Wow! He IS angry but so much of what he says is true. I was talking to a young girl on the cash desk at Waitrose the other day who told me that since leaving university she had been in unpaid internships for two years and now had a job on the check out which she had won out of 350 other candidates. Is this what faces my daughter after university only she will have a £50,000 debt as well. As for all the 'f' bombs I would rather listen to that anyday than the foul racist rant on the infamous 'tram' video that has been posted on you-tube - that is real swearing.

I agree with everything this guy said including the passion behind the many effs that were uttered - his sheer frustration is very evident and he touched on a lot of valid points. BUT, who is there - what political party - who would do anything differently? I think we're stuffed. Does anyone think that UKIP could make a difference?

Every single word he says is absolutely right and I can even think of some more to add to it, Unfortunately because of the way he says it though no one that matters will ever listen to it and will just fob it of as a rant. What is needed is some level headed people with some standing in society to say exactly the same thing on the TV in interviews or indeed in the newspapers etc. but of course as all the media is controlled to only publish what they want you to hear, that isn't going to happen either.
The people have the power, always have had. Either no one votes at all, or everyone votes for the raving mad looney party or something similar, does anyone think they could do a worse job than the present lot? a serious message needs to be sent. I have to say though that just because this is good old England we all presume the elections are all above board and fair, I'm not so sure about that, if somehow the people could all be made to not vote or vote for the silly party, it would be interesting to see what the stated outcome would be on the night.

The Banksters sit in their mansions having raped the country, the government gave them all our money to sort the problem, they devided it up and gave it to each other as bonuses and are now asking for more.
The energy companies are theiving from everyone, the costs from the start of it has actually risen over 50%
The knock ons in the cost of food and everything else because of transport costs and greed have gone up at least a third.
As he says they are trying to shaft our pensions, they want to ban strikes they treat protesters like cattle and behave like the gestapo
If people just put their pint down and turned the soap and the football off and raised their heads up and took a good look around them, they would see what is being done to them and that the comfortable world they lived in is being dissembled bit by bit and suddenly they will wake in a world where they have nothing and people are banging on their doors demanding to see their papers, and they will be saying errr what happened?

I understand him completely. I was studying for a B.A. in European Humanities, was half way through when Tony Blair decided that students living abroad even if they were British would have to pay more so ending my studies as it had become too expensive to continue. I even lost the Diploma I could have applied for before a certain date because I had assumed I would go on studying for the B.A. How must these students feel with such ridiculously high loans to repay and little hope of a job?
I think we should definitely not vote. I haven’t voted for years but when I tell people it would be better not to vote they falter and change their minds at the last minute and are persuaded by the politician’s promises (lies) and then regret it after, time and time again.
I think that if we voted for even the most radical party, we can be assured that it would be infiltrated in a very short time. This is what has happened throughout history – the Trojan horse effect. We cannot work with the system to change it. We need to boycott the system – peacefully of course 
The following is a joke relevant to what I’ve said above:
While walking down the street one day a "Member of Parliament" is tragically hit by a truck and dies.
His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.
'Welcome to heaven,' says St. Peter. 'Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we're not sure what to do with you.'
'No problem, just let me in,' says the man.
'Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from higher up. What we'll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity.'
'Really, I've made up my mind. I want to be in heaven,' says the MP.

And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell. The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course. In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him.
Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people.
They play a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and champagne.
Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly & nice guy who has a good time dancing and telling jokes. They are having such a good time that before he realizes it, it is time to go.
Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises....

The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens on heaven where St. Peter is waiting for him.
'Now it's time to visit heaven.'
So, 24 hours pass with the MP joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.
'Well, then, you've spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity.'
The MP reflects for a minute, then he answers: 'Well, I would never have said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell.'
So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.
Now the doors of the elevator open and he's in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage.
He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above.
The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulder.
'I don't understand,' stammers the MP. 'Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable. What happened?'
The devil looks at him, smiles and says, "Yesterday, we were campaigning.. ...
Today, you voted."

I don't know about in the U.K. because I haven't lived there for years though I imagine it's the same there, but in Italy they repeat ad nauseum that it is everyone’s duty to vote, that it is not a privilege but a duty and people must vote. They repeat it to the point that most people are brainwashed by the idea. Just shows how important it is for them to get everyone to vote. The whole system relies on it and would come tumbling down like a tower of cards if most people stopped. I wouldn’t be surprised if they inseminate subliminal messages on TV and in magazines to this effect as well.

I have always thought it was my duty to vote because the suffragettes went through so much to get women the vote! However, it is pointless voting for something you don't believe in. I remember years ago friends being very excited because we had our first female PM - Thatcher - then they saw what she did and we are still living with the repercussions. Thank you ktlight for the video. Lot of f word and not one lie. Not voting looks useless in the beginning but in a long run is very powerful. I didn't vote ever and I won't. Who deserves my vote. And in the other side, if nobody comes to vote the established system will collapse. I don't know electoral legislation here but almost for sure there is a minimum percentage of votes needed for the elections to be legal. So, ignoring them is the best way to fight with intelligence all this crap.

Thanks JJJones! It was a great disappointment at the time but it taught me a lot and as a result I've continued teaching English as a second language in Italy. I'm beginning to feel that this is what I was supposed to do. I get to speak to a lot of people in this job and in my own little way am helping to wake people up.
