Biography:

Thought to stop by and share this, along with more gratitude for this magical thread.

I was watching a Mary Rodwell video posted by ktlight earlier, about the Star Seed children, and was drawn in by the artwork of Jean-Luc Bozzoli. Surfing Bozzoli’s site I came across this beautiful text, a message from the Whales. You can also read it at this link, where the source/credit is included:

It lead me to look up Joan Ocean, and this lovely interview with Lilou Mace. I’ve included quotes from it below.

She talks about her experience of communicating with Dolphins and Whales around the Hawaiian islands, the light ships connected to them, and the wisdom and joy they impart.

“One day we were in the water and there was this huge plasma ship underwater. It was a great big white pulsing vehicle, about as big as a football field. So at first I thought maybe it’s just algae bloom… right away your rational mind clicks in and you want to describe it and explain it in some rational way. But it was moving around, you could tell that it had direction and that it was, it was being moved around in the ocean with intention. It wasn’t just floating, and when the dolphins swam inside of it we couldn’t hear them anymore – and then we dove into it or swam into it and then we could hear the dolphins inside. But you couldn’t hear them when you came outside. And when the plasma ship came really up close to the surface of the water, and I was in the water and my head was above water and I couldn’t see my body, my body disappeared. So it was very much a multidimensional experience."

Joan called over the other passengers onboard the boat…

“So everyone came over, everyone had the experience. The boat captain, who has lived on this island for 25 years, could not place what else it could be - it was nothing organic that he knew of. And we took pictures of it, we have pictures of us swimming in and out, and it was just beautiful. When you went inside it was totally peaceful. The frequency in there was, was blissful. You just wanted to stay in there as long as you could. And sometimes it went down deep, so we’d dive into it and stay in there as long as we could, but we still had to come up for air.

So, we have many here at the bay where I swim all the time. Sometimes we’re meditating at night and we have our eyes closed, and then we look out at the bay, opening our eyes, and there, just beneath the surface, you’ll see a large round disc with a lot of colourful lights going round and round it, of a big ship that’s there. So sometimes it seems like they even reveal themselves to us. To those of us who are aware of them and open to that experience.

We’ve had ones in the sky too. We’ve had some above us. And then we remote view them and make contact and find out who they are. And it’s an interesting experience. One time, at one of the bays, I was on a boat with a group of people, and this huge, huge grey, it was a kind of not that interesting, big round ship above us in the sky… and then the Navy airplane took off from the airport and started circling underneath this big ship. And from the ship being so close to the water the waves started to get… bigger and bigger waves, and the whales started leaping and the dolphins started jumping, and the wind came up really strong. The captain on our boat that day got worried and he said “We’ve got to get out of here!” And he drove the boat away and we’re all remote viewing as we go, saying “Thank you for being here…” So it’s incredible living here.”

You (and other ranchers) supply so much info here – useful, informative, inspiring… all kinds. I can’t always keep up, but have found many gems here over time.

When my phone connection went down a while back (the phone company said someone physically crossed some wires at the exchange :yawn: ) your thread was one of my first ports of call when I finally got back online a week later. Only to find that was when you’d just been hit with computer troubles and would be gone for a while. There was a void. But other diligent ranchers kept up the Ranch flow… :)

Last Friday, the U.N. Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) called upon the United States to end its problems with excessive police force and racial discrimination, reported Reuters.

“Racial and ethnic discrimination remains a serious and persistent problem in all areas of life from de facto school segregation, access to health care and housing,” said Noureddine Amir, CERD committee vice chairman.

The recommendation comes on the heels of the shooting of 18 year-old Michael Brown, whose death by cop prompted an eruption of protests and riots in Ferguson, Missouri, where the shooting took place, as well as cries for police demilitarization and racial awareness across the country.

An 18-person panel of independent experts “grilled” senior U.S. delegation in mid-August about the country’s problem with racial discrimination against blacks and other minorities, namely within America’s criminal justice system.

“The excessive use of force by law enforcement officials against racial and ethnic minorities is an ongoing issue of concern and particularly in light of the shooting of Michael Brown,” said Amir, an expert from Algeria.

The U.N. also took aim at America’s “Stand Your Ground” laws, which enable any citizen to use deadly force against another person provided that the citizen proves their life was in danger. However, the Trayvon Martin and Jordan Davis cases, which both took place in Florida, caused gun control and civil rights advocates to question whether the laws have now been used frivolously, giving gun-crazed lunatics an excuse to use their guns.

The other main issue with “Stand Your Ground” laws is that many of those who’ve been killed by the hands of someone exercising the law were young, black teens. All the law seems to do is further charge America’s racial discrimination problem.

Accordingly, the U.N. panel insisted that “Stand Your Ground” laws should be reviewed to “remove far-reaching immunity and ensure strict adherence to principles of necessity and proportionality when deadly force is used for self-defense.”

America’s racism is now under the microscope of the entire world. Considering that, how can there be those who still say that racism doesn’t exist or that racism is a problem of the past? The fact is that they aren’t. Racism is not as overt as decades before, but it smolders in our society’s underbelly, occasionally erupting out in hot flashes. And that’s when things like Ferguson happen.

Love You Gio...Give Everyone a "Hello and Hug" from me : )

Bringing this part of my story out in the open in more detail right here where You Loving People come together, because it is time...boy oh boy is it time!

...

I am now living nearby Iyanough's burial site and right next to that special place I have spoken of on the north bay where the Wampanoag Hearts reside with loving people that are woven into all of this. This part of the story has been shared with close friends and family now and again but I must now bring it out on facebook out in the open in a bit more detail...I do not know why but do not question the whys anymore and have not done so for some time and simply just do it...I will not mention personal names for you all know who you are.
When I was having dreams and visions on that Nipmuc hill 7 years ago I had a very strong and vivid dream, call it lucid if you like, where I was floating above my bed in full Indian head dress and leathers in a meditative state and shown as some kind of a leader of one of the Tribes. As my journey progressed I connected with he Nipmuc and MicMac and Lummi and Cherokee and Wampanoag and...and...There's more to that but that's all that is needed now.
I went to Peru in 2010 to help out at a Cultural Center. The first day I was there I went right up to the man that I knew(from construction experience) was in charge of the woodworking assembly area making windows and doors and well, everything that was needed of that type. He spoke very little English and I spoke very, very little Spanish but somehow we were able to understand one another with many smiles and affirmation nods...he was subtly and quietly a moving force in all of the building going on, as I found out. The next day the young, hard working(physically and otherwise) Student of the Shaman for a good many years that spoke English pretty well was walking towards me and just before we met up he says, "Hi chief!" and I go, "excuse me?!", and he replies, "You North American chief, he(the man I went to the 1st day) South American chief...You both here together for good reason!"
The story of the "Eagle and the Condor" has been out for many years now...I am being shown that it is really, truly happening now. I am but a small part of the puzzle in all of this, but an important part, as you all are, we all are, simply by becoming fully aware of it and doing our small active part to help, which is huge, together.
When I did one of my last personal meditations there in the farthest tent out in the lower jungle I was shown something truly beautiful while a torrential downpour(heavy tears) was going on. I was shown s symbolic lifting and reversal of the 'Trail of Tears" and the Native Americans and all Indigenous Cultures stepping out of their misery and forming a worldwide Spirit of Unification in living action...the "We All are One" revelation!
My Son that had passed on was shown to me as the Tribal protector of the Tribe I was chief of in another life. He was somewhat like a bodyguard for me but most importantly was always my final adviser when making decisions for all of the Tribe. I would have a meeting of counsel with the older woman and men of the tribe but would always have quiet private meeting with my Son for final affirmation(or not) of the really tough ones, I called him the "chief's chief" and it was kept between he and I and I have been shown that He and his Sisters are much older and wiser souls than I and are here together on Mother Earth right now to be sure this all comes about. His Mother ad Hr Family and good Friends in Her life are a Loving and powerful integral part of this, of course.
My Son's Girlfriend was bearing child when He passed on and none of us knew it...She is a beautiful mother and we were given a glorious gift of a Grandson having my Son's name...truly a grateful and wondrous happening. I still can't believe it : )
We are about to move on to higher ground and all the 'not so nice' things are about to be filtered from this place for We and Mother Earth are about to pass through a Higher Heaven Energy Space in this Universe...We are almost there and just a few more People have to put their Hearts into it Personally as that fuel reserve is needed to help the final propulsion of this thing.
We are about to walk into a place of is/was/will be, where all the good from the old and the present and the new and all the good from the hidden unbelievable stuff and many of the things that are wonderful we know not a thing about are going to be combined to form a rebirth of this beautiful place beyond imaginings...all we have to do now is take a bit of action personally and also see it with Our Hearts in there...that Creative Visualization thing...US!!!

It is quite obvious the lords of chaos are (again) currently exacting their full regalia of mayhem and confusion upon the world. And we (true spirit beings) are most assuredly being tested. This should be of no surprise to those who visit here, but it most definitely should be a final wake up call that dire times are upon us. Note situations will only get (appear) worse before better for the time being.

i seldom share personal encounters or visitations, but will at this moment. When living up at the Eceti ranch, i had often felt the powerful though loving presence of the Yeti beings. But in comparison, most recently, i was visited by an old Eceti friend, Bacal (a Lion being from Sirius B). Note in previous visits it only appeared to me (in what i can only describe) as an enormous and energetic invisible presence. This was the first time it appeared to me in a physical form. And at first i was scared beyond my wits. Though after a few moments, looking into its intimidating feline (cat) like eyes, reminded me of an awareness and strength that was all but forgotten to me. Bacal's telepathic message to me was ... Stare tyranny in the eyes and it will blink and dissipate like the mist in the morning sun.

The Mystical Stone Circles of Avebury

"Avebury is a Neolithic henge monument containing three stone circles, around the village of Avebury in Wiltshire, in southwest England. Unique amongst megalithic monuments, Avebury contains the largest stone circle in Europe, and is one of the best known prehistoric sites in Britain. It is both a tourist attraction and a place of religious importance to contemporary Pagans.

Constructed around 2600 BCE, during the Neolithic, or 'New Stone Age', the monument comprises a large henge (that is a bank and a ditch) with a large outer stone circle and two separate smaller stone circles situated inside the centre of the monument. Its original purpose is unknown, although archaeologists believe that it was most likely used for some form of ritual or ceremony. The Avebury monument was a part of a larger prehistoric landscape containing several older monuments nearby, including West Kennet Long Barrow and Silbury Hill.

By the Iron Age, the site had been effectively abandoned, with some evidence of human activity on the site during the Roman occupation. During the Early Medieval, a village first began to be built around the monument, which eventually extended into it. In the Late Medieval and Early Modern periods, locals destroyed many of the standing stones around the henge, both for religious and practical reasons. The antiquarians John Aubrey and William Stukeley however took an interest in Avebury during the 17th century, and recorded much of the site before its destruction. Archaeological investigation followed in the 20th century, led primarily by Alexander Keiller, who oversaw a project of reconstructing much of the monument.

Avebury is owned and managed by the National Trust, a charitable organisation who keep it open to the public. It has been designated a Scheduled Ancient Monument, as well as a World Heritage Site, in the latter capacity being seen as a part of the wider prehistoric landscape of Wiltshire known as Stonehenge, Avebury and Associated Sites."

Yes, even though i had stayed at the ranch often back then between 2010 and 2012 ... It was during a tumultuous and chaotic time period (at the ranch), in that i was called in to help facilitate a calming and peaceful transition (from which i will not go into here now). It was upon my taking residency with James and Company in March of 2012, that i was made aware of the presence of the Lion Beings on the property (and in particular that of Bacal). It is no secret the Eceti Ranch harbors one of several vortex portals around Mt. Adams... And it should also be noted, that the Ranch (main house) also sets upon two intersecting Ley lines. Now just prior to my arrival, James and the others had told me that a giant cat like being had made itself known (to all there) during private tipping sessions ... And that it was there to be a Sentinel protector of the ranch during that special pivotal year. Now looking back ... And then taking all of it in with a grain of salt so to speak ...

i had no idea what i would soon be in for ... :)

The cardboard plate even features the state’s motto, “The Spirit of America,” along the bottom edge, as well as “Massachusetts” at the top, a poor attempt to replicate a real license plate.

But police weren’t fooled, pulling over the driver Tuesday along I-391 in Chicopee, in the southern part of the state.

“The operator of the vehicle was charged with several violations, including having a suspended license and revoked registration,” Massachusetts State Police wrote on Facebook, sharing an image of the homemade plate. “Moral of the story, if you shouldn’t be driving, please don’t.”

My first encounter with Bacal was shortly after arriving at the ranch, while staying in the guest house. March was pre-season time, so the only people staying there at that time were Sun (a former ranch family member) and myself. On that particular night Sun, decided to stay in the Green Yurt ... So i was by myself for the night. It should be noted, it takes a lot to scare me and on this night i truly was frightened.

It was snowing outside and quite cold out that night, so i jumped into bed to get warm and to try and get some much needed sleep. When i closed my eyes - immediately i saw the image of two enormous eyes staring back at me. i blinked and blinked - trying to dislodge the imagery from mind's eye, but to no avail. It got so bad, i had to turn the lamp on ... Every time i closed my eyes ... the imagery of the staring eyes prevailed.

It was almost as if i were being scanned and familiarized with a presence. It was not the eyes that frightened me as much as the powerful energy that was illuminating from them. i did not sleep at all that night and for the next few days i got very little rest ... Soon i would come to recognise and appreciate that presence.

It was a transitional time at the ranch back in early 2012. The winter had been especially harsh, with a major ice storm that had caused havoc with trees and power lines down throughout the Washington's cascade region. By the time i arrived at the ranch, a dark mood had set in upon everyone's spirit. i knew this mission was going to be a real challenged ... Though i was beginning to realize this contractual soul level situation, was most probably why i had been guided to James Gilliland and his ranch two years prior in the first place.

During those nights in the guest house, a peaceful calm began to settle upon me... Even with the increasing lack of sleep. Through James and my fellow Ecetians in daily tipping sessions ... Bacal began to reveal the importance of holding steadfast in spiritual unity and of the critical transitional time that was coming soon at the ranch. i began to get regular downloads from Bacal, which usually came every night at bedtime. These downloads would come while fully awake and would appear in forms of a kind of mediatitive (visual and audio) experience. It should be noted here, i was not taking any drugs or drinking any alcohol. i had given that stuff up years before.

While lying on my bed one particular evening, i began hearing a crackling/popping noise accompanying with the sounds of fluttering tiny like insect wings ... These effects would go from side to side, and each time i placed my hand next to either ear the phenomena would stop. i got up to see if there was chance perhaps an insect (fly) etc ... was flying around in the room ... Though it still being late winter there was no indications of this being the case.

Then out of nowhere my computer laptop (on a nearby desk) began signaling an incoming skype call ... Which really took me by surprise, because i was not aware the computer had even been on at the time. i made note, and saw that a call was coming in from an Irish PA forum friend who was living down in Texas at the time. i answered and my friend seemed quite bewildered and then proceeded to ask me what i knew about the subject of Elemental's (faires). i told her very little ... After she briefed me on her apparent ongoing dilemma in these regards ... i told her that just by chance (luckily) i happened to be at the right place for her inquiry ... And that i would talk to James and (the resident fairy expert) Jana, about her concerns the next day. Soon after ending the call ... Then it dawned on me and struck me hard and fast ... How did my friend know to call me and why at this particular time and place for this matter ... Nobody knew at that point, i was even visiting the ranch?

Does the Exercise of Power Reinforce Psychopathologies?

"The tendency of power to obscure reality has been noted in the past. Neal Gabler (http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Karl_Rove) in 2004 wrote “All politicians operate within an Orwellian nimbus where words don’t mean what they normally mean, but Rovism posits that there is no objective, verifiable reality at all. Reality is what you say it is, …” What does this imply?

Given that exercising political leadership from a position of centralized power fashions realities, does this tend to reinforce the psychopathologies of leaders? In other words, don’t leaders become drunk with power? Don’t they become corrupted by the power? Don’t arrogance and hubris take over their behavior? Don’t they receive positive reinforcement from seeing their power to move masses and events? Doesn’t this reinforcement amplify their ambitions? These are all implications, and these are also ideas that have been aired before. They are becoming better and better known as descriptively accurate because we are seeing more and more examples daily. We see this effect of centralized power not only at the national level but also in the behavior of police locally. We see it in the strange ambitions of the NSA to mop up every conversation ever made in any medium.

The persons wielding power become separated from objective reality, and that itself is virtually a definition of a psychopathology or a disorder of the mind. Subjectivity conquers objectivity. To guard against this tendency, a political leader should be exposed to many viewpoints backed up by cogent analysis. He (or she) should not be surrounded by yes-men (or yes-women) who merely mirror his own views and reflect them back to him. Stalin was known for purging anyone around him who disagreed with him. Hitler refused to hear opinions that differed from his own. They structured their office so as to enhance their own psychopathologies.

As U.S. presidents become more and more surrounded by a closed circle of advisers, or a compliant press with bland editorials, or news reports in the media that reflect their own press briefings, or controlled town meetings where views contrary to their own are vetted, or motorcades and conferences where protests are carefully vetted or hidden from view, they too amplify the tendency to separate themselves from reality and live in a world of their own making. In the Bush administration, the White House began to manufacture its own intelligence reports so as to justify attacking Iraq. The White House lawyers create their own judicial and legal interpretations so as to give the presidents what they want as justifications for their wars, their torture, their assassinations, their anti-constitutional activities, and their executive orders. The heads of state tend to restrict their conversations to closed groups and each other.

A follow-on dangerous effect is that the leaders not only separate themselves from exposure to contrary views or to objective reality, but also they reinforce their beliefs in what they view as reality. They believe their own propaganda. They then feel even more embattled when contrary opinions are expressed to them. They rationalize by assessing their opponents and the public as ill-informed or irrational.

To counteract this tendency to be divorced from reality, a group of ex-intelligence officers has taken to writing open letters to politicians. They recently sent a letter to Angela Merkel (http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-09-01/ex-nsa-director-us-intelligence-veterans-write-open-letter-merkel-avoid-all-out-ukra) that’s well worth reading. It is immediately clear that they are complaining about matters held to be factual that are not supported by reality or actual facts:

“You need to know, for example, that accusations of a major Russian ‘invasion’ of Ukraine appear not to be supported by reliable intelligence. Rather, the ‘intelligence’ seems to be of the same dubious, politically ‘fixed’ kind used 12 years ago to ‘justify’ the U.S.-led attack on Iraq. We saw no credible evidence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq then; we see no credible evidence of a Russian invasion now.”

Why would they feel the need to write such a letter if they had not observed the phenomena I am describing?

An observant independent person who reads and thinks about such matters will not be taken in by the realities (or spins) being proffered by politicians, but most people don’t have the time or the interest to do this.

If the above theory fits the facts, there is an important corollary. The politician will find that obscuring the truth and shaping reality and public beliefs is easier (lower cost to him) when the situation involved is more complex, when the public and media know less about it, when it cannot be easily observed by the public, and when he has better control over the flow of information

An overseas war meets these conditions. Global warming fills the bill, until there is a series of cold winters. Complex financial matters fill the bill. A complex health insurance scheme fills the bill until some people experience its high costs. The medical benefits of some remedy will be hard for the public to see and assess. The leaders of a government will choose areas of control partly on the basis of their capacity to paint the picture that enhances them and their powers, and that will be in areas of greatest complexity and opaqueness to the public in which these leaders will have a greater opportunity to shape the reality as they see fit."

Streetcap1 of Youtube caught this craft near the ISS and it leads us to wonder...are the UFOs near the space station so often because they are invited guests? Ponca City – I was preparing to take star trail images and snapped off a few stills to check the exposure settings on August 31, 2014, and then I took a series of star trail images. Camera was on tripod and pointing due east. When going through the images this morning I came across something that I cannot identify. I did not see this object with my naked eye. Grant Cameron became involved in Ufology in 1975 with personal sightings of an object which locally became known as Charlie Red Star. The sightings occurred in Carman, Manitoba. Have you met the dogman? This young guy is just 23 years old. His name is Augusto and his connection to animals is pretty rare. I only just discovered him. He lived with a pack of wild dogs in Brazil, from a young age. He now lives in Massachusetts. None of his dogs need a leash. X1.6 Solar Flare Event - Sunspot 2158 (9/10/2014)

Here is a video presentation detailing the X1.6 solar flare event around region 2158 this afternoon (9/10/2014), complete with X-Ray and Global D-Layer data as the event happened. Also included is video and imagery courtesy of the NASA Solar Dynamics Observatory (Little SDO). In the final video using the 193 angstroms channel, a noteworthy CME appears evident. According to LASCO, the spacecraft went out of contact at 1600UT, and won’t be back until 21:15UT. So probably by about 21:45UT we should see the first few coronagraph images come down. Brien Foerster was raised on the west coast of Canada, where he developed a fascination for the Native people, their art, and oral traditions. This led to his becoming a professional sculptor, after graduating with an honours BSc degree from the University Of Victoria. Louise and I got lost yesterday - really lost - for around 3 hours trying to get over the mountain from the ECETI Ranch & James Gilliland to Yelm. At least the scenery was spectacular - while we were concerned about finding our way down the mountain from very rough dirt roads to something recognisable by the GPS. This is the time when you appreciate the benefits of OLD technology like ordinary paper printed road maps. The spectacular Mount Adams in the background. We saw much activity on the mountain with night vision goggles from ECETI - seems to be a busy spot for undocumented activity.

You begin to feel deep down that this is an endless cycle of aversion and craving, unwanted and wanted. No matter what you get, you want more. This is no longer as satisfying as it once was. So, it is time for the second step, Spirituality 2.0.

In spirituality 2.0, you realize that the answer is to turn around and walk towards your aversion instead. You learn the art of allowing (and thus non-resistance) relative to your negative emotion. You integrate and you start to become whole. The unconscious is becoming conscious. Craving is becoming pure desire. You are becoming whole as the shadow is no longer separated from the light of consciousness. Instead of feeling better, your aim is to get better at feeling. When you feel negative emotion, you do not immediately try to think or do something to feel better, you remain open to what that “negative” state has to teach you. You end up in the present moment. With no aversions and thus no craving the past ceases to motivate you towards the future and you are left squarely in the present moment. You catch a glimpse of peace for the very first time. And then you are ready for spirituality 3.0.

In spirituality 3.0 you can choose to create your reality through the use of deliberate focus but now your choices are no longer the byproduct of aversion and so there is no craving. Instead of craving, we recognize our infinite creator nature and CHOOSE. We choose to be wealthy or not. And we do not choose from a place of pain. In other words, I don’t want money because I’m poor; I want it because I am saying “yes” to that perspective in much the same way that I would say yes to strawberry ice cream. I don’t want strawberry ice cream because I so so so so don’t want chocolate ice cream. Inspiration is what causes our movement towards things that we choose. We are completely in the now. No past is projecting into our present or future. This state of spirituality 3.0 arises organically, as a result of shining the light in the shadow.

"From an article (link) in The Washington Times: “Maybe it is time to wear tin foil on our heads. With high electromagnetic activity from the sun coming this way, our human electromagnetic fields may start glowing.

Even if we do not begin incandescing, scientists have noticed correlations between solar flares and moods.

From 1948 to 1997, the Institute of North Industrial Ecology Problems in Russia found that geomagnetic activity showed three seasonal peaks each of those years (March to May, in July, and in October). Every peak matched an increased incidence of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and suicide in the city Kirovsk.

One explanation for the correlation is that solar storms desynchronize our circadian rhythm (biological clock). The pineal gland in our brain is affected by the electromagnetic activity.

This causes the gland to produce excess melatonin, and melatonin is the brain’s built in “downer” that helps us sleep. “The circadian regulatory system depends on repeated environmental cues to [synchronize] internal clocks,” says psychiatrist Kelly Posner, Columbia University. “Magnetic fields may be one of these environmental cues.”

Solar Symptoms and Side Effects

Psychological effects of CMEs (coronal mass ejections) are typically short lived and include headache, palpitations, mood swings, and feeling generally unwell. Chaotic or confused thinking, and erratic behaviors also increase. Since Tuesday’s solar flare was a double-whammy, it will be interesting to see whether reports of physical disturbances are more intense or more plentiful than during single solar plasma blasts.

Solar eruptions throw 10 billion kilograms, or 22 billion pounds, of solar plasma into space. If that number is hard to grasp, just think of it as ginormous. One to three flares are a daily occurrence on the sun but the waves of charged particles do not always visit our planet. Those that do reach us are both beauty and a possible beast.

Particles from CMEs get “caught” in the Earth’s web of magnetic field lines and collide with gas atoms in the atmosphere. The result is the colorful chimera we call an Aurora, or northern lights. While human ancestors likely enjoyed those tapestries of color, and may have had mood swings from solar flares, they did not have to worry about the storms messing with satellites and power grids, as we do.

Chinese woman alive despite brain's key area missing

A team of Chinese doctors has found a key part of the brain of a 24-year-old woman to be completely missing.

The woman, who experienced dizziness her entire life, went to the hospital recently to receive treatment for nausea and vomiting.

A brain scan revealed that the cerebellum - a region of the brain thought to be crucial for walking and other movements - was nowhere to be seen.

"The CT and MRI scans revealed no remnants of any cerebellar tissues, verifying complete absence of the cerebellum," doctors wrote in the report published in the journal Brain.

The brain area was filled with cerebrospinal fluid.

She also told physicians that she has been experiencing dizziness episodes her entire life.

People with damage to cerebellum typically experience debilitating motor difficulties.

But the woman practically led a normal life without any major motor problems and only slightly slurred pronunciation.

It may be because the young brain tends to be much more flexible or adaptable to abnormalities, Live Science reported.

Louise and I got lost yesterday - really lost - for around 3 hours trying to get over the mountain from the ECETI Ranch & James Gilliland to Yelm. At least the scenery was spectacular - while we were concerned about finding our way down the mountain from very rough dirt roads to something recognisable by the GPS. This is the time when you appreciate the benefits of OLD technology like ordinary paper printed road maps. The spectacular Mount Adams in the background. We saw much activity on the mountain with night vision goggles from ECETI - seems to be a busy spot for undocumented activity.

"The battle between good and evil, angels and demons, is very real according to modern religious demonologist Adam Blai. He joined Dave Schrader (email) for the full 4-hour show to discuss the spectrum of experiences from angelic encounters (first half of the show), to being face-to-face with demons (second half). Blai described angels as spiritual beings who were created before the physical world-- thus they do not represent spirits of the deceased. They have always been here, and have their own hierarchical structure, with nine different levels-- the highest ranked ones are closest to God, and rarely interact with humans, he explained.

The word angel means messenger, and accordingly when they communicate with a human, it's a one-way message, rather than a dialogue, Blai continued. This is because they don't want to be relied upon or worshiped by humans, he added, as it's forbidden in Christian theology for humans to ask spirits for information. He warned that communications that purport to be from from the deceased can sometimes be demons actually posing as spirits. Demonic possession rarely happens quickly, and usually occurs at the end of a multi-year process of a deepening relationship with a demonic entity, with lots of signs and indications that this is a self-destructive path, along with opportunities to turn back or away from the entity, he detailed.

Blai spoke about his encounters with demons in the Bob Cranmer case, which he worked on-- "it was the first time I saw black shadows sliding and moving around on the floors and walls," as well as experiencing packets of air which had a horrible odor and walked around like a person would. If they're not pretending to be anything else, demonic beings generally appear like a black smoke that doesn't dissipate-- sometimes it's the size of a mouse or a dog, but there's also a 4-ft tall walker version that seems humanoid, he revealed. Exorcists need to have a certain lack of fear to do their job, and it's helpful for them to be free of family attachments as the demon will seek out vulnerabilities in their lives to attack, Blai indicated."
