet, the alchemists were searching for the philosophers stone which they said would turn base metals into gold, yes?....
.....nevertheless, what it actually represented was the idea of the turning of the base elements within the physicality into more pure alignment with spirit....

....so the idea of really being an alchemist is for you to really act in the direction of your spirit aligned with that frequency in order to transmute YOURSELF from a lower frequency to a higher frequency which will then give you the thoughts, the inspirations, the opportunities,in order to act FURTHER on these ideas. to explore them further.
But if you're not willing to act on the things that excite you, you are actually giving off a signal these things are not really what you want to understand.

So until you act and ground the commitment of your excitement into a physical action, you don't appear convincing to the Universe. I'll just put it that way.
So if you're not convincing the Universe that this is what really drives you. that you are SO PASSIONATE about something that you will look for any opportunity to act on it, to jump on it, to learn something about it....

But if you're not doing that then the Universe looks on you and says "He is just going ho hum, it can't be that exciting. Why should we give him something that he is not actually preparing himself to receive?" I am being colloquial in this of course but you get the point....

So what is holding you back from what you say is your passion?

"I don't feel that I have the right tools."

Such as what

"I would love to have a space ship."

You would love to have a SPACE SHIP. You need a space ship to learn chemistry?

"Yes"

Why?

"I have been watching a lot of Sci Fi and the space ships tend to already have all the information for you to learn."

Oh, I see. Then why don't you learn to be your own space ship and download the information? That is what we do. Information is free you know to all of you. All you have to do is tap into it and down load it.

But remember we said you cannot perceive what you are not the vibration of first. So if it is exciting to you to be in a space ship and have the information instantaneously at hand, then if the spaceship does not appear externally, BE THE SPACESHIP first yourself. Be the vibration of that reality. Get in the state you would be in if you had the spaceship.

And when you are in that state you'll get the information that would be commensurate with being in a space ship. And again paradoxically, if it's ever going to be necessary or relevant for you actually to have a spaceship? Being the state of the spaceship FIRST is what will bring that about most likely. But the spaceship won't happen first if you are not the vibration of it first.

So, BE the energy, BE the idea, BE the reality IN ESSENCE. In energy start receiving the information, receiving the downloads that would go hand in hand with that reality as you invision it. But don't insist on the particular form.

You do remember what we said about the whole formula of acting on your excitement? You are putting the cart before the horse.

You are saying "I will not get excited about this unless...this happens first. unless it happens in this way...

...It will never happen because it is like saying to the reflection in the mirror that is frowning back at you: "I will not smile until you smile first."

The reflection will NEVER Smile first...EVER. But when you smile the reflection has no choice but to smile back. But you smile not because you NEED the reflection to smile. You smile because that is your choice.

And when it is your CHOICE, no matter what is being reflected back, THEN what you are stating is you are committed to that state of being and then the reflection has no choice but to reflect your commitment back to you.

Remember the measure of change is not whether the outside changes. the measure of change is whether you change regardless of whether the outside changes or not.

That's how you prove you have changed. because you get to the point where you don't care whether it appears, or manifests or reflects IN A CERTAIN WAY. Because you know that no matter what way it does get reflected..THAT'S WHAT SERVES YOU BEST.

And you don't hold onto a particular image because YOU DON"T KNOW! You may have this wonderful image of being in a space ship and that's all well and good. We are not saying there is anything wrong with that. And it might manifest that way? We don't know and neither do you.
But that is the point. You don't know how it really needs to manifest to serve you best. Because your physical mind is not capable of knowing how something is actually going to happen, only your higher mind knows that.

But if you use the image of being in a spaceship as your visualization and you get excited and get into the state that you would be in if you were in that ship, then LET THE PICTURE GO...

Then just by having that state and allow the higher mind to manifest whatever in that moment is actually representative of that state, then whatever it is that manifests, you have to know it is PART OF that reality, even if it does not look like it right now.

Because the moment something happens and you say."OH, that is not what I expected, that's wrong, that doesn't look right, that doesn't look like I pictured it."
As soon as you invalidate it, you remove the stepping stone you need to GET THERE!

You have to validate everything that happens and get from it the positive benefit that it can give you by giving it a positive meaning, even if your mind can't possibly comprehend how it could be connected to your excitement. The fact that it might contain excitement lets you know that it is. And it is connected to every other expression of your excitement.

Remember Excitement is a "complete kit"
1. Driving engine.
2. Organizing principles
3. Path of least resistance
4. The thread that leads to all other expressions of excitement.

So don't insist on the form. Insist on the energy. Be the energy state. That's all it takes. Let the form be the form it needs to take......

......Remember Our ships are extensions of our higher minds. That is why we are actually capable of communicating with them. they are linked to us because they are actually a physical expression of our own higher minds.
But we had to know that before we could make them. Make sense?....
....We had to be in that state before we would attract the information that would teach us how to make such a thing. It's that simple....

Well the ship IS a crystal. The ship is a grown crystalline form. We grow our ships as crystalline forms on an energy template of a certain frequency of a certain shape. When the nanotechnological metallic crystalline form is grown on that shape, in that template form, it can take no other shape.
That's why the skin can be very thin and be absolutely undent-able unlessit's overpowered by an incredibly powerful force many times greater than the actual energy used to construct the ship. So it is a crystal and we are in it in a sense.

Charles Hall enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1964. While stationed at Nellis Air Force Base outside Las Vegas, Nevada, he served for extensive periods of time in the desert on the Gunnery ranges at Indian Springs, Nevada. This service as a weather observer was followed by a year in Viet Nam where he performed award winning service. A year after receiving an honorable discharge, Charles married and went on to college where he earned both a Bachelor's Degree in Thermal Physics and a Masters degree in Applied Nuclear Physics at San Diego State University. In addition, Charles did Ph.D. level post graduate work at the University of Maine and later earned an MBA.

After Charles had been married for about six months, he decided to risk telling his wife about the Extraterrestrials that he had encountered at Indian Springs. 18 years later, his wife convinced him to publish what eventually became the Millennial Hospitality series of three books. Charles Hall writes about the Hall Photon Theory in one of the books. He claims that Einstein's theories fell short and, if scientists accept the hypotheses he presents, vehicles can be built which will travel faster than the speed of light.

Mark McCandlish - Hour 1 - Sequestered Technology & Offworld Exploration

i can only speak for myself, but like many on this forum i consider myself a very discerning individual... And truly sense people are waking up (quickly) now especially here in the United States ... As much as i enjoy this forum, preaching to the choir is not the end all anymore for me ... i see outlets such as PBS as a being a possible medium (neutral) zone for allowing a smooth transitional crossover media platform ... Allowing for a much broader world view to issues that concern all humanity ... Note the internet is a double edge sword in all this ... But it is our best instrument in this quest ... Both the new study and the corresponding report (http://uk.reuters.com/article/2014/03/18/us-medical-conspiracies-idUKBREA2H22K20140318) from Reuters Health seem to look down on people like you and I (as readers of NaturalSociety), as if we don’t know any better -as if understanding medicine in the “right” way is a matter of intelligence and it’s not that we’ve come to our own ideas through research, but in an effort to make things simpler for our feeble minds.

“Science in general – medicine in particular – is complicated and cognitively challenging because you have to carry around a lot of uncertainty,” said lead author J. To come to such conclusions about a large segment of the U.S. (and global) population, Oliver and his team surveyed 1,351 adults. Participants were asked to read “six popular medical conspiracy theories” and indicate whether they have heard of them and whether or not they agreed with them.

The questions included things like:

Cell phones causing cancer and the government refusing to act
GMOs being used for population control
The government suppressing alternative medicine
Vaccinations causing autism
HIV intentionally being sent into African American communities

Nearly half (49%) of participants agreed with at least one of the theories. About 37% thought the government actively works to suppress alternative medical treatments and 20% believed vaccinations cause autism.

“Although it is common to disparage adherents of conspiracy theories as a delusional fringe of paranoid cranks, our data suggest that medical conspiracy theories are widely known, broadly endorsed, and highly predictive of many common health behaviors,” reads the study in an ever-so-respectful tone.

The researchers indicate that those who believe in these “conspiracies” are more likely to take herbal supplements, clear evidence that they are idiots, the study seems to suggest.

“For people who don’t have a lot of education, it’s relatively easy to reject the scientific way of thinking about things,” said Oliver. He suggests doctors get in there and rectify the situation, educating their patients about the “truth”.

Ex-CIA Official Breaks Silence On Aliens & UFOs



In a gripping testimonial, an ailing former member of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has talked via video for the first time publicly about his experience dealing with extraterrestrials, their craft and a cover-up.

The 15 minute prerecorded video of an anonymous former senior CIA officer was broadcast May 3 on the final day of the week long Citizen Hearing on Disclosure. The 77-year-old man, though he was articulate, and sitting up as he spoke, was obviously in a poor state of health. He worked for the CIA under President Dwight Eisenhower in 1958 and had chosen to break his long-held silence as he approached the end of his life.

Organizer of the Citizen Hearing, Steve Bassett, introduced the video saying it offered an insight into the suffering of many military and government officials who are forced to live a world of secrecy and fear in what he calls the "truth embargo" about extraterrestrial encounters.

"In a sense, this video represents the many individuals out there who could not come before a committee like this, who want to talk, but it's difficult. The vast majority of individuals who have interacted with this issue while working for the government, going back to the 40s, took the information that they had to their grave and did not talk if they were told not to talk.

"This gentleman has received numerous threats from his government not to talk, but he wanted this testimony to be presented and we agreed. He has only been interviewed by two researchers who are here today, Linda Moulton Howe and Richard Dolan," he said.

After the screening Linda Moulton Howe authenticated the former CIA official's credentials and his account, telling the hearing she had spent three days with him in which she had recorded eleven 90 minute audio tapes in 1994. She said on her return to her home after the three days she had received a phone call from him saying he and his wife had been threatened with retaliation if they went public and she could not release the tapes.

Richard Dolan, who is visible in the video, also authenticated the man's position.

The former CIA official had been involved with the U.S. Air Force's Project Blue Book study of UFOs, which was initiated soon after the crash of a large object at Roswell, New Mexico in 1947.
